Great service! Great company! Technician was on time too! He told me about my options but no pressure to get a contract.

I've been with Bugco for a little over a year now and their services are great. I recently had an interior treatment done by William and his customer service was excellent. He was very professional and helpful. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them! read more

Very professional! Easy to book an appointment, came out early, actually looked for a problem before spraying. Educated me about the problem and was able to answer all of my questions. Would use again! Would recommend!! read more

We love these guys! Always professional and very thorough. Cory took extra time to search for some unwanted creatures! We weren't happy with our previous pest control company and switched to Bug Co 3 years ago...so glad we did. read more

Great service! Trey was timely and professional. We would definitely recommend using them.

This is by far the best pest control company I have ever used. I have a small business and was having a very difficult time getting my roach problem under control. I went through at least 6 companies over the past 4 years and, at best, the problem was manageable. The company I had right before BugCo was coming in at least twice a month and we still had roaches running around in the middle of the day. I was so exasperated I told BugCo cost meant nothing, I just wanted the issue resolved. Even knowing this, BugCo quoted me a very reasonable monthly fee (much less than some of the bigger name companies I had gone through). After 1 treatment with BugCo I noticed a huge difference. I plan on using BugCo for as long as they are around. read more

We've been w Bugco for almost a year and have been very happy w them. When we first moved into our home we had an issue w ants but since working w Bugco, we have not had issues and have been happy w the preventive maintenance visits every quarter. Only once have we had a scheduling mixup and they worked w me immediately to rectify the situation. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and professional. On our recent service visit, Brooke was our technician and he arrived right on schedule and not only did he thoroughly walk me through his process of where he was spraying, he also gave us some helpful landscape tips for preventive measures, which we definitely appreciated. We are very satisfied w the service we receive and will continue to keep Bugco as our pest control service provider. read more

I had a serious wasp problem. I'm talking 100 wasps. We needed professional help so we found BUGCO on Yelp with great reviews. We called and had an appointment within just a few minutes. Two days later we met with a gentleman who was professional and friendly. He walked around our property, showing us and explaining everything that may need to be done- or didn't need to be done. 30 minutes later we had a detailed quote. He is very upfront with us and we appreciate that. read more

We had an issue with primarily ants d/t new construction and disturbing of the land. They were coming in from the foundation. I called and spoke to Sam who was very patient and thorough. We thought we would just use the ports built into the side of the home but he warned the treatment only gets to a limited part of the home that way. He scheduled within 2 days which was a relief given the ants were everywhere - under clothing, corners of closets, etc w/o anything in particular attracting them. We knew we wanted regular treatment so Sam got us set up with quarterly treatment. Chelsea is our tech who came out to help out to the house. She was very thorough and treated what I needed but also suggested rodent traps. With the cleared land, there has definitely been disturbed wildlife and field mouse sightings so that was accurate. She placed those traps on the spot - which they manage. I also got yard treatment for mosquitoes - she did a serious fogger treatment. That helped for a few days but of course the mosquitoes have come back secondary to the rain naturally, but not as bad. She also treated the lawn for a variety of insects. I was worried about my flower beds, but nothing was affected as she assured. All of the services seem to have helped greatly. We were advised we could have intermittent and additional treatments at no cost if bugs were sighted. It has been worth every penny. read more

Hope all services are this efficient and informative. Rachel was our tech and she was friendly and knowledgeable. After introductions, she wanted to understand the type of pests that were on and in our property. Then she went to work. She discovered wasp nests and spider webs in places that we hadn't seen. She also provided advice on patching holes around the garage door and weep holes along the bricks. Keep up the great work. read more

Really great service. They go the extra mile and my place is now officially bug free!

