Really great company! I've been using Bugco for almost a year now and every time they come out, I'm always so impressed by the techs' knowledge, effectiveness, and friendliness! Luis & Daniel came out today to do my quarterly treatment and were both very professional and courteous. They proactively asked if I've had any issues and gave special attention to those areas and happily answered all my questions about other services. They were both very friendly and made me feel like I was the most important customer. Even though I'm sure they have a long list of stops they still took the time to take care of my needs and make sure everything I needed was addressed without pressuring me or making me feel rushed. This is a really great, reasonably priced, and reliable company with really great employees who go above and beyond to take care of the customer! I highly recommend Bugco! read more

I had a great experience with BUGCO and their representative, Daniel. I will use them again next time.

Germaine is the best! I still swear by my quarterly bug treatment, but today was extra awesome. Germaine was prompt, professional, and polite as always. I have been a customer for a couple of years now so through pleasant and informative conversation I was able to bring up a raccoon issue I currently had. To my surprise Germaine said "we can handle that too". I never thought to ask, but was overjoyed because I think so highly of this company. He thoroughly checked my attic and my exterior for signs of a breach. Thankfully the raccoon was out, and he informed me of my options. The quote was great! My service was able to be completed the same day. Germaine and BUGCO prove you can get prompt and professional service at a great price. A+ read more

Germaine was very professional and responded quickly to any questions and concerns that my wife and I had. We would definitely recommend him to all of our family and friends read more

There's a reason why BUGCO has all of the 5 star reviews and now I can happily add my own to pile. Daniel came out to my home to take care of a ghost ant problem I had. Daniel is more knowledgeable than Stephen Hawking when it comes to pest (seriously lol). What ever kind of pest problem you have, you can rest assured that the techs at BUGCO will take care of it the first time and you don't have to give it it a second thought. read more

Some pest control places will just come by, "spray", and be gone, even for a 1st time visit. That is not the way to develop a repeat customer. Today, BUGCO demonstrated they understand that customer's determine their success and made me a repeat customer. The technician, Daniel, took the time to look at the "sample" of bugs I had been seeing, showed me how they were just the same bug but at different stages on their life cycle, AND walked me through my house to show me exactly where they could be entering. I've gotten pest control treatments across the country and have NEVER had the rep take the time to explain and show anything. It demonstrated to me that they know what they are doing and take pride in their work and company. Thank you Daniel for showing TRUE Customer Service! read more

Great experience. My house needed a retreatment and hey were prompt. It's been 4 months of pest free living. As a non-expert in pest control, I can only really talk about customer service and to that they were on point. I would recommend them read more

The person servicing our house was very nice and knowledgeable and they even came back out and resprayed for free when the original problem wasn't resolved. The problem i have with this company is their billing/subscription system. They seem to pressure you into signing up for recurring service by making the single treatment much more expensive. Even after I had canceled the service they came back out to my property to treat the outside of my house (which is inaccessible due to our property being gated) and sent me another invoiced/charged my CC. I have since called and they have corrected the issue but it seems they have communication issues in the office. I am still awaiting my refund for their "treatment" that I had already canceled. I won't be going back. read more

Our property was serviced February 2016 after signing an agreement that the warranty would automatically renew annually for 9 years if we chose to pay the premium they proposed (over $800, $900 after taxes). We expected a call to schedule service in February 2017. May 2017 we receive two emails requesting that we complete a survey about BUGCO's service. I contacted their office and spoke with Ben to explain our confusion as our property had not been serviced. When attempting to explain my question, he interrupted me and placed me on an extended hold. After he returned to the call moments later, he apologized for the interruption but did not have information about why we received survey requests. I asked him simple questions (did they service our house when we were not here? were we supposed to contact them?), none of which he could answer. I requested that he speak with our technician, Jeff, and ask Jeff to contact us. He then placed me on hold again. After waiting for 2 minutes, I hung up. We will not be using their services anymore. read more

My technician was very helpful. I appreciate his transparency. He identified the types of pests we had and educated me on what I needed to do to control the pests. He was direct and honest with me about my pest situation. He didn't use any scare tactics to try to sell me any unnecessary services. He knew how to address my pest issue quickly and cleanly. The treatments have worked very well so far. read more

Ashton provided excellent customer service. He immediately put me at ease with our ant problem. He explained everything in detail and showed me what he did. Best pest control service ever and no more ants. Hope Ashton is our regular tech that comes out to service. 5 star company and service. read more

I was pressed for time, needed a special report for a lender. Bugco was completely booked but Chris made it happen!! He himself came out not once but twice and advised us and provided us great service. We hope to build a lasting relationship with this company. read more

We are signed up for quarterly service but we have been having to call ourselves every 3 months when we remember --the automatic service plan is supposed to be convenient but because they don't come unless you call, seems pointless. The actual service (bug elimination) though is ok except that they have to make several returns to actually exterminate bug, so kind of a hassle but at least they return (again, after us calling them). Im giving them one more shot, then likely switching if no results/improved service. read more

I have contracted many different services for my home (pest control, yard service, tree service etc.) and by far this is the best service I have ever had from any company. The people they employ are all conscientious and knowledgeable, and so pleasant to be around. Rachel is my technician and she is superb in every way. Her knowledge is outstanding and she is so courteous. She does a top notch job. I highly recommend her, as well as this company. Try them, you will be so glad you did. read more

Termites!!!!!!! We thought. We called bugco and the owner himself came over within 30 minutes! On a SUNDAY!!! He inspected our "infestation " and it turned out to be NOT termites! And he didn't charge us a dime! But his care, concern, and genuine spirit led us to cancelling the "other" company and we partnered with bugco!!! I hope they read this because we are very excited to have them for our pest control! read more

I had a horrible experience with BUGCO. They came over and checked my place and said I had mice. They charged me $100 bucks for the inspection and two useless bait stations and never followed up with me. It turned out that I didn't even have mice but it was birds. Would not recommend them. read more

Daniel Mather took care of our house this morning and did an excellent job - very professional and knowledgeable.

