Saddleback is a great and professional company to work with!…read more The founder Kevin came to my home, and inspected the specimens I found which confirmed to be dry wood termites. He spent enough time to answer all of my questions, from how the fumigation works, to how long the warranty will be, to what if some of the roof tiles are broken during tenting. He is also very honest to tell me he would use a subcontractor to do the work. Before and after the fumigation, Melissa and Jestine handled the detailed communications with me in a perfect manner. I hope you never have to deal with the termite problem. But if you do, I will highly recommend Saddleback to you.

I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's…read moredisappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

That's enough for me, I'm done. Guess they are busy enough not to take care of continuing customers.

Overall 360 rodent control did an amazing job!!! What really stood out was how thorough they were with their inspections. They took the time to carefully assess everything, explain what they were looking for, walk us through their findings, and show us exactly what they discovered. They also provided photos throughout the process, which gave us a much better understanding of the situation and the work that needed to be done. Their team did a really thorough job inspecting our home, identifying and closing off potential rodent entry points, setting rat traps, and handling the cleanup and sanitization. They were very detailed in their work and made sure to address the areas of concern rather than just do a quick inspection and move on. They've also are committed to come back for follow-up inspections and check-ins to make sure everything is being monitored and taken care!!!
