Best pest control service that I've ever received. Germaine Abrams did a remarkable job explaining the extermination process and expectations of the services rendered. I will definitely continue to use BUGCO for my pest control needs. Highly recommended!!! read more

THANK YOU JONATHAN ! We have been fighting pesky ants in my kitchen and silverfish around the house for a few months now. Just had a treatment done. The technician Jonathan was professional, informative and right on time (which is Such a bonus!). Very friendly and personable. He was very detailed in his explanations of the various treatments he was using, and their mechanism of action. Their prices are super reasonable too! 5+ stars to Jonathan and BUGCO... and adios ants (rover ants to be exact- Jonathan taught me that) read more

After several years of great service from Bugco, I referred my mother and she was equally as impressed! You won't find better customer service anywhere. Highly recommend! read more

Cody (John) came out and treated our new home and provided outstanding service. He answered all of our questions and cleaned existed spider webs etc. I highly recommend BUGCO after experiencing terrible service with Orkin. (Stay away from Orkin, terrible customer service). read more

Rachel gave great service, very friendly, and efficient. I've never had a bad service technician and in my house being current on pear control is a MUST! Bugco is a great pest control company. Kudos to all. read more

The 5 stars are well warranted. I had used other companies in the past that were more expensive, but BUGCO has been the best so far. I had them treat my house prior to moving in so it was easier for them to get around the inside and the garage.Tech showed up right on time and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had seen any bug activity thus far. I told him what I had seen inside and out and then he went to work. If he came upon an area that he thought could cause problems, he made sure to bring me to the area and explain what was wrong with the existing setup and what I could do to fix it.Tech was in and out quickly and signed me up for quarterly service on the spot. The $10 fo $20 Yelp deal definitely doesn't hurt. Would highly recommend BUGCO to anyone looking for a single or periodic service read more

Definitely would recommend their services to a friend! All the 5 star reviews for them are dead on! Thanks BUGCO!!

I definitely recommend Bugco. Everyone I have interacted with (one technician and a couple different people at dispatch) has been polite, prompt, and demonstrated a high commitment to customer satisfaction. Although there was a snafu with scheduling for my initial appointment, they were very flexible and highly motivated to make things right - yay for well-managed businesses! The technician was professional and friendly and explained the treatment as well as some other options and his thoughts on what would be most effective for our particular situation. I set up quarterly treatments (life goal is to have as many chores as possible on autopilot) so will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I have used BUGCO services on multiple occasions now, Germaine is the person who always take care my house, and he is always on time, very profesional and friendly, the first time he came he even educated me a bit about all types of bugs. And his products are safe to used around pets and children, I was even pregnant with my second child at that time and didn't have any odor. read more

Always efficient, informative and professional! Margaret is really knowledgeable and is on site as soon as I see a problem. read more

This is the second time we've used Bugco and will definitely continue to use them for our pest control needs. Corey came out both times and was courteous, professional, and efficient. We had just the usual minor bug problems - ants in the yard and the occasional roach and small spider coming to visit - but since we've had Bugco come that has diminished considerably. The only issue we saw were a couple silverfish in the bathroom area when the spray wore off. And they are very reasonably priced! Definitely call Bugco if you need pest control maintenance! read more

Great experience! When I called, the customer support was full of great info. I called on a Friday and they came out Monday morning. Jonathan was awesome! My time was from 10am - 12pm. He called me at 9:40 and showed up right at 10am. He answered all of my questions and gave me helpful tips for the future. Will be using them again! read more

Daniel came to perform routine pest control on June 6. Very efficient and knowledgeable, helpful and straightforward. Highly recommend.

Very difficult time scheduling. The lady was nice enough but we could not make the schedules work. Went with another company

Daniel showed up early in the appointment window and was extremely friendly, thorough, and professional. In addition to spraying inside and out, he gave me several tips to help keep bugs and rodents out of my house. Will highly recommend to friends. read more

Jermaine came out to my house today for my initial service. He was by far the best, most thorough, and nicest vendor I've had since purchasing the home. He inspected every inch of the home for signs of rodent activity and also sprayed for insects. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I'm definitely going to recommend them to others. read more

Rachael was fantastic! Very thorough and kind!! I love this company!! They are knowledgeable and know just what to do to help with bug issues. read more

Cory came to our rescue! We have critters (rodents) and gave BUGCO a call. Cory was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did his job well. And I never felt pressured to buy additional services I wasn't sure I needed. Give them a call! read more

Justin was great! He called and had an appointment cancel, so he gave me the option for him to come early or at the same time. Thankfully I was free, so he was able to come and get the job done in a super timely manner and was out of the door before the original scheduled time. Now I have the rest of my day to devote to errands thanks to Justin! While here, he was very thorough and gave me tips to better control pests through the spring and summer. I will choose Bugco, and hopefully Justin, for all my pest control needs. read more

Very good service. Great communication with the set up (via email) and arrival (phone call). Brandon came over and did a thorough treatment of German roaches. He talked me through the process and helped me understand how to keep them away. Very kind and helpful guy. 5 Stars!!!!! read more

