I've never reviewed anything so quickly but I was that impressed with the service provided. Darin Noles is probably one of the most detailed oriented, organized working professionals I've ever met. Hes very technical and goes through every part of the house, exterior and interior in order to draw the best conclusion on the state of the property. After the inspection, he will give you a highlight of any major callouts, which was crucial for me as I am buying an older home. On top of that, if you are at the property he will quickly put up a slide-by-slide visual presentation of his findings, so you get a general idea of what to expect before he delivers you the report (which is given either that day or the next morning, very fast turn around - our report was given to us within 4 hours of the inspection, which ended at 6 PM). If you want an inspector who is: 1) Extremely detailed oriented and hard working 2) A true Professional, excellent to work with 3) Cares about their clients and understands your needs 4) Competitively priced 5) Provides a very quick turn around on the completion of the report This is it, you've found him, just book a date and get it done. It's one of the most frustrating parts of buying a home new or old, and after all the back and forth you want to know for sure that its the house you want. Great service, will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Texas Signature Inspections at every phase and let me tell you it was worth every penny. The inspection reports were clear and easy to read. As Ruben will tell you, don't think that new construction will not be without issues. During our 11-month warranty inspection Ruben found issues that the builder told us were fixed after the pre-closing inspection report he'd done and we'd shared with the builder. Trust in Texas Signature Inspections. The inspection included running all appliances and equipment, visual inspection of all accessible areas including attic and grounds, drone inspection of the roof and thermal imaging. I was present at the time of inspection and the inspector, Steve McCaddon, took time to discuss at length any apprehensions I had about the home. Texas Inspection also sub-contracted a septic inspector, Art Byrd who not only provided an inspection of the system but also provided a comprehensive set of guidelines to maximize the life of the septic. All of this was done at a 30% savings over the runner up. I will definitely use them the next time I am considering buying a home.

I found out about this company while home shopping. One of the homes I was interested in included an inspection provided by Insight, and I was impressed by the detailed explanations, depth, recommendations, and good photos. I called to schedule an appointment. Richard, the owner, answered the phone. He was professional, polite, and accommodating; he scheduled an appointment immediately (my offer period on the house was very short, and Richard was willing to work with my demanding schedule)! When I showed up on the day of inspection, Richard was already there and starting the dishwasher and other time consuming checks. He wasted no time at all! Throughout the process I tried to understand as much as possible about the issues-and asked many questions. Not only was he patient, but provided good stories and detailed responses, and even provided the scientific context! The report turnaround time was within 30 hours. The report came out beautifully collected, very clear, good pictures, and even gave estimates on areas of great concern. Working with Richard was such a blessing, I truly appreciate his service and recommend him over and over again! Next time I buy a house I will certainly look him up.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.
