They came and sprayed and before the 30 days I had bugs back. They definitely worked with me and came back out. My work schedule was hectic but they were patient and catering. They even gave me information about what to do if they came back. read more

One of the best pest control companies I have ever used. Justin is the best!!! I bought a home in Katy and we are remodeling it. The home was a rental property then it was unoccupied for quite some time. This caused the house to have insects and even rats at one time. Bugco and Justin have helped me rid this house of the vermin. Every time I call them they send Justin out immediately. He's a nice, professional and knowledgeable young man. Thank you Bugco and Justin! read more

Yet again, Bugco continues to be the most professional and honest company I've ever dealt with. DEFINITELY will continue with them. Called the moment I realized a problem, and they worked around MY and my fiances work schedule to be there for us. Thank you so much! read more

Great service. Joseph Costello was very nice and professional. I'd recommend him to my friends and family

Don't be leery of all the 5 star reviews; they are legit! We've been having an ant problem in and around the house and after weeks of trying to treat them ourselves, admitted defeat. So my husband looked up companies on Yelp to try to find a decent pest control company. He came across Bugco Pest Control and we can both honestly say they were fantastic. Our tech was Germaine; he showed up on time, was extremely nice and professional, and thoroughly knowledgable in treating a number of pests he found in and outside our house. It is refreshing to have a company that is respectful of someone else's time and as nice as Germaine was. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Great customer service! CJ was our pest specialist and he was very helpful and informative. He told us exactly what to expect and reassured us we should see less pests in the future. Great job! read more

Awesome service! Reasonably priced and won't sell you something that you don't need. Sprayed and knocked down spider webs and wasps nest. Walked me around the property with some tips to help me protect my home. Justin was on time and very helpful read more

Chris is the best! He truly loves what he does and more importantly cares about us! Done!

I signed up for the 3 month plan and going on our 2nd treatment these guys come out and do a great job! Great customer service they came by and did the outside and we weren't home so later on we asked them to come by and do the inside no problem! We had minor bug problems at our home but the treatment they have provides seems to be doing a great job! Thanks guys we will continue our business with you! read more

Great technician, it was the owner. He is very honest; he actually talked me out of getting the termite service after thoroughly inspecting the house. The price for service is slightly more expensive than other pest controls but it is worth it. He has definitely received a repeat customer. read more

Great service, they explained what they were doing, what to expect with quarterly service, and they were easy to schedule. The Tech showed up right on time. read more

Our yard was infested with fire ants. We Called BUGCO and they did a treatment - I would say by the next day or two, 99% of ants were gone. We did notice there was a mound or two around the yard that was still active and called them back for another treatment. Cory, came back and completed a second inspection around the yard and through the house and used a stronger chemical agent outside to get rid of the ants. In short, Cory was professional and clearly knowledgeable about his trade. read more

We have never had a better experience for an extermination treatment! Germaine was our technician and he was extremely professional, super friendly and thorough. He removed all of the webs outside and checked the attic to ensure there were no breaches (to keep unwanted critters out). We scheduled this treatment in order to avoid the usual influx of insects now that the weather is warming up and we are confident that Germaine has saved us from our annual spider/ant invasions. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! read more

Great great service! I am expecting mom and found those sneaky small roaches in my kitchen. My husband left for business trip so I freaked out and called them immediately, although the wait was long it was totally worth it! The guy's name was Tito and after his visit I would find dead roaches almost everyday. I didn't imagine we will have so many. He gave some useful tips how to prevent them coming and they were really helpful! Thank you again for wonderful service!!! read more

Beginning with scheduling the appointment, I knew I was going to like this company. They were nice and patient. I even called to reschedule because I would be getting home later than the scheduled appointment time. They worked with me without me asking them to! Jeff's personality was energetic. He listened, provided education and suggestions for keeping bugs away. He told me what he was going to do before he did it. I was getting a general treatment for my home. The price was very reasonable. I really like this company. You don't find companies with a customer focused approach these days. Glad I found my go-to pest control company. read more

Highly recommended. We had an excellent experience using Bugco to help treat our house for cockroaches. They were extremely professional and friendly, and we'll definitely look to use them again in the future. read more

I've had different types of service with this company and different employees who came out. They are very thorough and respectful. Joseph C is fantastic! I would highly recommend them! read more

Daniel from BugCo came and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. He called ahead, knew his business and did a great job. I would recommend them to a friend. read more

Germaine came out and inspected our house for termites, lucky we did not have any! He gave us an estimate for termite preventative treatment. He was extremely nice and precessional. The entire process was very easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend these guys! Germaine came to do our annual termite inspection and as always, he was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with! read more

We saw a sea of ants outside of our lovely home. I promptly proceeded to open up my yelp app and searched for pest control and this company came up right away . So I made an appointment with the nice lady over the phone. Tito came Saturday and sprayed everywhere. No ants now !!! read more

Very helpful on the phone, they didn't try to oversell me on anything. The service technician, Justin Moon, was on time and professional, and also explained everything he was doing. I just had the service done today but I will give them five stars for being professional, affordable, and not overselling. read more

BUGCO is AWESOME. Even though they were completely booked they were able to fit my mom's house in for an appointment before the end of the week. They were extremely nice on the phone, their service was quick and professional, and they gave a thorough explanation of why we had bugs and how to keep them away. We'll definitely use their services again!! read more

I never knew that a home closing would be as stressful as it was. My lender requested a termite report and I am thinking that calling a business to get a report vs using their specialized service is almost impossible. I contacted Home Advisors who sent my information to Bugco. While I am still on the phone with Home Advisors, I received a call that happened to be Chris of Bugco.(Wow! That was quick!) I was very much impressed. What I thought was going to turn into me begging for help, turned out to be the most painless process. Chris fit me right into his schedule and did my inspection the next day. Knowing that a company feels that each service and prospect is just as important as an existing customer makes the experience better. I will definitely recommend Bugco services to anyone and keep them in mind for my pest control needs. read more

