I typically don't use pest control because I let creatures live. But, this week, our house became infested with roaches - first time ever. I was disgusted and confused as we keep the house clean and do not leave out food. I was referred to BUGCO and the technician, Justin, came to our house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the possible reasons/entries points and why the roaches decided to make our house theirs. Incredibly, within 24 hours, I am finding the dead little creatures. This company is wonderful and always try very hard to please me! When we first bought our new house in Missouri City we were over run with fire ants in the yard and these tiny little ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. They came about three times to get rid of these buggers and, for the most part, the ant are all gone - inside and out! Since then I have had them come again for another general spray and lawn treatment and they bent over backwards to work with my schedule and ended up coming twice just to make sure I was accommodated. And I must say, I am very happy, since we have pretty much no bugs anywhere. And if I do find a bug, it is always dead! Earlier this week we saw a small roach in our bedroom (seriously, of all places, why). No way was I going to sleep comfortably, so I searched yelp and found Bugco. I contacted them on Tuesday late afternoon and while they had appointments as early as Thursday at 7AM, I elected for a Saturday appointment at 1PM. Saturday, promptly at 1PM, Daniel knocked on my door. Super friendly and greeted me with a "You ready to kill some bugs?" First he exterminated multiple fire ant mounds outside the house and most notably a GIGANTIC wasp nest in our bush that housed 25 wasps. He then turned his attention inside and checked the normal hiding places where roaches like to hang out. He said he couldn't find any traces of them, which phew, hopefully means we caught this early. He then sprayed basically the whole perimeter of the house. Daniel was awesome -- It felt like a good friend was coming by to help you out; he was super knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. When we have our house sprayed again, we'll specifically ask for him. I found the price to be super reasonable, even without the yelp deal. read more

Called Bugco after a friend's recommendation and I must say my friend was right on the money. I had an issue with ants and roaches so Corey came out and was extremely professional. He explained everything so that someone with limited knowledge of bugs could follow along. This is the second time we've used Bugco and will definitely continue to use them for our pest control needs. Corey came out both times and was courteous, professional, and efficient. We had just the usual minor bug problems - ants in the yard and the occasional roach and small spider coming to visit - but since we've had Bugco come that has diminished considerably. The only issue we saw were a couple silverfish in the bathroom area when the spray wore off. And they are very reasonably priced! This is by far the best pest control company I have ever used. I have a small business and was having a very difficult time getting my roach problem under control. I went through at least 6 companies over the past 4 years and, at best, the problem was manageable. The company I had right before BugCo was coming in at least twice a month and we still had roaches running around in the middle of the day. I was so exasperated I told BugCo cost meant nothing, I just wanted the issue resolved. Even knowing this, BugCo quoted me a very reasonable monthly fee (much less than some of the bigger name companies I had gone through). After 1 treatment with BugCo I noticed a huge difference.
