Hey Neighbors!! I have got to take a moment to let you know how absolutely amazing Chad Love Services have been for us. They have gone above and beyond to help us get a new HVAC system...I ABSOLUTELY recommend their services. They corrected a scheduling mistake promptly...Heaven is a dream (front office), Brandon was at our house, over the weekend, took lots of pictures, explained everything well and easy to talk to. I didn't feel I was being sold on extra crap or overpriced. As a Holistic Doctor, I sometimes see clients in my home, and besides that, want good air quality for MY family and their allergies, they also let us know about the ionizer and the 4" filters we could do. On top of this, they helped with financing, were VERY prompt on getting back to us, gave us options, and Brandon was patient and pleasant CONSISTENTLY through this process. Thank you team!! Read more on the Backstory: We purchased our house earlier this year and outside of regular inspections, haven't done much else. I have 2 people in my house that have some pretty bad allergies seasonal and something else I assumed was in our house, particularly our bedroom. The second my husband would come into our room, if he wasn't stuffed up already he would be and snores insanely. I had pest control come and then also needed to see about cleaning ducts. While waiting for appointment for ducts to be looked at, my heater started blowing cold air and wouldn't go above 67 in the house, AND was showing running 18.5 hours!! When Brandon came and took pics, I could easily see (and I am no HVAC person) that stuff was nasty! I mean it is a 9 year old system. And he went through all the pictures and findings. Our ductwork was completely disconnected from the system and pulling in the air from our crawlspace...OUR CRAWLSPACE!!! Do you know what's under there?!?! Besides cat feces, it is certainly not the air I want us breathing. We had a bad installation for the older unit and showed me the mold and other things growing, the build up, etc...not pleasant. All of this to say, if you read this far, 1.) The pricing for just checking ducts for cleanliness is free...so if you have allergies or inflammation, I suggest you have them looked at every 6 months, we were right around our 6 month when I was calling them...but you never know what you are going to find..and it's FREE. Many of my clients I see, have issues (headaches, inflammation, sneezing, watery eyes, respiratory issues, weight gain, foggy brain, etc) BECAUSE of mold and bad air quality. 2.) IF you think you have any sort of situation, home not warming or cooling as it should, have them come out...they will match many prices (unit for unit), are REALLY good folks to talk with, and you will feel taken care of. 3.) You DO NOT want to be us right now with no heat where your home is only 58 degrees downstairs. Doesn't sound that cold, until you are sitting at your table (like me) with socks, shoes, hoodie, pulled over head, and a space heater typing out this letter until they come out today. EXCELLENT! I was very pleased with the level of knowledge and professionalism the HVAC technician displayed during my service appointment. He conducted a thorough examination of my heating and cooling system and kept me informed during the entire process. After he identified the problem , he provided me with various options to remedy the issue. Chuck was our service tech, he was amazing. It was great to have technician that was very patient in explaining what was our best option for replacing the furnace. He was thourough and tried to fix all components of the system before suggesting a replacement. I am very pleased with our new furnace.