I got in touch with this company through the Yelp app and they responded immediately very kind and courteous on the phone the representative they sent over was excellent explain everything and did a very good first time inside and outside of my home thank you Cory for an excellent job read more

Great for all your exterminating needs! I called them to get rid of fleas that my pets brought in, and they came that same week and tested my house twice for a very reasonable price. No more fleas so I'm very happy!! Definitely recommend them! read more

These guys are just terrific! We started with them August, 2014 with a terrible cockroach infestation. I had called several places and decided on Bugco Houston because it seemed that their customers were more than just a number. I was looking for someone who would take a personal interest in our situation until the infestation was under control. Indeed, they stayed with us step by step to get a handle on the situation. They did not just spray, go away and come back in 4 weeks. When we hit a plateau, instead of just spraying more often and with stronger chemicals, they helped us to determine that the water from the small roof leak was just enough to keep the population going. Once we fixed the roof, the treatments went way down. They are not pushy. They only come out when we call. They are top notch!! Highly recommended!! read more

For a few weeks I had been hearing noises in my wall. I was freaking out, thought it was mice or rats, so I called bugco and left a message over the weekend. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and scheduled a technician to come out. I got the best technician CJ! He was on time and took time to answer every question I had as well as educate me on a few things. One thing I respect is honesty and integrity. After his inspection he let me know it was not mice but actually birds. I would CERTAINLY use them for my future pest control needs. read more

Great company with long lasting results! smell free bug spray, which is a huge plus. Daniel went above and beyond by providing a lot of information on the spray and how it works. He even knocked down wasp nests and helped me turn on the sprinklers so that the yard treatment would properly melt into the ground so that my two dogs wouldn't get into it! I appreciate the kindness and how personable the employees are. read more

We had another service come out and treat. The tech from that other company, while polite, was not thorough about treating all windowsills (he only did a few), almost forgot to treat upstairs despite me asking him to, did not answer any of my questions, and did not treat all the areas I had questions about, telling me that they weren't necessary. Bugco, on the other hand, asked where we had seen pests, was thorough without us having to asking him to treat any area, identified what he found so we knew what bugs we were dealing with, and answered all questions! On top of it, he was a great conversationalist, had a sense of humor and was very polite. He also had several suggestions on where we could make some improvements to prevent pests from getting into the house. Very happy and will have BUGCO back again! read more

They are just awesome!!! Daniel my service person is always very thorough in answering my questions and explains reasoning behind how and why I am seeing certain bugs in my house. He is very detailed and even pointed out I should change out my misting system cap as I need to keep the system water free. No sale pressure. When I couldn't find a cap online he said he could help me order one and put it in for me. My previous mosquito service company (mosquito management company) was horrendous. They overcharge me on work never done properly and never answer calls. Bugco office always answers my calls and are efficient and courteous. The whole experience just feels easy and i can completely trust that their work is done properly. Thank you bugco! You have a loyal customer! read more

1st time customer Brook provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He seemed very knowledgeable and was eager to address my concerns. read more

We are very happy with Bugco's service. Very good people to work with, responsive and go out of their way to help and clarify doubts.

I requested BUGCO services based on the stellar yelp reviews and Google reviews. I am not disappointed at all with the level of service Rachel provided. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all, not annoyed that I was walking behind her asking questions. Bonus, I mainly called for exterior treatment - tho I did interior as well - and the area of concern was a pillar on my porch. I noticed wasps crawling inside and nesting, but as soon as Rachel completed her spraying, a couple of wasps left the pillar and then my property as they did not like landing on the exterior of the home that was just sprayed. Job well done and highly recommended service! Will monitor and call for quarterly spraying if needed. read more

Wonderful experience with my technician Jason. He came at the very beginning of the time window I was given and was kind enough to wait on me a few minutes as I was making my way home from work. He did a thorough inspection of the problem area and took pictures and videos of what he found. He could have easily talked me into a number of different services and I would have bought it, as I was desperate for a solution. Instead, he was honest with me and let me know the best fix for the problem would be to hire a contractor. Not only did he give me great advice but he was able to set up something that solved my problem until I could get a contractor. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable for all that I received. Will definitely be a returning customer! read more

I give this company five stars because of their amazing customer service! They were so nice over the phone and so helpful in person. I had the exterminator come out twice, the second time was free, and now I definitely don't have a flea problem anymore! They deserve the five star rating! read more

Chris made moving into my older home so much easier than it could have been. First, he did the WID inspection. He charged less than competitors, but gave a very thorough and timely report. Before I moved in, I went to paint and in a few brief hours encountered a good 20 spiders, few roaches, and handful of other bugs (silverfish, pill bugs, etc.). I honestly didn't believe Chris when he said I wouldn't see any bugs after he came. Sure enough, he came out to spray the house and yard and I haven't seen a bug since. Not only are they not alive, but they're not even coming inside to die. I couldn't be more thrilled. :) read more

Great services! We learned about other residents of our house. Daniel was terrific!!! Highly recommended

My wife and I recently moved to Katy and we needed a company to treat our home for roaches and ants. I decided to use Bugco based on the ratings that I reviewed. Jonathan was the technician who treated our house. He was very professional in explaining the treatment he was going to perform and knowledgeable with the toxicity of the chemicals he was going to use. His work was very thorough, and I appreciated the recommendations he offered. I am pleased with my decision to use Bugco and very pleased with the service Jonathan performed. The pricing was reasonable as well. read more
