We decided to go with the Well Doctor BUT after they sent a technician out they were basically out there to sell us a new system over $8000. They were supposed to check our water first but that did not happen. The technician adjusted our current system. Then came back a week later and checked the water but checked it treated (kitchen sink) & NOT untreated water from the spigot. I asked the technician to come back out & put our system back to the way he found it which he did! How does a company figure the bill wrong; state they are going to give you a refund check; and does not follow through refunding your overpayment? I had a lot of faith in them for many years, not anymore. I have never had a company treat me in this manner.
