He inspected my house for possible rodent entry points and plugged a possible rodent entry hole and set traps. We trapped one mouse within a week. He came back and removed the mouse. Had a sudden ant attack the day we were supposed to leave for vacation. There were thousands of different kinds of ants in our living room and needless to say had major panic. Quickly surfed yelp and put out a request and Bully was first to respond and showed up at my door within 45 mins. He quickly assessed the issue, took extra care to ensure our 5 y.o was safe as he identified one type of ants to be very aggressive with painful bite. I had an ongoing roach issue/infestation for about at least a year or so. Roaches outside the house and inside the house. I attempted to seal up any existing cracks and gaps in the home, which helped but did not resolve the problem. I was using Dewey Pest Control for my pest issues for years, but all they did to resolve this ongoing issue was provide a routine spraying and laid out roach bait once - nothing further to attempt to figure out why this was a recurring issue and where the source of the issue was. I called Joaquin from Bully Pest Control and he came out promptly to evaluate my house. In one visit he inspected the interior and exterior of my house and pointed out gaps that I had failed to fill in. He also told me that I needed to identify if there were any leaks in my crawlspace. I took his advice, called a few plumbers and confirmed no leaks. I then contacted Dewey to verify if they could go under the house to take care of the issue where the source of the roach issue apparently was. They refused citing "liability" issues! After I terminated my useless service with Dewey, I called Joaquin and he came out quickly, went into my crawlspace with no problem, and sprayed in all the areas where these nasty pests were nesting. He also sprayed the inside and exterior of my house. Its been a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased with the results of his service! In 2 visits Joaquin did more for me and my family (roaches are gross and you don't want them in your house!) than Dewey did in 5+ years of service! I signed up with Bully immediately afterwards.
