We have used BUGCO for years (at our current home and our previous home). Everyone whose ever come to the home has been great and we've never had problems with them. We usually aren't home when they come by but we called and requested them to service the inside of the house this time around. Cody came to our house today and did a great job. So, I'm sure that people aren't normally ECSTATIC about having to go through extermination services, but the fellas at Bugco TRULY make it a smooth process with their EXCEPTIONAL service. I originally contacted Bugco for a small bug problem that we were having in the kitchen. Daniel, who I affectionally refer to as "Dan The Man", because he is AWESOME, identified them as "Weevils" and they were harmless, but annoying. (Fun Fact: grains don't last forever in the cabinet, they turn into some EVIL!). Whilst Dan The Man was here, i casually showed him a picture of a bug I seen and didn't know what it was.....come to find out, we had bigger problems. MUCH bigger problems. *insert scary movie music* Daniel did a quick inspection and located the source. I had a panic attack, lol. But, no worries. Dan The Man, told me my options and what the next steps were. I was thinking BURN THE HOUSE TO THE GROUND, but Bugco had a much more feasible options for us. Fast forward to about a week later and it was the day of the service...annnnd, I GOT TO MEET THE WHOLE TEAM!! Daniel isn't the only awesome guy at Bugco, they ALL ARE!!! The manager was AWESOME!!! I want to hang out with him, he seems like a bucket of fun! The entire team that came for my service on 1/13/17 was GREAT: friendly, THOROUGH, professional. One of the best pest control companies I have ever used. Justin is the best!!! I bought a home in Katy and we are remodeling it. The home was a rental property then it was unoccupied for quite some time. This caused the house to have insects and even rats at one time. We have never had a better experience for an extermination treatment! Germaine was our technician and he was extremely professional, super friendly and thorough. He removed all of the webs outside and checked the attic to ensure there were no breaches (to keep unwanted critters out). I wanted to get an exterminator out to the house I had just leased before I officially moved into it a year ago. I decided to try BUGCO after reading Yelp reviews and they've been great ever since. Justin was the service tech and I went with a quarterly plan to have them come out once every 3 months to spray inside and treat the lawn. I have two dogs and just kept them out of the house while it was being sprayed then off the lawn for several hours after. The quarterly treatments worked and I never had any bug problems! Awesome company, always have appointments open and they are very tech-savvy. They do everything on their iPads and keep good records of your past service. The prices are very reasonable too and I never have issues with bugs since I've started using them on a regular basis. After the recent rains, I was dismayed to find out that the Houston Cockroach Association decided to hold their annual convention in my house. I called BUGCO to put a premature end to their nonstop party. Tito showed up on time and proceeded to reenact the final scene from "Starship Troopers"...the one where wave after wave of bugs attempt to overpower him while he blasts away. We had a German roach problem in our apartment that was getting bad really fast. The pest control company that our apartment used couldn't get rid of them nor did they follow up and show that they even cared about the problem. Our yard was infested with fire ants. We Called BUGCO and they did a treatment - I would say by the next day or two, 99% of ants were gone. We did notice there was a mound or two around the yard that was still active and called them back for another treatment. Cory, came back and completed a second inspection around the yard and through the house and used a stronger chemical agent outside to get rid of the ants. The tech from that other company, while polite, was not thorough about treating all windowsills (he only did a few), almost forgot to treat upstairs despite me asking him to, did not answer any of my questions, and did not treat all the areas I had questions about, telling me that they weren't necessary. Bugco, on the other hand, asked where we had seen pests, was thorough without us having to asking him to treat any area, identified what he found so we knew what bugs we were dealing with, and answered all questions! On top of it, he was a great conversationalist, had a sense of humor and was very polite. He also had several suggestions on where we could make some improvements to prevent pests from getting into the house. Very happy and will have BUGCO back again! read more

They are just awesome!!! Daniel my service person is always very thorough in answering my questions and explains reasoning behind how and why I am seeing certain bugs in my house. He is very detailed and even pointed out I should change out my misting system cap as I need to keep the system water free. No sale pressure. When I couldn't find a cap online he said he could help me order one and put it in for me. My previous mosquito service company (mosquito management company) was horrendous. They overcharge me on work never done properly and never answer calls. Bugco office always answers my calls and are efficient and courteous. I had some strange bug bites and feared that I may have had bed bugs. After seeing the great reviews on Yelp, I contacted BUGCO to come do an inspection. BUGCO showed up early, inspected my apartment, and found no bed bugs - which I think is a testament of their honesty and integrity. I requested BUGCO services based on the stellar yelp reviews and Google reviews. I am not disappointed at all with the level of service Rachel provided. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and most of all, not annoyed that I was walking behind her asking questions. Bonus, I mainly called for exterior treatment - tho I did interior as well - and the area of concern was a pillar on my porch. I noticed wasps crawling inside and nesting, but as soon as Rachel completed her spraying, a couple of wasps left the pillar and then my property as they did not like landing on the exterior of the home that was just sprayed. Wonderful experience with my technician Jason. He came at the very beginning of the time window I was given and was kind enough to wait on me a few minutes as I was making my way home from work. He did a thorough inspection of the problem area and took pictures and videos of what he found. He could have easily talked me into a number of different services and I would have bought it, as I was desperate for a solution. Instead, he was honest with me and let me know the best fix for the problem would be to hire a contractor. Not only did he give me great advice but he was able to set up something that solved my problem until I could get a contractor. He took care of a large wasp nest that we had and sprayed the perimeter of the house - inside and out. I tend to be very skeptical and critical due to past bad contractor situations, so this review means something...Anyway, Daniel was very thorough and patient when discussing our needs and the many services Bugco provides. Herbert stated that he was in training, but I have a feeling that he'll be off on his own very soon.
