I had a well drilled. They hit water at over 25 gal per minute around 75 feet deep. Before even discussing it with me, He sealed off that vein and kept drilling. He claimed the first vein was just bad surface water. He should have stopped and discussed it with me and I should have had the option to choose if I wanted to use that vein. When we asked why he was still drilling, he said using that isn't an option, I sealed it off. He drilled another 175 feet to hit another vein. My neighbor's well was drilled around 100' and is good water. When someone gets paid by the foot for drilling you can deduce for yourself why they would seal off one good flowing vein and keep on going!!!! Cost to me was $2800.00 more. read more

We recently had water issues - we have a community well that began to have some issues. We have lived in our home since 1965 and periodically had some minor well issues but this time was different. We call Morgan Well and ask them to take a look. They were very prompt in coming to investigate and made a minor repair but in the meantime we realized we had a break in one of the water lines (4 houses on this well). When explained and asked for advice Morgan was quick to tell us that the lines would require a plumber and they did not charge us for the minor repair saying we had bigger issues. After we installed new lines to all the homes, we still have some water pressure issues and Morgan came right back out. They worked very late to repair our pump and discovering that we also needed a new water tank. Into the dark they worked to get that tank installed so we would have water. You do not realize how water plays into your everyday life until you do not have it - Morgan Well & Pump was awesome in their service - customer friendly, professional and most of all very compassionate. This company is top notch. First they were on time. Second that they took time to trouble shoot the problem. Then gave me my options with a reasonable price and quickly got my system up and running better than it has ever run. Joe and Bobby were the service techs that showed up. Worked great as a team. Some of the best team work ive ever seen. They even didnt mind that i stayed around to watch and they help answer and questions i had. Imagine it is 2 days before Thanksgiving and suddenly you do not have any water..how could the timing be any worse. That is what happened to me this year. Two days before Thanksgiving I discover I did not have water and had no clue why. And to make matters worse I am new to the Concord/Kannapolis area, so I had no idea who to call. I look online for well repair service and what I consider a miracle decide to call Morgan Well & Pump. Not only did I get to talk to a real person, she was so helpful and friendly I could feel her smiling over the phone! Yes, she would schedule someone come out the very next day. The service man was just as friendly and very professional. He took time and patiently answered all my many questions. Although he couldn't get my water on that day, and even though they were closed he came on his day off to temporarily fix my well so I would at least have water. Then the following Monday a crew came out and repaired and replaced what was needed. My pressure is even better than it was before! Morgan Well & Pump is a local family owned business.