Sam did a great job in our house today. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Great service would recommend to anyone.

These guys were at my neighbors house and I asked them to come over for my possible termite problem. One of the owners came over and checked out all of my concerns. He was honest and said he didn't think he would be able to help because it looked like dry wood termite. He still looked around and even crawled under our house in 90 degree weather. He was a great guy and professional and after we get rid of our termites we will definitely get with him for general pest control and maintenance. We couldn't be more impressed. read more

My experience with Bugco has been phenomenal. I noticed some winged termites in my bathroom. Daniel came by to help me deal with them. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. My house is a pier and beam construction with a crawlspace underneath. Bugco told me that it would cost ~$160 to inspect under the home -- and understandably so! It's really hard to crawl under there, and you'd have to pay me at least that much to do it myself! Daniel saw the termites I had killed and determined they were drywood termites (not subterranean), and that no under-the-house inspection would be needed. He then sprayed the inside and outside of the home to help alleviate the issue (for less than the cost of the crawlspace inspection!). I will be a repeat customer, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Daniel and Bugco to anyone having pest control problems. read more

Absolutely amazing service! Could not be happier and have had zero bug issues!

These guts are great!!! Justin was awesome at explaining everything. He came in and did a great job with my home and yard and he was done in under an hour! I found my bug guys! read more

This place was recommended by my sister. I had used Orkin in the past and after months is frustration that the issue wasn't improving I decided to try Bugco. Jonathan came the next day and immediately went to work! He showed me all the problem areas and gave me suggestions on how to treat it. He was extremely informative and thorough. Would highly recommend this company and ask for Jonathan!!! read more

So far I called 3 company the cheapest is 350 this company offers me the most expensive price 1700. Price wise, I will not suggest this company. read more

I can certainly see why this company has such great ratings! It's true! They are very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. My technician, Shaggy (aka Cory ), was very courteous. He did a great job servicing my home and educated us on some issues that may be causing our pest problem. He was vey professional and answered all of our questions. They're prices are decent and I have seen great results so far. read more

Before I contacted Bugco , I had what was becoming a bad roach infestation . After the first initial visit Ineqs very well informed of what should be expected , I've had two visits so far and my what a big difference it's made .... After the recent rains, I was dismayed to find out that the Houston Cockroach Association decided to hold their annual convention in my house. I called BUGCO to put a premature end to their nonstop party. Tito showed up on time and proceeded to reenact the final scene from "Starship Troopers"...the one where wave after wave of bugs attempt to overpower him while he blasts away. The body count of roaches was truly impressive and there wasn't a single one left alive after he was done with them. Highly recommended. read more

We had a German roach problem in our apartment that was getting bad really fast. The pest control company that our apartment used couldn't get rid of them nor did they follow up and show that they even cared about the problem. Chris from Bugco came by and within a couple of days of his treatment, there were dead roaches everywhere. He cares about the success of his treatments which is all the difference in pest control. After cleaning them up, our apartment is ours again and we haven't seen any since! read more

We have had a really good experience so far with Bugco. While all the technicians have been great, Daniel went above and beyond during our last treatment. He was very personable and so thorough. I haven't seen one bug since he treated last! read more

Chris was very friendly on the phone setting up my appointment and arrived promptly at our scheduled time. He's very polite and is a quick, but thorough worker. I mentioned Yelp and was given an immediate discount! He carries an iPad to quickly invoice his customer via email. I'd highly recommend Chris and Bugco to my friends and family in the Houston area! read more

Sometimes with these Yelp reveiws you can never be sure if someone is really as good as they say they are. Especially if all the reviews are good, you start to wonder is there a ghost writer for this company? There is NOT! It's all true, they show up on time or before, they are in and out in no time flat. They state their business and do their jobs, very professional, oooh if only the rest of the world could learn from Bugco and Katy Tiles, what a better contractor world this would be . A girl can dream! read more

I wanted to get an exterminator out to the house I had just leased before I officially moved into it a year ago. I decided to try BUGCO after reading Yelp reviews and they've been great ever since. Justin was the service tech and I went with a quarterly plan to have them come out once every 3 months to spray inside and treat the lawn. I have two dogs and just kept them out of the house while it was being sprayed then off the lawn for several hours after. The quarterly treatments worked and I never had any bug problems! I'm going with them again this year. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I liked our service tech (Germaine), but they send a very generalized email saying they will be "scheduling a time to come out and conduct your quarterly pest control and treat the exterior of your home". That just means they're scheduling it internally without letting you know exactly when it is. Then they show up when they show up without notice. They also charge ~$100 for 10 minutes of actual spraying work and they're off. Not worth the money in my opinion. read more

I had some strange bug bites and feared that I may have had bed bugs. After seeing the great reviews on Yelp, I contacted BUGCO to come do an inspection. BUGCO showed up early, inspected my apartment, and found no bed bugs - which I think is a testament of their honesty and integrity. They were friendly, courteous, and offered suggestions on what the bites might be. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. read more

Chris was great. We needed an interior and exterior treatment and we needed them done on different days. He came back free of charge to accommodate. The pests are gone and we will definitely be using him again. read more

Called out Bugco to spray our new home. Germaine Abrams showed up early and surveyed the home while discussing what options we had. He took care of a large wasp nest that we had and sprayed the perimeter of the house - inside and out. Germaine wore protective covers on his shoes, was very pleasant to talk to, and was very knowledgeable. He laid a few traps as a preventative measure and left. Excellent service as mentioned by other reviewers. read more
