This is just an FYI from our experience & I definitely want to spread the word. We have a Iron Shield System & Water Softener System and we have had some issues. The orginal company that we purchased from is no longer in business so we had been searching for some local. We decided to go with the Well Doctor BUT after they sent a technician out they were basically out there to sell us a new system over $8000. They were supposed to check our water first but that did not happen. The technician adjusted our current system. Then came back a week later and checked the water but checked it treated (kitchen sink) & NOT untreated water from the spigot. I asked the technician to come back out & put our system back to the way he found it which he did! we have a well with an above ground jet pump. We called well dr. and told the dispatcher what our equipment was and she sent a man out to repair it. He said we don't work on this equipment and spent 30 minutes trying to sell us a $5,000 pump system and charged us $120 for what amounted to a sales pitch. This is how these people do business... just so you know before you call. The dispatcher or whoever she was should have told us that they do not work on that equipment and she should know that or not be answering the phone. I want my money back!!!!!!! read more

I've got to say with us being in our home for 40 years we've had our share of issues with Our well. We've had others come out to service our well and replace our pump in the past although Well Doctor will be the only one we will be calling if we ever need any other service for our well or our septic tank service, seeing as they are doing septic tank services as well now. They came out on Wednesday and gave us a Free estimate, something you rarely see companies do. The two technitions, Xander and Hudson, that came out and checked the pump the first time, informed us that we would need a new pump for our well. Xander and Hudson were very professional, courteous, but most of all very knowledgeable! We were scheduled for them to come out to replace the pump on Friday and they were on time and they also called ahead to let us know they were on their way. They did an amazing job! They also informed us of a few issues we were not aware of and took care of them. Before they left, they cleaned up everything, from A-to-Z, that they had used, as well as all of the old equipment, including the tank, and removed it from the property. We have had other companies install our well pump but this company, The Well Doctor, really did an exceptional job!! If you're looking for someone to service your well or your septic tank, I highly recommend The Well Doctor! As I stated before, they're professional and very affordable and workmanship and quality service is above and beyond anything we received in the past. Called these guys a week or so ago and Mathew and Hudson came by. i thought my fairly new well was in need of replacement. They were courteous and professional from beginning of inspection till the end. Mathew checked then changed the house filter in crawl space and provided a long standing estimate in case of needed replacement. amazing results from extremely honest folks down here in NC. pleasantly surprised and will definitely use them again if and when repair is needed. read more

This is a terrific company at many things in the water service industry. Please DO NOT confuse with Water Doctor- I did. (Different company). If you spend a small fortune on bottled water make the call. A system was cheaper than I thought. They are knowledgeable, free water testing. Take calls 24-7. I had vetted different well companies and plumbers before finding them, not finding the right fit or recommendations for a full well system, until I found this company. They did everything right, including working to resolve an issue until it was resolved. Before the sale they worked with me on ALL my questions in a very timely manner and on options for sizing of the system and what equipment to purchase. Their warranty made me confident they were confident I was buying a good system. Alex was fantastic and his office staff too. As well as the guys that were part of the installation. After installation there was a problem during regen that took a number of trips out to find the right solve.
