This charming Thai restaurant offers sit-down meals on comfortable furniture, as well as takeout options. In terms of cleanliness and atmosphere it is well above the average Asian restaurant in central PA. In terms of the food, it was interesting but we've had better. One thing we liked was being able to choose the level of spicyness. I sometimes have trouble with spicy food, so we ordered one dish medium spicy and the other mild. I handled the medium spicy okay, though I did need a Tums afterwards. The main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the slow service. We knew going in that others have raised this as an issue, so we tried to be patient. But some of it seemed unnecessary. It appears that there were only two staff people, one primarily in the kitchen and the other serving tables. They would benefit by having one or two more people. read more

While visiting the Amish Country, we decided to stop here on a Saturday evening. The place was quiet, tables were clean, the staff was friendly, and there is a cute lil cafe style nook in the corner which seems like a nice place to get a couple of Thai teas or other drinks to hang out at. There was a water boil advisory in the area, so they only offered drinks. Drinks were $2.49, and each of our dishes were about $14.99 each. This serving portions were alright, though they couldve been slightly larger. I chose to have my dish at a "Thai Spicy" and they delivered well on that. Both our dishes were very flavorful, and this is better that the last Thai place I ate at in the diverse city I am from. If we were visiting the area again, we would definitely consider eating here again. read more

I want to give them props for being a Thai restaurant in Ephrata which is a little more off the beaten path. But the food was not great. The main issue seemed to be that they had a pre-prepared vegetable mix that they used with various dishes. It just wasn't flavorful or fresh-seeming....almost like it was all steamed up ahead and bland. It also had a lot of cabbage in it that felt like almost regular old green cabbage rather than what you'd find in Asian dishes. The cashew beef was particularly gross and flavorless. The peanut dipping sauce with the summer rolls was tasty. The rolls themselves were huge but they had way too much lettuce-- including lots of red cabbage. It just made them less enjoyable, despite seeming to be pretty fresh. The green curry just looked gross-- the sauce was tasty but again, that vegetable mix was not doing them any favors-- way too much cabbage. Service was good. Food came reasonably quickly. Tea was just regular old tea bags and a mug, but that's fine. So while I want to give them credit and some slack-- they are just 10 miles from Lancaster-- those vegetables could EASILY be better prepared and bok choy is readily accessible. read more

Never usually leave such a low number but I called in a takeout order 5 minutes after they opened and went to restaurant it took them 55 minutes to make our order even after they admitted we were the first order they got after they reopened for dinner. People came into eat after we had been waiting and they got their meals before we got ours. The food was pretty plain and run of the mill. Nothing special. We went there because we love their fried chicken restaurant. We assumed it would be the same or at least similar experience. Was not. Won't be back. read more

