I appreciated that he made recommendations and then provided an estimate that had multiple options listed at different price points. There was no pressure to go a certain way and he even stated that he makes no assumptions about what someone's budget might be. We were on the schedule quickly for repairs as well and those went smoothly. He checked in regularly since he was moving between tasks. At the end, he walked me through each repaired area, with explanations, and outlined warranty information too.
