They make up for their lack of service will food I like. The hotter the better on the wings and buffalolitos. I've been here a couple of times but tonight was terrible. I placed my order online and the estimated pick-up time was 6pm (I know that's just a computer generated time so I showed up around 6:05), but the 1 person working the counter was taking phone-in orders so it was 6:10 before I was even acknowledged, and then it was 6:25 before I got my food (which was cold, as I expected). Also, I paid for 2 overpriced sides of ranch. They gave me a paper bag with like 6 side cups, which I thought was super nice - except that only 1 was ranch and the rest were blue cheese. Do not recommend at all. The place was near empty when we arrived shortly after 6 pm. Our server took our drink order and meal order promptly but they are obviously not trained in the kitchen. We ordered boneless wings with fries and onion rings and a chicken sandwich. It took forever to get our food. First came the onion rings...nothing else. Those were eaten before the wings and fries came out. We were told it would be a couple of minutes before the sandwich would come. After the wings were almost done the chicken sandwich came. I took one bite and immediately knew it was not cooked. I spit it out and told the server I didn't want it, it wasn't cooked. He took it back and returned a few minutes later to say they took it off the bill and would make me another one. I declined. We then ordered a piece of cake which seemed to take a long time for them to bring. I don't fault the server, he was pleasant enough but I will not return. It was a big disappointment. I can't even begin to explain how bad of a service we had recently. Must've been the day, because every time we come here we have a good experience and fast service. We were in on a non busy day of the week and ordered our food per usual for 2. We waited 30 mins to get our appetizer and THEN we waited another 28 more mins to get our food. Out of the entire time waiting the server came over once to refill our water and didn't even apologize for the long wait time. Oh but wait it gets better.. Once our wings finally came out the entire order was completely wrong, and the server kindly told us, "I'm sorry your order is wrong but did you still want it." You're telling me you had us wait 55 minutes to bring us the completely wrong order but couldn't have told us before you brought it out? Almost as if it was a joke. Let me save you some trouble. Just avoid this location. I ordered a burger with onion rings. The burger came out very over cooked and cold. The onion rings were warm but hotter than the burger. What this means is the cook doesn't know how to time food so that it ends up being ready to go at the same time. The burger was done well before the onion rings and sat there getting cold! I work around this location and have eaten lunch here for the past 4 years. They recently remodeled (congrats!) and the place looks great. What they didn't prepare for was increasing the level of service to accommodate the extra foot traffic. Waited a hour for our food (2 lunch orders) and was told several times it was only going to take a few more minutes. 30 minutes into our wait, we were told it'd take 10 more minutes. 45 minutes later, told another 10. At 1 hour wait, told our server we had to leave, could you check one more time with the kitchen. He comes back and tell us it's going to be another 10-15, can I grab your check and wrap up your order (are you kidding me?) We walked out and ask to speak to a manager and were told we'd have to wait 5-10 minutes as they were busy. We could call back if we'd like. An apt environment for all ages from zero to 100 or more.! .I visit every fortnight and keep trying different items on the food and drinks menu. So far so good. The staff are all very friendly and quick to remedy any complaint. We always order a 20 piece traditional wing meal and get half with a wet sauce and half with a dry rub. Not my favorite BWW location in the metro but since its the closest to my place its the one i frequent the most. They have a great patio that has a great view of a pond in the back yard. The wings here have been hit or miss. I prefer the dry rubs and I've had a few batches where I think they forgot to put seasoning on. I highly recommend going in during lunch time, there is a cheaper lunch menu that you can get all your faves with a side for $9 or less. Although, if you are going in during dinner, I'd recommend being open to sitting at a table or a high top in the bar because most people ask for a booth and they are likely all full. Consistently tasty wings. We go somewhat regularly and service has been good (except one time), even though they get busy.

Even when the place is packed with sports fans watching the games, I have not had bad service. The food is almost always excellent. We LOVE Their traditional wings!! The ONLY time I've had a problem here, was ordering salad for a side. The three times I've done this, the lettuce had started to turn already and was getting that reddish color to it. YUCK. This store employs one of the rudest waitress/bartenders and not to mention general managers. I was treated horrible by a waitress named DEB on several visits, and for no reason. I asked if she could make sure my wings were fresh since on a couple occasions i got served microwaved wings...and she says to me" i dont control the kitchen! In a very rude tone. There was another night i tried to order two drinks for myself since happy hour was winding down and she says to me " you cant have two drinks im not allowed! I said to her "well the other bartender here didnt have a problem with it...she snapped at me " well he dont care about his job...but i do! Used to go to this place a lot in the past. However with the recent changes this place sucks. Now we have to be seated to sit at the bar? Really? That is garbage, only restaurant that does that!! Recently I went there to eat around four in the afternoon. The place was not at all busy. First we were seated without any menus. You would think, if they were going to seat is, they would include menus. Nope! Then when we ordered our food, remember the place was not busy at all, it took use 23 mins to get it. What really pissed me off was the waiter said, "we are waiting on your fries". All I ordered was a small order of wings with fries. And they were waiting on the fries. I'm not in the restaurant business but I know fries don't take 23 mins to cook. Then when my food came, the fries were cold and soggy and the wings were mildly warm. WTF?? For real? What happened here. I told the waiter how ridicules it was that he told us we were waiting on fries and they come out cold and soggy! Then he asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. SLOWWWWWWWWW! I would love to comment on the food, but it never came out. Stopped in for a quick Saturday lunch with my wife. We had a solid hour or more before we needed to be somewhere. The place was not busy and we were seated immediately. The server was taking an order at the next booth, but dropped off menus and told us he would be right with us. About 10 minutes later he stopped to take our order. So far, a little slow, but no problem, right? Wrong!. We placed our order and the server dropped off our beverages, then the long wait ensued. 30 minutes after our order was taken, we told the server to pack our food to go and bring us the check. He said no problem as our food was ready to be brought out. He went to change the order to go and dropped off the check a couple of minutes later. Then, nothing. The manager walked by while we were standing at the booth with the check waiting for our food and avoided all eye contact and kept on moving. No "how is everything" for us! We waited another ten minutes, no food, we walked. We dropped the check off at the front desk without payment on the way out and told them, "sorry, we have to be somewhere, we can't wait any longer". There was no objection. This tells me this happens all the time and the staff just doesn't care. The good news is that we got to our next stop on time, as we didn't let Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo us out of our schedule for the day. Service at this place sucks and I will not be back. read more
