We have 360 plus on my telephone and it shows that I was back in less than 30 minutes I have physical proof on my phone from June 1,2026 .When I got back the plumber was gone and My husband was laying down and the checkbook was out I saw where my husband had written a check for nothing Nothing was done. The camera was just starting to charge and it takes 45 minutes to charge, The plumber did nothing and we notified the office of such. The plumber ripped off a man with poor memory and in a Wheel chair dependent veteran. He charged him for something and did nothing. He sent an estimate for almost 12,000 dollars and charged my husband almost 600.00 for nothing . This is criminal .This company had great reviews of general small jobs but none for big jobs .. When the plumber arrived at my home, his very first comment was that he doesn't like working on toilets and doesn't understand why your company keeps assigning him those types of jobs. This was unprofessional and immediately made me uncomfortable. He then informed me that in order to provide an estimate, he would need to open the top of the toilet, and that doing so would cost $140. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told the estimate would be free of charge. His response was that it was only free for him to show up--not to do anything beyond that. Frankly, this explanation was both unreasonable and misleading. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with your service. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company that offers home repair services. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with the technician involved, as well as review the clarity of the information provided to customers during appointment scheduling.
