Other providers that we called didn't even pick up the phone or said they would return our call and ghosted us. Simon, the owner, came out to do the estimate for us. He was on time and texted us beforehand. He is very knowledgeable about insulation and was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand! He walked us through a few different options at different price points and didn't put any pressure on us. The best part is, we were able to schedule the project for the same week! The day of the project, Simon texted us again to let us know they were on their way. This time, he even included a picture of the truck so we knew what to expect. He and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. They were done in a single day and cleaned up after themselves! I was very specific stating i wanted to use Rockwool insulation; when they called, I reiterated I wanted Rockwool batt and asked if their company works with this product. She said "yes." Later that day, a tech came out, I told him I only want to use Rockwool; he proceeded with inspecting, measuring and taking pictures of my attic and, I also asked him to give me an estimate on adding insulation to my crawlspace. An hour later, he says his estimate is done and tells me they DON'T use Rockwool!! This lousy SOB just wasted my time. I don't trust companies that lie every step of the way to their customers. During the day of the work, their employees showed up on time and prepared to get to work, and worked tirelessly and efficiently throughout the day. We've found the home to be a touch warmer (work was done in January) and very noticeably quieter since the install. There was one minor issue where a drywall seam was cracked while blowing in the insulation into that particular wall cavity. James was able to come out the following day to evaluate and had a new drywall panel installed a week later.
