This was my first experience getting my home fumigated for termites and it was awful. The fumigation truck showed up over 2 hours late. I spoke with the fumigation leader and he was rude to me and argued with me. My requests from the crew where ignored. I felt as though they did not respect my home or me. I never got a phone call that the fumigated was complete and that I could return to my home. I waited till the end of the following day, and still no call. They left cigarette butts on my lawn and did not clean up all the dirt they used to load down the tent. I had a wood step that had termites in it and they tossed it aside instead of putting it inside (total common sense but I guess that is too much to ask). I now have to throw it away, take measurements and get another one made. I made a request 3 times over the phone to send me the receipt via
e-mail or mail...almost 3 weeks later, nothing. They told me they would give me a $60.00 credit but I had to call my credit card company to confirm that no they did not do what they said they would do AGAIN, no credit! This company passes the buck and takes no pride in their work. I should have gotten a reference from a friend for a professional company, as I clearly made a BAD CHOICE.
