absolutely horrible. we had an appointment scheduled on Friday. I set aside my entire day for their appointment window and they didn't even call me to let me know that they would not make it that day. They texted me at the very end of window telling me they couldn't make it and that they only had an opening the next week. I turned down my clients so I could be at home for this appointment that never happened.They bought out our local company that we used to work with. Do not use this company. I called to have a ceiling fan installed. They charged me $250!!' ridiculous! And it doesn't work unless I flick the light switch back and forth. So I call and AI answered the phone. I tell you what. I. Tell. You. What!! These guys get crap done (pun intended) in a timely and professional manner!!! Had a BIG toilet "issue" first thing to start the week (Monday no-fun-day amirite??). My entire house starting smelling like a 2 week old crawfish boil that had been taken over by rats, I had no idea what was going on! Good heavens I thought I was going to pass out!! Well slap my butt and call me Shirley because there was a pipe that had been backed up and started leaking! Ease fixed the problem immediately and we were back up and running like nothing ever happened! 10/10. Would recommend again! read more

I used Nublue to install my cameras and showed them where I wanted them on the initial visit. The technician" Nick" agreed they would work in those areas and said they would need to be sure upon installation to have a smaller technician Onsight to be able to go through my attic. On the day of installation, they installed 2 cameras on the same side and the other 2 on the asked areas. The excuse NuBlue used was "the cameras were better there". Now I am left with no camera on one side and this area is unprotected. I have since had to call the police twice and did not have footage because of this missing camera. Almost 3 grand spent and we still have issues. I had to since move one of my doorbell cams and attach it to a tree to get coverage in the area. I would prefer to have the spotlight cam but that cam was used when it was added to the front of the house. Now I have 2 cams with the same view which is a waste. If you us this company, be sure they do the work as requested; stay on the progress unlike me, I trusted they would do as I asked. read more

I give Ease Air or NuBlue two stars as a business. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The tech Don Matthews who did a diagnostics and fixed my leak in my lining was fabulous and well educated with working as an AC and Heat Technician for over 20 years; however, Ease Air customer service sucks. They took money from my credit card when I told them not to for a membership plan that I thought would be useful but found better us with American Home Shield. I was told that the financial department of Ease Air was going to call me back and I haven't received a call for a week. I previously had a complaint before about a tech not quickly coming to my house after I was scheduled that day and took off work but no one showed. I called and was told that a manager was going to call me and quickly get something setup tomorrow. Never received a call...it took my grandmother to call them after I called 3 times the day before for someone to finally come who was technician Don. I will never recommend this company to anyone. If there's anyone you need and you have to call them don't expect to get any service nor your money back on the first call, just know that you'll have to call 5 times to talk to 5 different people to get one issue resolved. read more

Had a new water heater installed. Builder put it in the attic and there was some difficulty removing the old one and installing the new one, but Kyo and Buddy removed a few pieces of wood around the opening and solved that problem. Very professional, personable and cleaned up after they finished the job. Also did me a favor and installed new water fresheners in my toilets. Just great guys. My house apparently had a main sewer line blockage.  Dirty water was backing up into the shower and tub.  Jacob came out to the house and in approximately an hour resolved the problem just fine.  He had to first remove an interior toilet in order to snake the main sewer line.  The reason for my low evaluation is the price tag.  My final invoice was for $756.86.  Jacob did give me the option to not hire them, however, I was between a rock and a hard place, this clog needed to be fixed ASAP.  Subsequently, I did some research and in my opinion, I believe this price was excessive.  If you're considering hiring these plumbers, I would simply recommend you get an additional quote(s) from someone else for comparison. read more
