While visiting the Amish Country, we decided to stop here on a Saturday evening. The place was quiet, tables were clean, the staff was friendly, and there is a cute lil cafe style nook in the corner which seems like a nice place to get a couple of Thai teas or other drinks to hang out at. There was a water boil advisory in the area, so they only offered drinks. Drinks were $2.49, and each of our dishes were about $14.99 each. This serving portions were alright, though they couldve been slightly larger. I chose to have my dish at a "Thai Spicy" and they delivered well on that. Both our dishes were very flavorful, and this is better that the last Thai place I ate at in the diverse city I am from. If we were visiting the area again, we would definitely consider eating here again.

I want to give them props for being a Thai restaurant in Ephrata which is a little more off the beaten path. But the food was not great. The main issue seemed to be that they had a pre-prepared vegetable mix that they used with various dishes. It just wasn't flavorful or fresh-seeming....almost like it was all steamed up ahead and bland. It also had a lot of cabbage in it that felt like almost regular old green cabbage rather than what you'd find in Asian dishes. The cashew beef was particularly gross and flavorless. The peanut dipping sauce with the summer rolls was tasty. The rolls themselves were huge but they had way too much lettuce-- including lots of red cabbage. It just made them less enjoyable, despite seeming to be pretty fresh. The green curry just looked gross-- the sauce was tasty but again, that vegetable mix was not doing them any favors-- way too much cabbage. Service was good. Food came reasonably quickly. Tea was just regular old tea bags and a mug, but that's fine. So while I want to give them credit and some slack-- they are just 10 miles from Lancaster-- those vegetables could EASILY be better prepared and bok choy is readily accessible.

Solid meals EVERY time at 3 Sisters in Ephrata. I ordered 4 meals for pickup and my order was ready at the exact time I asked. I have never had a bad meal here!

My husband and I stopped in to eat on a whim one day, and have since ordered take-out multiple times. The portions are huge, and the prices are fair. The restaurant itself is simple, but clean. The staff is very friendly. They seem to hold onto staff for long periods of time, which says a lot about the owners. My two favorite things in the menu are the Pad Khmer, and the sticky rice (especially mango sticky rice when it's in season!)

Nice clean place with attentive helpful staff. Note they allow sit in 30 mins before closing time. They stop serving 15 minutes before closing time. With thus said I ahd to take my food to go as I came in at 8.15pm they close 8.30 that day. My red curry could use a bit more flavor, it wasn't as tasty as I personally like them. My Tom yum soup was good. I expected it with more coconut milk, but again that is my personal preference. I need to come in a taste other dishes and experience dining in. Easy street parking walking a few steps to restaurant. Nice location in Ephrata.

Hands down the best Thai place in the area. Favorite dishes are the fried rice and pad Thai!

I haven't had Three Sisters in a little bit since Covid hit and I decided to try the Pad Thai. I have to say that I felt the Pad Thai was a little on the bland side, but the noodles and vegetables were cooked well. I also ordered the Red Curry and that was actually pretty good (and spicy for being medium)

One table occupied and took almost 1 hour for a takeout order. Avoid if you don't have all day.

Unimpressive, not anywhere near the best Thai I have ever eaten. The curry was TOO thin, and lacked flavor.

Upon entry I was quickly seated and cold water was brought to the table. During my last time here I discovered the cooks are Burmese so I promised myself that I would order a Burmese dish the next time I came. Today was the day to do exactly that. I placed my order and waited for my food to arrive. Eventually my order arrived. Nan Ji Thoke: a savory noodle dish with chicken and hard boiled egg garnished with onion and crunchy split chickpeas. The dish is accompanied by a side of clear vegetable broth. Shortly after my food arrived I noticed the waitress speaking with someone who came out of the kitchen. I was then introduced to this man who happened to be the owner. We struck up pleasant conversation about Burmese food, my limited experience with it and desire to further explore this cuisine. Our chat led deeper into discussion about restaurants in Philadelphia and what cuisines should come to Lancaster. Aside from the conversation, the dish was fantastic. I had Nan Ji Thoke before but this expression was better than I ever had. I made sure I verbally expressed this as well. I savored the flavor on my palette for approximately the next two hours. I definitely plan on returning and hope you visit if you never have before.

The soup came with Thai pork, vegetables, and scallions. It was very flavorful and came out nice and hot so good that I didn't feel the need to add anything extra to it. For my main dish, I ordered my go-to Thai meal: chicken and basil. It was super delicious. The chicken was well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and the dish came out hot and fresh just like the soup. Parking was easy since they have their own dedicated parking lot. It's not huge, but I had no trouble finding a spot. The restaurant itself is family-friendly, and they had music playing in the background that added to the atmosphere without being too loud or distracting. Service was a little slower than usual today it took about 15 minutes for someone to come over and take my food and drink order, but once the order was placed, the food came out quickly. The staff was still very kind and welcoming, and things happen sometimes, so it wasn't enough for me to take away from the overall experience. They also have bathrooms available, which is always helpful for families stopping in. Seating options are tables, booths, and table and booth combination, If you enjoy Thai cuisine, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!

My wife and I tried a bit of everything with the foreknowledge that we'd be taking a to go box for what we couldn't finish. We both eat vegan so it was the vegetable spring rolls to begin with. I'm not usually one to brag on spring rolls but they were really delicious. I personally enjoyed the vegan soup with clear broth, veggies and tofu. Next up was the Pad Thai without peanuts due to my nut allergies and fried tofu. Man it was flavorful. Powerful but not overwhelming. My wife and I shared a bit of vegetable fried rice without eggs or meat. Definitely better than most places I've had fried rice at. 11 out of 10. But wait; there's more. My wife had some kind of flat noodle with brown sauce and veggies. The texture was soft with a mild flavor. Not too strong or off putting. Just simple. There was only one server but the service was pleasant and kindly. If you enjoy less people around then this would be a great ambiance for you. Oh almost forgot! My iced Thai tea was fantastic. Very sweet though like a dessert so I had to sip it in stages but enjoyable.
