After talking with Rob at Old Towne Termite, I felt comfortable with his approach of doing an inspection to determine what type of cockroaches were coming in. Other companies gave me a certain price and application process before doing the inspection. Rob sent his technician Chris out and it was determined that we had German cockroaches. This type needs a specific type of treatment. Chris was punctual and was very easy to communicate with. We set up a monthly service for 3 months to ensure that we were able to get rid of the cockroaches and also any eggs or baby cockroaches. The price was reasonable and was less than most of the other companies that I had spoken with. I will call Rob at Old Towne Termite if I have any other pest control issues.

About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.
