We ordered wings for take out last night and were both satisfied with the food. They were fried crispy and completely covered with sauce, but not swimming in an extra pool. One star was knocked off due to ordering problems (they were open until 9pm according to their website, but at 7:45 the site showed they weren't accepting online orders, only by phone) , and the high price of the items (~ $45 for 30 wings and an extra charge for some celery sticks). read more

Totally dropped the ball for large online order placed the day before and instead of owning their mistake, the manager Aaron tried explaining it away with 3 different excuses. I gave him the opportunity to just be honest that they messed up and he still was muttering excuses. Sadly the bartender/server also continued to stall saying 'oh, they're getting sauces together' or 'there's 1 more item being boxed.' Clearly they weren't paying attention and started the order when I arrived leaving the order more than 30 minutes past delivery. The wings were good, so glad they added lemon pepper sauce wings, I hated the dry ones. Ordered to go and the fries were the worst, chewiest, & hardest fries I've ever had in my life. Painful to eat. WORST FOOD IN TEMECULA! Overpriced & Overrated! If negative 5 stars was an option I would select that. Ordered lemon pepper wings, received 5 dried out hard chicken nuggets covered in dried lemon pepper right out of the seasoning jar. Cold mozzarella sticks, hard pretzel bites, rubbery cauliflower wings and the bottom scrapping of the potato wedge tray. I paid about $75.00 and didn't even receive my $4 soda. By the way avoiding a tip when ordering take out is not an option, which is theft! I tend to over tip because good service should be appreciated but when someone is simply handing me a bag at a counter with screwed up, terrible food & forgets my drink.... So disappointed. This place a has barely been open a week so I completely understand the learning curve and planned on a possible wait but come on now. My husband and I sat at the bar at 1:30 on Saturday. There were only 5 others sitting at the bar with 5 bartenders including a manager. Not one of them even looked our direction, said hi or anything for a good 10 min. We debated leaving but stayed. The manager was the one who eventually asked us what we wanted to drink. Still not even a glance from the other 4. After our drinks were delivered we were not asked if we wanted to see a menu. We sat for another 15 min before I had to flag down the manager myself to ask if we could order some food. I ordered the black bean burger which was super dry and disappointing. I do like the fact that it would be a good place to watch sports but they really need to step up the customer service. My husband and I enjoy trying new places, so we decided we'd try this place. We went on a friday night, around 7p.m.. The place was full, but we were seated quickly. There are T.V.'s wall to wall, and all of them are on. So if you want to eat and watch sports it's a great place. It's also kid friendly. So I guess those are the pluses. My husband ordered the brisket burger. What he got was some weird mashed sloppy joe looking thing, with a few fries tossed on this tin prison plate thing. I included a picture of it. To say the least he was not impressed. I'm a retired Chef and I would not have served that and charged almost 17 bucks for it. Lol. But I do have to say my meal was much better. I got the buffaltitos, with a side salad. If you don't like hot sauces, order it dry. Even the mild is really hot. I had to ask for the chips that came with it though. Service was good, but could have been better. And yes I tip well. Being in the food biz over forty years I know how hard some of us work. The food is okay but nothing that made us want to go back again. The prison tins kind of turned me off for the prices they were charging. read more

Bad experience. Placed an online order, showed up and paid, 10mins later after waiting was told by a cashier that "the web order didn't go through and we're working on your order now." "Would you like something while you wait?" (What like a beer?, no) I immediately knew the "didn't go through" line was a LIE because when I paid the order was 100% correct.... they simply forgot to cook the order. Then a manager came out, gave me the same line, with the same question. A 30 minute experience and the worst part is the manager didn't even (bother) to see me off and apologize, she left it for the cashier to do so. Again, bad experience, dang. read more

Worst place to eat. The hostess that is a wanna be gangsta needed to be dressed appropriate had his pants almost down his butt, looked unprofessional wearing a oversized baseball cap. Food order came out wrong. Gave my son the spiciest wings even tho we said buffalo and mild. Staff were very childish we saw them two trying to bully one of their coworkers. Owner or main manager needs to fire those kids that he has working at his establishment and hire better . Hostess was even playing soccer with one of the customers soccer ball inside the restaurant. I decided to try this Buffalo Wild Wings after so many bad experiences. My family and I were very satisfied with our server Ernesto and his service. I was invited by one of my close personal friends that happens to be a line cook to watch a fight in the back room with all of the employees to watch a ufc fight on a Saturday All of the employees on staff and I (since I had been invited by my personal friend) watched the fight in the back where we were drinking and having a good time. One of the employees(which was fired after the incident) began to verbally abuse me and said he'd beat my ass due to my cheering and excitement for the winner of the fight we were watching, which ended up in him literally trying to put me in a headlock after which things escalated out front. I talked with my friend and made sure that he was fired. And after the head manager (which was not in the back at the time of the altercation) had reviewed footage and fired the person that I argued with and kicked me out that day, I thought everything was fine; seeing that they had fired the guy....I've never gotten in any trouble or fought with management or even thought there were issues with me being there until.... Me, family from out of town, and my daughter came in to get dinner. The head supervisor(which was the one that reviewed footage and had asked me to leave that night) came to our table and shook my hand and asked how our night was going. I asked him how was everything and if my friend that's a line cook was working. He looked around the table and after shaking my hand verbatim said " what the fuck are you doing here, you know your not allowed here. Get out".I was with my 5 yr old daughter, and family from Utah. Not only after I asked him if he was serious and after establishing he really wanted me out, I asked him if it was alright to plan where we'd eat since I had been asked to leave and got out of my seat and was standing next to my family member when he raised his voice and yelled " get out now! I won't say it again!!!" My daughter looked as if she had seen a ghost and my family was embarrassed. Then entire store stopped and stared. We immediately got our stuff and RAN out. I don't know who does the hiring or how a person like that even holds a position of power at your guys chain but I'll never eat or go to Buffalo Wild Wings here again. I wish I read the reviews before I went here because we waited almost an hour for our food, the wings were dry, I ordered potato wedges that were the thinnest and smallest portion of the wedges I have ever seen, paid 5 extra dollars for them. Paid $5 for pink lemonade and there were no refills. We had to call out for a worker that wasn't even our waitress for more water cause our waitress didn't check on us in a while and again for the check. Just not the best service or food. read more

Thought we'd give this place a try, now that's it's been open awhile. It was UFC night, which I'm not into, but the place was packed and there was a fun energy in the crowd. We only had to wait 10 minutes and were seated in a booth. The place was very clean. Our server, Billy, was attentive and gave us some recommendations. We tried the cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. Both were delicious and came out quickly. We had honey bbq and salt and vinegar wings. Both were really good. Service was on point, and Billy kept our refills coming without having to ask. Food is a little pricey, but I would come back. There are many other things on the menu I'd like to try. read more

Upon entering I was instantly gratified with the wonderful storefront , exceptional staff members, and aromatic scents of food being prepared. Being that I was limited on time .
