This is a well deserved review but a little late, Joaquin came out back in May, during the summer we have seen a ant problem so this year I wanted to resolve this problem and this was my first time looking on Yelp to find someone. He was able to get back to me fast give me a quote and come out the next day! He let me know how everything would go and he told me that the ants would come out, but then after that they would be gone and he was correct. I have not had an ant problem since he sprayed. (This was a issue in my home but he did spray the outside to) he even told me that he would come back if they didn't go away and didn't work which I haven't needed to but I know if I needed to hire someone again I would definitely have him come back! read more

Joaquin was wonderful! He is responsive and efficient! We have had a rat problem that another company could not solve. Joaquin came in and immediately saw the issues. He was thorough and knowledgeable about rat control. We finally feel like we can relax. Additionally, we had been trying to use glue traps before Joaquin. We moved into a new apartment and found out that there was a cockroach problem. The pest control company that the apartment complex was using wasn't able to take care of the issue. So we decided to independently reach out to another pest control company which was Joaquin with Bully Pest Control. Excellent service from the beginning to the end! Even from the first phone call to Joaquin, I could tell he was an honest and trustworthy person. I had a rat ( gross ) and I received two quotes earlier that day, $1723 and $6000! One guy told me I needed to have the insulation in my attic removed and redone! Thank God I called Joaquin and asked him to give me a quote. He came the very next day and was prompt and very professional. He told me I didn't need the insulation replaced ( which I had done 5 years ago) and he said it wasn't bad and I only need the standard traps, to cover openings, and then I requested the sanitation process! Great deal for what I was quoted at half the cost. So I went with him. He got started that day and followed through every week from beginning to the end. Joaquin is such a nice and honest person who truly offered great customer service and won't try to sell you unnecessary services. I'm also going with him to do my pest control regularly because he was also cheaper than Aptive. I recommend Joaquin and I promise you won't be disappointed. I don't write that many reviews but when I do, it's because it is well deserved and worth telling others about. Bully Pest Control is a company that stands out from all the other pest control companies. Joaquin(owner) goes above and beyond for his customers and it is apparent that he takes pride not only in his company but the service he provides as well. When I called to inquire about his services he was very responsive and was able to come first thing the following day. I had called 3-4 different companies before I called Bully Pest Control and no one could come until after the weekend on Monday. (This was Thursday mid afternoon when we spoke). There was an urgency in my opinion for someone to come out because the problem was fleas and no matter what I tried my 2 dogs were coming back in the house with 4-5 fleas attached every time they went outside. I was looking for someone to come asap because at that point I was no longer letting my dogs in the backyard until it was chemically treated. Bully Pest Control doesn't charge you $250 start up fee like Orkin does. It's the same price each month and the initial inspection and start up services is included. They don't charge extra for that. You get the same treatment on day 1 as you do every month but all the other companies wanted start up costs upward of $250 just a way to squeeze more money from you. Joaquin and Bulky Pest Control crushes all the other companies with the attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and in just 2 treatments my flea problem is over. Joaquin even came out an extra time 2 weeks after we started to retreat at no extra cost. He knows how to run his company and he takes great care of his customers. If I could give him a million stars I would because his company is one in a million. If you need a reliable, honest, and responsive company, you don't need to look any further! This is it! This company is amazing! The owner is super responsive and innovative in making sure his formulas are top of the line for a fair price!
