We had a schedule for 1:30 today. The guy called and said he was running late and whether we could wait or reschedule. Which other company does this, esp for an hour late? Other companies just show up late. These people really know how to do business. read more

They came out today and Garry was very very professional and did a great job. I would recommend all day every day

Used these guys twice now. Excellent service, they killed every bug in my big leaky house and the other call was for outside treatment, which worked well until we got about 5 inches of rain. That's just nature though. Highly recommend. read more

Okay, okay. I will add to the 5 star reviews, but only b/c Daniel and Herbert made a pretty good first impression. I tend to be very skeptical and critical due to past bad contractor situations, so this review means something...Anyway, Daniel was very thorough and patient when discussing our needs and the many services Bugco provides. Herbert stated that he was in training, but I have a feeling that he'll be off on his own very soon. He served in our military so no further explanation is necessary. ;) They were both very professional, very helpful, and very personable. I don't believe that better people could have been sent to meet with me. Thanks guys! So far, so good! (Side note: I deeply respect and love the fact that this company has many veterans on staff. Knowing this puts the icing on the cake. God Bless Our Troops!) read more

I typically don't use pest control because I let creatures live. But, this week, our house became infested with roaches - first time ever. I was disgusted and confused as we keep the house clean and do not leave out food. I was referred to BUGCO and the technician, Justin, came to our house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the possible reasons/entries points and why the roaches decided to make our house theirs. Incredibly, within 24 hours, I am finding the dead little creatures. Knowing the reasons and ways roaches come in, I will continue to use pest control to keep these dirty creatures out. I highly recommend this company and this technician. read more

Bugco is great. We used them for a rat exclusion in our attic over a year ago and haven't seen an critters since. They gave us the best rate we could find and were very friendly and professional. We've been using them ever since for regular extermination, and the only bugs we've found since have been dead. Our exterminator, Jermaine, is great! Super friendly and professional and very good with my crazy dogs. I especially like that we have the same exterminator every time, rather than new people coming through our house every 3 months. I highly recommend this company! read more

Very pleased with the service we've received from BUGCO over the past couple of years. The service and prices are unbeatable!! We will continue to call on BUGCO for all our pest control needs. read more

Have been with Bugco for 3 years now. Germaine is always so professional and take care all the pest issue.

Awesome company, we're repeat customers. They warranty for only a few months (b/c there are so many variables as far as rain, sun, etc.), but their stuff ends up lasting a long time that we use them annually. Today we had Daniel come out and he was great, very informative, thorough, and understanding of our choice for a chemical free interior. Overall great service, great employees, and great company. read more

Never really had a bug problem... but the occasional roach freaks me out. Called Bugco after a run-in within one in my new home. They were on time. Affordable.. I was seeing an occasional dead bug instead of a moving bug in days! Highly recommend!! read more

Johnathan did a great job. He explained everything to me. This is the third time I have used these guys and I have been happy with them each and every time. I recommend them to all. Thx guys! read more

So far so good. I called, scheduled, they sent out a nice guy and my ant problem seems to be diminishing! Needless to say, I am a happy camper! I still have some flying annoyance in the house so I plan to bring them back out! read more

Great service! Brooke just left my house and I'm impressed about his work. I'm not from Texas and he toke the time to explain to me everything about bugs and weather. He was also super careful about my cat which I really appreciate it. He also used shoes protection while doing the spraying and I love it. Thanks Bugco!! read more

The service was incredible, from rate of response, professionalism, to the actual work itself. The only down side is that there's never enough of this type of business. :-) Thank you and looking forward to continue with the service again, and again...every couple of months. read more

This company is wonderful and always try very hard to please me! When we first bought our new house in Missouri City we were over run with fire ants in the yard and these tiny little ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. They came about three times to get rid of these buggers and, for the most part, the ant are all gone - inside and out! Since then I have had them come again for another general spray and lawn treatment and they bent over backwards to work with my schedule and ended up coming twice just to make sure I was accommodated. And I must say, I am very happy, since we have pretty much no bugs anywhere. And if I do find a bug, it is always dead! I will definitely keep using Bugco for my pest control in the future! read more

I'm so glad that I found BugCo! I've been using Yelp for years but haven't had any service that's impressive enough making me want to spend time on writing a good review. Definitely easy and smooth communication. I emailed them first, checking on what kind of services they offer; within a short period of time, I got a detailed response including possible choices, answers to the specific questions I asked and prices. Then I called them to make an appointment - again, talking on the phone you can tell that they care about their customers not only their money. Cory is great! He did general inspection on our house - efficient and knowledgeable guy! Thanks BugCo! read more

An excellent local company! I had a problem in my apartment with gnats and the apartment complex sent their company out but I wanted another pair of eyes to look, so after seeing the very high ratings for BUGCO I called them. I now see why I had a two-week wait for a visit! These guys are good! Justin came to my apartment on the scheduled date on time, called ahead of his arrival, took a close look at everything, sprayed, and offered some helpful tips. I had thought of calling one of the national pest control brands instead but I can recommend BUGCO over any of them. Kudos to their call center, too - it's nice to hear a friendly voice that actually sounds competent! Well done, Justin! Well done, BUGCO! read more

