Just opened first week of July 2024.

My wife and I went for dinner. We ordered from the Thai section of the menu and can report that the chicken & fried rice and the shrimp & fried rice are both excellent. Probably the best deal on the menu is the All You Can Eat offer at $36+change per person. Our server was great. She answered all of our questions; when she wasn't sure, she went to find out for us. Ambiance? Modern - booths with tables set up with a cook top for some of the "make it at your table" menu items. There's also some counter service. It's a welcome change of pace for Exeter Township from pizza, diner, and fast food burgers. Very much worth a try. I'm giving them a 5 because I couldn't find a reason to give them less.

Disappointing to say the least. I ordered takeout and our order was completely wrong. Pad Thai was not spicy, not even a little bit when I ordered the hot one. It didn't have a drop of spice. We also ordered the Korean fried chicken, 10 piece, received 6. It could barely be considered Korean fried chicken.

I never leave bad reviews. In fact if you look at my history, you'll only see a few low scores, most are 4s and 5s as I try to overlook most things. I'm not overlooking this tonight. I will say it was their grand opening yesterday , a fact I was unaware of, and our group probably would have waited a few months to try it had all of us been aware of how recently they opened. Some of our party arrived before us so we sat right down. A man brought us water... and then... nothing. We sat and nothing happened for quite a bit of time. Eventually a waitress came over and took our order. Our rather large order as there were 8 of us. Also as a side note, don't accept a reservation for 8 people if your tables only comfortably seat 6. The appetizers came out. They all tasted excellent. We asked for a corkscrew and wine glasses. They only have 5 wine glasses. If you're BYOB shouldn't you at least have the proper vessels? On the menu, there is a little blurb until the AYCE menu, that you have a time limit of 1 hour and 20 minutes when eating the AYCE. This is very important later. The meats all come out and we got a little bit of everything. Short rib. Spicy bulgogi. Shrimp. Squid. Pork Belly. Quite a few others. All of it was excellent. The food was all cooked by the diners at the table so it was also a fun interactive experience and everyone could cook the meats to their liking. Oh wait, forgot to mention, no one came over to show us how the table stoves worked, and the only advice we got was "I'd say 3-4 minutes to preheat you really want to hear the sizzle" We finished it up and we were ready for another round of meats. No waitress or waiter came over during any of the cooking process to see how the food was, or to clear plates (we wound up stacking them all on the queuing wall behind us as there was literally no room. A waitress came over, we ordered another round of meat... then nothing for awhile, eventually a woman came over and informed the table that we had exceeded the 1:20 time limit. After some back and forth she agreed to let us have another round. Her argument was that people were waiting for tables (there was a table behind us that had sat un-bussed for over a half hour) and there was no one at the door waiting. The conversation happened at 8 PM. At 8:45 we still had no second round of meat so we went to investigate and no one had any idea we had placed an order. THey wound up bringing out some rice (which we ordered and never got in the first round) and a few plates of meat (some of which we did not order, and some we did, so it seems like just panicked and brought things out). So the food is really good. The bulgogi is delicious and the spicy one does pack a punch. All the meats seasonings were fantastic and the flavors were bold. Cannot say anything bad about the food whatsoever. In fact it was some of the best tasting food I've had at a restaurant in awhile. If you are going to advertise AYCE with a time limit, your staff should be making sure to be there to help with reorders. At $35/head it's not super expensive, but it's not a cheap meal either. If you're short staffed, or suffering during the grand opening with getting all of your staff on the same page and making sure that you are perhaps extending the time limit a bit if a large table has only done one round. Some of the worst service I've ever received at a restaurant, and the more I think about it, we did all of the cooking ourselves so I'm not really sure why the wait times were so dreadful. The food is on point, the concept is neat, I will never come back to this location again as the service was evening ruining. Edit : the owner sent me a reply so photo attached Edit 2 : the owner sent me a compliment , I feel so loved.

Fun grill it yourself at your table all you can eat Korean BBQ. The staff is very helpful & guides you thru the process. The "meal plan" includes appetizer / salad & desert bar. Great for groups & families on a night you want to get out & do something different!

Squid, pork belly, spicy shrimp kimchi 3 diff sauces etc

Food was amazing. Service: different waiters would ask if we needed anything. Ambiance: chill Owner very kind and thankful for us visiting his restaurant Definitely would recommend.

The food was good and service great! I think that the selection is pretty good for a small family owned restaurant. Will definitely be coming back!

