There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

We were having awful bug infestation, ants coming in our home in every bedroom in every restroom, just everywhere. We've also had wasps coming in our home (very terrifying) we had spiders also coming and we also had roaches in our garage basically everything! I called Mr. Miguel to inform him about our situation he answered all of my questions and my doubts, he was very respectful at all times. He informed me of the two options we had the one time work or even the one year when they comes 3x a year service, Mr. Miguel explained both options very well and we had to do the one year just in case our situation came back and so far I'm writing this probably 2/3 weeks after our treatment and I have not seen no bugs no more! Mr. Miguel employees were very respectful of our home informed us when they were coming in even had cover ups for there shoes! and were very sweet and nice. I honestly recommend Mr. Miguel to anyone who is in need of pest control! Literally the best.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Do NOT use this company for wildlife rescue, if you care anything about the animal you are trying…read moreto deliver to one of Houston's wildlife rehabilitation centers. Jerry took $280 plus $50 for a donation to the Wildlife Center on Old Katy Road for a young, nursing mother raccoon whose leg was in a leg trap. He humanely took the trap off her leg, took our money, and promised to drop her off at the Wildlife Center immediately after picking up a possum "that is on the way to the Wildlife Center." Five hours later, and after several calls to Jerry, as well as to the Wildlife Center, he still hadn't dropped the mama off at the Center. He swore he did drop her at the back, but my neighbor actually drove up to the Center to try to find the "back door where wild animals are dropped off" only to find out that there is no such area. She went to the rehoming area of SPCA, where feral cats are dropped off, after Jerry said that's where he brought her, but the ladies inside confirmed that the ONLY place wild animals are brought is to the Wildlife Center, through the front door, and that there is no such back "drop off" place anywhere on the property. An employee of Jerry's company, Kyle, talked to my neighbor while she was at the Wildlife Center, and the manager of the Center shook her head in disbelief at all the double-talk Kyle was delivering at 90 miles an hour, including that there IS a backdoor area, even though everyone at the Center--8-10 people in all, between the Wildlife Center and the Rehoming area of SPCA--confirmed that everything Kyle and Jerry were telling my neighbor was untrue. They also checked to see if there was a Renee who works at the Center, since Jerry told my neighbor that he's known her for years and that she could vouch for him; there is no such employee there. Jerry did send a text of the receipt for the $50 donation I gave him for the Wildlife Center to my neighbor five hours later when he realized that we were actually following up on the situation. I realized quickly that this was a CYA move, so he couldn't be accused of stealing the donation money. I am heartbroken and can't stop crying at the idea that Jerry probably dumped the mama racoon somewhere, pocketed the $280, and called it a day, and now this poor mama is lost somewhere, in agony with a broken leg, possibly still in the sealed box, with nursing babies that are going to die, since we don't know where they are. Jerry and Kyle both are not answering my neighbor's calls now. After reading some of the other reviews that this company seals houses to prevent wildlife from entering and that they do a good job, I realized that they don't limit themselves to animal removal, which is great news for the animals. So, my advice is that if you need your house sealed, you may actually get what you pay for. If you want humane animal removal, do NOT use this company. I am seriously considering taking legal action against them. 5/24/23 Jerry, in response to you now accusing me of setting the leghold trap myself, I responded with this: Nice try, Jerry, but we would NEVER use a leghold trap, which you should know are not only cruel, but ILLEGAL. You are now accusing me of setting this trap. I would stop while you are ahead Jerry. You are only digging your legal hole deeper by making false statements. I don't know who set this trap, but the raccoon dragged itself away, probably to return to its babies, and got stuck in the fence on my property. When I saw this poor creature in distress, I called you and paid you an extra $100 to bring it to the Wildlife Center. Why would I do that if I set the trap myself? Why would I be so distraught that you never took it to the Center? I love how you are now blaming me and not touching on the fact that I paid you to bring this animal to a Center that could save it. Everyone at the Wildlife Center said that you dropped off the donation (after my neighbor called you to find out if you'd been to the Center) but did not leave the racoon. The question is now, not about the money, but what you actually did with the racoon. And you can bet we will never call you for any animal issue; you may be a great resource for animal proofing houses, and I hope you are successful. I just felt a moral obligation to warn others about what happened here. Shame on you, Jerry.