All I can say is awesome customer service!!! Brooke was my service agent and he was outstanding. He is a really nice guy, and very informative when it comes to explaining what he is doing. He even showed up extra early to get the spraying done. I highly recommend their services. read more

I found BUGCO on Yelp due to their high ratings and great reviews. Gave them a call and they quickly scheduled someone to come out at a time that fit my schedule. Daniel happened to show up early since his schedule cleared up, which was great. He obviously knew his craft in and out and, more importantly to me, explained in detail exactly what he would be doing and how the product worked. He described what I could expect to see moving forward, and he gave me some additional tips for bug prevention. I really appreciated the friendliness and the efficient service. read more

Bugco Pest Control delivered on their services from beginning to end. They are easy to get in touch with, and really hassle-free when it came time to schedule my appointment. Germaine came out to spray our new home for bugs and he was very thorough and helpful. I have yet to see any bugs! We will definitely be using them to come out and spray every 2-3 months to keep unwanted pests out of our home. read more

I selected BUGCO for our residential treatment based on the large number of positive reviews and was not disappointed. The service and professionalism by Germaine definitely met my expectations. Choosing BUGCO is a great way to deal with this unpleasant task. read more

Cory Scott treated our home today inside and out. We have used a number of exterminator companies in the past and I can hands down say that my experience with Cory and BugCo was the best. They have a very special way of making you feel important as a customer and not just like another job as some of the larger companies tend to do. He was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining options for treating our home and presented options that were specific to our needs. He was also very understanding and kind when I missed our scheduled appointment due to going into labor and forgetting to cancel the appointment in time. I am very happy I found this company and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. read more

I just got my house sprayed for bugs inside and out. Justin was great! He answered all of my questions and did the work quickly and efficiently! Their prices are competitive too. read more

I had an extermination done when I first moved into my new house and sadly these German roaches just wouldn't disappear! With 4 kids, one of which is allergic to roaches I was on the hunt for a real extermination. Hopped onto Yelp to find a better pest control company and came across Bugco, best choice I ever made. I was given an appointment within the week, service is quick and customer service is excellent. I met Cody for the initial treatment and surprisingly it was pretty quick, and he is honestly one of the nicest guys ever. He gave me great advice, was really cool and chill, did an excellent job and didnt miss a single area. Within the first week or two almost 95% of the roaches were completely gone! I still had seen a few here and there, not many, so I called in for a follow up and was given another appointment at no cost within a few days. After the initial treatment Rachel came by for the follow up appointment and touched up the areas of concern. Rachel was amazing! Such a sweet and kind hearted person, treats you like a friend! She did an amazing job and I really couldn't be happier with the service. If you need pest control I strongly recommend bugco, you wont regret it. Prices are great! Service is excellent! Most importantly they care about their customers. read more

Bugco is my go-to company for pest control. They were very helpful and friendly scheduling service. Tito took care of some termite treatment when we sold our house. We liked him so much that he is now our bug guy for quarterly general pest control in our new home. He's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. You can tell he enjoys what he's doing. Would definitely recommend Tito and Bugco in general to anyone looking for excellent pest control service. read more

I love this company. We have Bugco set up for routine maintenance and their team is alway on time, polite, informative, and transparent. We had Joseph come out today and he was so polite and thorough! He found some bug problems in our house at the early stages and immediately informed his boss who is coordinating follow up steps. GREAT JOB JOE AND BUGCO! Five stars and will always recommend! read more

Brandon came by our home and did a terrific and thorough job spraying indoors and outdoors, answering my questions, and providing advice on how to keep critters from coming into the interior of the house. The product worked as we have seen dead bugs around and no live ones inside the house since he visited. The price was also very reasonable with no expensive up-front contract. I would definitely recommend BUGCO to others. read more

This is my second time getting service from Bugco Pest Control. Amazing service today from Daniel. I appreciate the call before getting to my home and the wonderful service he provided while in my home. Daniel explained everything to me in detail and took his time to show me little modifications I can make around my home to help with the bugs not getting in my home. Thanks Bugco for keeping my home bug/roach/ant free! Thanks Daniel. read more

We had what looked like wasps in the house so I quickly called BUGCO with expectations of just someone coming out and taking care of the problem and that's it. I just wanted them Gone!! Well when Rachael showed up she not only took care of the wasp problem but also explained their quarterly pest control program and I of course signed up because it all made sense! But back to Rachael first of all she was beyond caring and authentic!! So refreshing to see a female in this industry!! Not only was she able to help with my current situation but also explained how to prevent it. I'm so glad I just happened to called Bugco wasn't expecting much but what a great company!! read more

Called Bugco after a friend's recommendation and I must say my friend was right on the money. I had an issue with ants and roaches so Corey came out and was extremely professional. He explained everything so that someone with limited knowledge of bugs could follow along. He also set the expectation that I might continue seeing ants and roaches but not to worry because the service they provided was guaranteed. Well Chris came out today and repeated the service at no charge and also scheduled a follow up in 2 weeks. Now that's how customer service is supposed to be done. read more