We went at noon which I guess was a bad time because we waited over an hour for our food. By that time we were quite exhausted trying to keep a toddler entertained and just wanted to leave. When they brought the food, they had forgotten part of it, so we had to get their attention and ask and then wait again. Portions were small. Overall not a great experience. Just an update to keep it fresh.... Food is still excellent and I do recommend.. I really do wish that they would chop the vegetables a little smaller for the dishes but that is just my preference.I have eaten here quite a few times but it's been mostly take out. Only one bad takeout experience when they literally burned and I mean black and crispy burned my double order of vegetable spring rolls.(Eight total spring rolls) I live half hour away and only caught it when I got home. The only reason I bring it up is because when I called in to inform them, they said that they were aware of the issue. If so, why did they pack them in my order? They could have informed me of the problem and offered to make me some replacements or took it off my check. But they never should have put them in my order and charged me just so I would end up tossing them in the garage at home. My husband and I stopped in to eat on a whim one day, and have since ordered take-out multiple times. The portions are huge, and the prices are fair. The restaurant itself is simple, but clean. The staff is very friendly. They seem to hold onto staff for long periods of time, which says a lot about the owners. Recently visited for the first time. Google reviews were hot & cold. Had a coupon from local flavor and decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed! We went on a Friday night and had to wait a few minutes for a table. It's a small place, but not crammed, maybe 10 tables or so. Dining area is super simple. We had the fresh summer rolls as an appetizer - delicious! We ordered chicken pad thai & pork panang curry (requested curry extra spicy). Entrees were steaming hot, fresh, fragrant and loaded with flavor. Good sized portions. My husband finished his meal - I brought half of mine home. Our server was great. The girl who is the greeter, hostess, does carryout & checkout was an absolute joy. We chatted about her years working at the restaurant, the food, the family that owns the restaurant & cooks - she's a wonderful representation of the restaurant. This place is booming with takeout orders - so you'll see a lot of people coming in and out. We had a great dining experience here. Definitely recommend & we look forward to returning. Nice clean place with attentive helpful staff. Note they allow sit in 30 mins before closing time. They stop serving 15 minutes before closing time. With thus said I ahd to take my food to go as I came in at 8.15pm they close 8.30 that day. My red curry could use a bit more flavor, it wasn't as tasty as I personally like them. My Tom yum soup was good. I expected it with more coconut milk, but again that is my personal preference. I need to come in a taste other dishes and experience dining in. From beginning to end, experiencing Three Sisters Park restaurant for the first time today was a joy. Street parking was readily available in front of the restaurant which helped on such a torrentially rainy day. The small restaurant was filled with customers, all of whom appeared to be very happy diners. Despite the abundance of people within a small space, the noise level was acceptable. The dining room is immaculate and nicely decorated. I ordered a lunch-sized portion of Noodles Delight (thin rice noodles with vegetables) with shrimp and chicken egg roll. My meal was plentiful and outrageously flavorful. My friend had never before eaten Thai food; I guided her to try Pad Thai with no spice, shrimp and chicken egg roll. I chuckled over her grunts of pleasure. "Oh, this is SO GOOD!" Our platters were quite eye-pleasing which enhances one's dining experience. Today's lunches were so satisfying that I ordered take-out for later consumption. Our waitress and a staff member from the kitchen were gracious and accommodating. I tipped heavily based on the fine, welcoming service that we received. Based on today's experience, dinner portions (which run about $4-$5 more than lunch portions) are a sensible way to order at lunchtime since leftovers are sure to be welcomed. read more

I have to say that I felt the Pad Thai was a little on the bland side, but the noodles and vegetables were cooked well. Wonderful Thai place in the middle of town. I don't often eat Thai food, nor do I often travel through Ephrata, but the stars aligned during a recent business excursion and I found myself at Three Sisters Park. The menu is fairly succinct with six fried rice/noodle dishes and three curry offerings. There are a lot more possible combinations, however, since you can add your choice of either vegetables, shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, or salmon to each one. In typical Thai fashion, there are some unique drinks as well, including coconut soda, lemon creme soda, and white gourd juice. When it comes to presentation, the chef goes a little further here, and you can tell that the aesthetics are just as important as the flavor. Don't get me wrong - it's still your casual neighborhood Thai joint, but the food isn't just slopped onto the plate, and that's refreshing to see. The pad Thai and red curry dishes pack a serious punch. I highly recommend ramping up the spiciness factor - come on, give your taste buds a jolt! My only negative takeaway from Three Sisters is the interior design. It's all very cold and drab inside. Luckily, the food is the star of the show here, and after you take your first bite, it won't matter what your surroundings look like. If I wasn't so hell bent on trying a new place every time I go out of town, I'd definitely come back. Highly recommended! read more

Our party of four came in fairly close to closing time and yet we were greeted by a nice young woman who seated us promptly. The decor was fresh and updated feeling and the service was good. We tried their app sampler and some curries which were all fantastic. Deep, complex flavors, bursting with peppery citrus that leave you wanting more with every bite. Portions were ample enough to need a box to go. We chatted with the owner at checkout and he informed us he was actually Cambodian, a very nice and sincere gentleman. Ate here on Saturday night with my cousin. Very nice and decent for the Ephrata area. The curry could be a bit creamery, it was pretty watery, but the flavor was good. the dish had some very HOT spots and some NOT so hot spots. I'm not a broccoli fan and I shared this dish with my bf so we asked for it on the side..... they put it in a cup on the same plate and the broth of our dish just swam around the the bottom of it (gross). My cousin ordered the pineapple rice dish and raves so much about it. Everything we've had here is pretty good. I would recommend maybe less sweetener in the ice coffee and a large straw to suck up the jelly with the lychee drink. read more
