We called Cain's a few months ago to re-pitch the sewage line in our crawl space so that our chronically backed up toilet would function properly. They were quick to respond, completed the work in FAR less time than I expected and came in a couple hundred $ less than a large name plumbing company. We called Cain's because we suspected that other company was trying to gauge us saying it would cost $1,000. We were so glad to get a second estimate . It cost around $600 with Cain's. Now to today, we had our disposal clog after hours Tuesday night and also noticed that the sink was leaking when it was filled with the backed up water from the disposal. They weren't able to make it out Wednesday and we were fine with that. Ours wasn't an emergency. Yes it was plugged up and inconvenient but we understood that there were more urgent jobs than ours. We scooped the water out of the sink and put a bucket under it and were fine. Before they arrived, we realized that there was a loose hot water handle on our bathroom spigot and that the tub was draining slowly. I know plumbers must roll their eyes that one request turns into multiple issues by the time they get there but since we have to pay the expense, we might as well get it all fixed rather than pay for another visit. Cain's guys were awesome about the extra requests. No attitude, no acting like it was a problem. They were totally professional. Their plumber and another plumber in training came out Thursday around 11:45 and were gone by 1pm. In just over an hour they - cleared the jam in the disposal - had to replumb under that sink to fix the leak -cleared the hair out of the slow draining tub (I blame my husband) - tightened a hot water handle - secured a tub handle All in just over an hour and it cost around $211. Absolutely reasonable and their guys are great. It's such a relief to have a company that we can call in a pinch. And they came in wearing masks without us having to ask. I am an immune suppressed person and was stressed that it would be awkward if I had to ask them to wear a mask but they were already masked when they arrived. THANKS GUYS!!! read more

I called because I had a broken sewer main. Cain's couldn't come until the afternoon, so I called another plumber. The other plumber told me that I needed to replace the entire sewer main to the street $$$. Cain's came as promised. He and his partner spent time talking with me and diagnosing the problem. They suggested contacting the city and having the city find and open their cleanout at the street to prove that it was not the city's problem. The city came and fixed the problem for free. WOW - I will hire these guys the next time I need a plumber. If it weren't for Cain's correctly diagnosing the problem and telling me what to say to the City of Kannapolis, I would have had a huge repair bill. Cudos to Kannapolis City. They came within a few hours of my phone call. read more

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work. read more

Overall terrible service claims that they didn't want to work with us because they don't work with "our kind" (we are black) but after saying all that still came and did the service but were rude the entire time. read more

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

I did not know a Plumbing company in my area so used Yelp and Google and read reviews. I am always a little hesitant. *******. I hit the jackpot, when I called Cain's Able Plumbing! ***** I was very impressed, had 3 plumbing issues and they were in and out in no time . Extremely knowledgeable , professional and kind ! They actually fixed a small non plumbing issue for me that the plumbing issue created vs me having to call an electrician! I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them . I have now found my Plumbing Company, I can trust and depend on and don't need to look further. They squeezed me in their busy day !! From my initial call to the end was a great experience with awesome customer service! I wish I could rate a 10, they definitely deserve it, Thanks again !! read more

Used these guys for the first time. Tried to fix the problem myself assuming a plumber would cost a lot as they have with others I used. I was wrong about that with Cain's. They charged me about half of what I thought it would be and did an excellent job. Plus they showed up when they said they would. Very polite and professional. They cleaned up so you can't even tell they were here. Other then the leak is gone. I highly recommend them. read more

I tried to fix something on my own (on a Friday afternoon) but didn't actually have the right part and put a hole in the pipe... YouTube fail. So I called 8 places, they were the only ones that answered! They were able to get someone out in a timely manner and the problem was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They also charged significantly less than another local place we recently used! I will definitely call them again!! read more

These people are fantastic! Some general contractor people messed up my washing machine shut offs, so I could not use the washer because of water leaking so much. I called this company, expecting it to be a week before someone could get here, they came out the very same day. Christy at the office called me back shortly after I left a message this morning and said they would get me in as soon as they finished the job they were on. She is very nice, friendly and professional. She called me again to let me know they were on their way. Within an hour of arriving with supplies, they replaced the supply line, drains and put in a box with new cutoffs to bring everything up to code without having to cut a hole in my walls. Lloyd and JC did a great job and were friendly, professional and polite. They cleaned up so there was no clean up for me to do behind them. There price was very reasonable, and much cheaper than the larger companies charge. I told them they have all my business now. read more