I called Bugco on a Tuesday and they were able to get me an appointment on Thursday. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get us in. I was told that they would be sending out their best guy Germaine. Germaine is absolutely awesome. He is definitely an asset to Bugco. He is very personable and explained the treatments he was doing and the reason behind them. I will recommend Bugco to ANYONE who needs an exterminator! read more

I called and had to leave message for them to call me back. They returned my call promptly and were very knowledgeable in what we talked about. However, when I wanted them to come inspect my home, cheaper than other pest control companies, I learned they dos not come all the way to Baytown. Even though they couldn't help me they were kind and helpful. If I could I would use them. read more

Taylor R. did a remarkable job exterminating my home. Was on time, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to eradicate pest issues. read more

We elected to go with the convenience agreement. Daniel came out for the service and did a great job going over the agreement and future appointments. He also highlighted another potential issue and provided a suggested solution. The service was great and started seeing immediate results in our garage the very next day. We are also looking at their mosquito misting system as well. Highly recommended for pest control. read more

We had Bugco come out and spray our previous home and also recently utilized them to help spray down our new home. We have really enjoyed working with Germaine. He is professional, friendly, and detailed. We really don't see any pests between the quarterly sprays. Definitely recommend them! read more

After 2 years with national pest control service that wasn't up to my standard I decided to find a local company and settled on BUGCO. I've been with this company for a year and they have been great. I decided to make this review a year later though because they sent a new technician, Rachael, over today and she was great. I'm generally a people person but she made me feel like family from the first minute she walked in. Her area is not normally my house route but I'm planning on scheduling all of my future visits to match her work schedule because she was that good. Great job Rachael, thanks for being you. read more

First off, I would like to say Daniel is the best ever. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly! He would take his time to explain to us the products used, why and when. He was just so easy going! However, the reason I am giving Bugco a lower rating was the customer service on the phone and the cost! The person that has answered my phone call the past few times has absolutely no knowledge of any of the services or products or anything. I am put on hold multiple times during the phone call for her to come back with the wrong answer. I spend more time being on hold then speaking with someone. What made me make a decision to leave Bugco was their customer service on the phone and the cost of the rodent service. When I tried to schedule the initial appointment, I asked a few questions about the process because we needed the information for our landlord. She knew nothing! I finally had to ask for a technician to call me (which he did and answered all questions). Their contract was also misleading and it seemed like the quoted price included traps and follow-ups (yes, I realize that its my fault because I did sign the contract). I asked to speak to someone who handles the contracts so I can have a better understanding of what is charged and what is additional. I was just told to talk to the technician. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she didn't transfer me - she just said follow ups are extra. I did sign the contract - so fine. They came on a Monday to place traps (and had to use my peanut butter to hopefully attract the rodents). They came back out on Friday, asked for more peanut butter and my garbage bag to put in the rodents they hopefully caught. However, he went up to the attic for 2 minutes and came back down - didn't catch anything. I was charged $75 for a 5 minute visit! They came back out at my request again yesterday and Daniel was awesome! Once again, answered all my questions, explained the contract with more detail, walked around to check the traps and he brought his own "food" for the rodents. Luckily, no rodents but another $75. It just too expensive plus the horrible customer service on the phone. read more

Bugco has awesome customer service and are very knowledgeable. Germaine was great with my initial service. He was very punctual and personable. I had the pleasure to have Chris come for my second visit; he as well was very punctual, friendly, and actually turned down a service that I was curious about getting and explained that wouldn't be a necessity for my home. In other words: he's not pushy with his product/ service. I highly recommend Bugco. read more

Many months later, I am yet to see a roach. I just wanted to note that to my review. That is HUGE for me!