KPot is truly a gem! The atmosphere is modern with urban vibe decor. It's a cool place. And the service is excellent, from beginning to end. Our server helped us select our broth and gave us newcomers a lay of the hot pot land. You can order your hot pot add-ins by tablet on table-- and the food comes out without delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which our tablet selections were delivered to the table. Now onto the food and drink. We ordered the strawberry lemonade and regular milk teas. The strawberry lemonade was sweet but not overly so- very refreshing. And the kiddos reported that the milk teas was delicious. Now- onto the hot pot experience, which was so much fun! For broths, we tried the tomato, miso, and the spicy tom ka gha, which were all packed with flavor. Yum. KPot has a wide variety of meats and add ins for your hot pot. We tried the ribeye, brisket, beef tongue, pork, lamb, shumai, goyoza, octopus, eggplant, ramen, potato, and udon noodles. The beef tongue and the lamb were my favorites. But there was much more to try, we really only scratched the surface. I should also add that along with the all you can eat hot pot, there is also a little buffet with appetizers, desserts, and sauces. The kiddos enjoyed the freezer with ice cream options. KPot offers an all around well done hot pot experience in a cool atmosphere with fabulous service. I am certain we will be back next time I'm in the area. I'd say it is absolutely worth a visit.

Welp better late than never. I came across this chill, cozy, comfortable restaurant that offers way more than a chat and chew environment (which unfortunately the Exton area has more than enough off so this spot is not only welcome. It is needed!) And just so we're clear the K -BBQ as it reads on the physical sign is the same restaurant as O2 K-BBQ found in a quick Google search. The physical sign and the name that appears on the web don't match. I confirmed this with our hostess. It was previously a Red Robbins and now makes for a nice date night for its energetic vibe that offers a friendly yet playful atmosphere. Yes there are grills at each table for you cook the most delectable meats. I'm talking brisket, steak, ribs, pork belly, and if it's your thing intestine, and abomasum. I recommend trying the Spicy Tofu soup as one of your sides which deserves a chef's kiss for its robust flavor and perfectly cooked tofu Another excellent side was the Gyoza which was a mouth sensation with or without the sauce. Add to this attentive staff who ensure your grill top is switched out with a clean one so your food is cooked to satisfaction and you have a different Exton restaurant experience. Plus this spot is open until midnight Monday through Sunday....in Exton, Pa. Check it out especially if you live close to Exton looking for an evening out that last beyond 9pm.

The dining room was extremely hot and filled with smoke the entire time. Everyone at our table was sweating throughout dinner, making the experience very uncomfortable. The service was equally disappointing. Servers would come by to ask what we needed or take orders, but nothing would arrive. Their explanation was that they were busy, yet the restaurant wasn't even full. At one point, we were told they didn't have spoons available for the soup because they were busy. It's hard to understand how a restaurant can run out of something as basic as spoons. To make matters worse, the first item we ordered--a simple miso soup--didn't arrive until we were practically ready to leave. Since this is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, timely service is essential, but our second order of meat took 20-30 minutes to come out. By the time it finally arrived, we were already getting full from sitting around and waiting. I've been to many all-you-can-eat restaurants and have never experienced delays like this. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere, lackluster service, and excessive wait times, this was a very frustrating dining experience. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this restaurant.

When I got there at about 5:45pm there were just a few tables occupied and it was easy to immediately place an order (you can order at the counter, or on a kiosk). I placed an order for japchae noodles and then a 5pc of drumsticks. It ended up being way more food than I bargained for and so I took most of the japchae to-go. The wings were made-to-order and had the characteristic double fry and then were bathed in a yum yum sauce. It was very good and not overly spicy. The japchae was fine but didn't have quite the same star power that the fried chicken had. The noodles were soft and portion was large though which was good. By the time I left about 30 minutes later, the restaurant was packed and there was a line to order that was nearly out the door. I can understand why this is a popular place!

Everything was delicious, from the apps to the dishes, and definitely very healthy portions! Service was pretty good as well, with attentive staff despite there not being a whole lot of them. The food is Korean-inspired with some fusion elements, and all of it was nicely executed. Fried chicken bites were a pretty big hit, and the pork buns were good as well - crispier than usual, but still really good. Toppoki was nice too, and have to say that calling it rice gnocchi is pretty smart to make it easier to understand outside the Asian POV. Kimchi paella was essentially kimchi fried rice, but tasty and filling, and the scrape off parts at the bottom, that's rice gold right there. I don't always eat rice, but when I do, I prefer slightly burnt at the bottom of a stone pot. Second visit, I went with fire chicken, which is tasty and has some kick. I did notice that my not Asian colleague was asked if he was sure about the three fire symbols, but I was not :P Space is pretty nice inside too, a nice combination of old and new; the bathroom was nice and clean, and the general feel inside is casual but elegant. I wouldn't be opposed to returning, but would need to know much more about allergy protocols and awareness, which admittedly isn't always a strong point in Asian cuisine.