We have been using BugCo regularly (for general pest prevention service) since we moved into our townhouse in Montrose 2.5 years ago. Truthfully, I believe we have only had an annual service each year (this was the third time) - which is a testament to their work as we do not need them to keep coming back more regularly than that! This time I had some specific concerns as I had seen a tick fall off my dog - Justin came and answered all of my questions (even though I felt like a crazy person afraid of insects!). He was friendly, and professional, just as everyone from BugCo always has been both on the phone and during their treatments. I truly appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in 2 days after I called - also, BugCo came at the very beginning of the window they had provided me which I much appreciated. I also appreciated that it was a 2 hour window instead of 4! Justin explained everything that he was doing to me and the reason for all of it (the way he inspected, the chemicals he was using, etc.). We will continue to use BugCo! read more

Jeff over at bugco was great! He was friendly, inspected everything we asked him to, and more, and he offered us suggestions as to how to protect our new home from pests. He was on time, attentive, and professional! I highly recommend bugco. read more

Corey did a great job treating our home. He took time to understand exactly what issues we were having and treated accordingly. He also showed me where the weather stripping on our doors was missing that could be a point of entry for insects. Bugco was easy to schedule with and accommodated my short notice. read more

Customer Service: I have dealt with Bucgo on numerous occasions, both with the owner, operator, and technicians. Every time they have shown courtesy in dealing with me and listened to my problem and provided a solution. Product: When I first discovered my German roach problem, I attempted to solve it myself with treatments from the hardware store as well as to ensure that my residence was cleaned daily (sweep, mop, and wipe down). After this did not work, I pursued online offerings that promised to be stronger than local hardware store. After both of these measures did not work, I paid two other companies to come out and treat and they failed. Then, I pursued Bucgo and they fixed the problem. Technicians: I have had Joe and Corey and both were very nice, friendly and took due care to not overspray to areas that did not require treatment and were careful around my belongings. I highly recommend Bugco. read more

We use Bugco on 3 homes in Harris County. Today Rachel did a fantastic job at my father in laws house in Meyerland and Chris was great yesterday at our home. Our experience in the last year is that they are extremely professional. They call in advance to schedule quarterly and they call when they are on the way, so your time is respected. And they talk to you to see what issues may have popped up and recommend preventative measures. They are quick and thorough. We had issues with roaches and ants in the past and now are completely pest free. I definitely recommend them. read more

1st class service at an affordable price! Germaine was a true professional and explained everything from a-z! This company gets it and takes pride in their quality of service! Thank you guys! read more

This company has been great to me since moving to Houston. I wanted one company to complete all of my services and needed services for a 100 year old pier and beam home. Every technician that has come to the house has been on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have termite, flea and routine pest control with the company. Dry termites and fleas were a complete surprise, but they were handled! I rely for the team for advice and Danny goes out of his way to provide me education and piece of mind that the situation is handled. I have had some scheduling issues at the office -- that needs to be resolved, but it has improved significantly over the past few months. Bugco has been good to me -- and has killed my bugs!!! I would recommend this team if you are looking services. read more

This is our third time being serviced with Bugco. We literally went from at seeing 1-2 bugs a day (like a spider or wood roach etc) to seeing none after the first treatment and haven't had any random bugs inside since. Brandon is my tech and he is extremely thorough, courteous and very good at his job. I like that I have the same tech for each service. I highly recommend bugco and Brandon! read more

Everyone is very friendly. The technicians are all very reliable and on time, calling in advance to reconfirm the appointment. They listen to your concerns, answer all questions and always do a great job. We regularly get indoor/Outdoor bug treatment, we had our attic air vents sealed with a net and termite inspection of foundation beams. Thank you BugCo! read more

This company is great and they have excellent prices. Their products are very effective and they give quick results. I have been using his company for a while now and I am very satisfied with it. read more

This company is by far the best I have ever used. Professional, courteous and educated. We had a serious bug issue and they came to the house immediately (no wait time like other companies) and took their time to make sure the job was done right. They even explained to us what they used and why along with additional helpful tips. Best prices in town! I wish I could give them 10 stars! read more

This company could improve on customer service. The Service Representative, Jeff, assigned to us was less than customer service friendly and argumentative. He would come to the office unannounced expecting to get immediate attention. Also, the pest control formula used did not seem to prevent pests as the problem kept occurring at the same level after the service call. read more

Jonathan came out today to treat my daughter's townhouse. He was pleasant and informative. He was very thorough both inside and out. Thank you Jonathan. read more

We wanted to have pest control treatment done before moving into our new home in Richmond, TX. Seeing the reviews on Yelp, we called BUGCO. The scheduling was done very professionally and I was impressed. Daniel Mather was very prompt on time ( I was late by 2 minutes ). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything very clearly and also explained what to look out for in our area. The companies we used in the past would just spray and leave. For Daniel to explain things and guide us to what to look out for, it was fantastic. BUGCO totally deserves the high ratings and, it is friendly and energetic folks like Daniel that make it happen. As the ratings are maintained, all my future business will go to BUGCO. Thank you Daniel and BUGCO. read more

I am very happy with my service and the technician that came out. All my questions were answered and he was very friendly. Thank you

These guys are great! They were helpful and courteous on the phone. Chris came to the house at the stated time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He spent an hour knocking down wasp nests and spraying the wasps. He also found some spaces in the mortar that need repair and painted them out, as well as giving some general advice. Total for all that? $70. Very reasonable in my experience. I highly recommend this company. read more

Brooke did a great job and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him and BUGCO.

Dustin did a wonderful job! They came and treated as scheduled. He recommended a second treatment which will be covered under the warranty. I highly recommend them! read more