Great service and the bottom line the bugs are gone. We had a major ant problem and now there is no problem. I would highly recommend this company and will use again if needed. read more

Update: Just scheduled a new appointment -- talked to Chris on the phone, who was friendly, helpful, and patient as I asked loads of questions. Love it. -- Good price, great service. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. The downside was that it was hard to get through in order to schedule. I guess their call volume is very high, so in the end we played phone tag for several days before the appointment was scheduled. I got the general pest control treatment. Justin was there early / on time (I saw his truck parked outside but he waited until after the time slot to ring). It is nice that they give you a 30 minute window (vs some other places/services that give me a 2 or 4 hour window). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. Unlike a previous pest control service that I'd used, Justin warned me that I might see hyperactivity among roaches who had consumed the neurotoxin. (Good to know.) He was sensitive to our having a baby in the house and made recommendations (like getting rid of grocery store plastic bags and getting weather stripping) to help prevent future roach appearances. One thing of note though was they have a special treatment just for German roaches. Justin said it sounded like that was what we have, but either he was only equipped to do the general service today, or they were unable to do it because we still had our stuff in our cabinets below our sinks, and he said it would take too long to remove. Either way I couldn't get it done today. But since our problem was mild he said this should take care of it. Hope he's right! We'll know in a couple weeks. Full disclosure - I did get a small incentive for leaving a review, but the opinion above is my own. read more

I talked on the phone with Darryl (sales rep) who was very knowledgeable about pest control and the different methods his company employs. I actually did not end up using the service because the technicians do not actually physically remove rodents but rather just lay traps to capture them. I do not view this as a value add and even told Darryl. Leaving a 5 star review because of his professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness after I told him. Even after he still gave me tips and tricks on how to fix the problem! Kudos on a great employee. read more

Integrity in small business. Chris saved the day today. He removed a gigantic dead roof rat from my attic that had been impossible to catch for more than a month. I called Bugco out for an inspection a few weeks ago. I called them back because, although they had placed traps, I still heard the rat in the attic. Chris didn't charge me anything extra to come back today, even though the rat died from the poison in the Bugco traps I purchased. He is returning this week to patch up the entry holes he found in the roofline and, because I already paid for the inspection weeks prior, he is only charging me for materials. Then he referred me to a trusted roofer. It is hard to find honesty and transparency in business these days so working with Chris was refreshing. Plus he is a proud father of a young daughter and his preferred roofing referral is a woman. read more

Brought bugco out to treat some pharaoh ants that were nesting in patio potted plants and had gotten into house. Germaine came out and did such a great job. Super super friendly and explained what he was doing and why. Company was very professional to work with on the phone and I felt pricing was very fair for service. Would definitely recommend using these guys for your pest problems! read more

Called on a Friday afternoon and initially scheduled an appointment for the following Wednesday. After subsequently realizing that Wednesday would not work with our schedule, they were able to arrange for a Monday appointment...already impressed. Not only was the tech early for our appointment (take note cable company!) but it was the OWNER who came out for the service. Chris was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions...even went out of the way to make sure our dog would be safe. From the rep that first took my call to the owner, very impressed with their customer service! read more

We had a great experience with BugCo so far. Rachel and Travis were friendly, quick, and professional throughout the service and answered all of our questions. To begin, they gave us the basic rundown of how they were going to perform the general pest control service and checked in with us throughout the process. They even took care of a wasp nest we hadn't noticed outside our home and let us know also that they noticed some evidence of rodent activity in the garage. Really glad we chose BugCo! Earlier this week we saw a small roach in our bedroom (seriously, of all places, why). No way was I going to sleep comfortably, so I searched yelp and found Bugco. I contacted them on Tuesday late afternoon and while they had appointments as early as Thursday at 7AM, I elected for a Saturday appointment at 1PM. Saturday, promptly at 1PM, Daniel knocked on my door. Super friendly and greeted me with a "You ready to kill some bugs?" First he exterminated multiple fire ant mounds outside the house and most notably a GIGANTIC wasp nest in our bush that housed 25 wasps. He then turned his attention inside and checked the normal hiding places where roaches like to hang out. He said he couldn't find any traces of them, which phew, hopefully means we caught this early. He then sprayed basically the whole perimeter of the house. Daniel was awesome -- It felt like a good friend was coming by to help you out; he was super knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. When we have our house sprayed again, we'll specifically ask for him. I found the price to be super reasonable, even without the yelp deal. read more
