This is my Cheers in Eagan! I almost always sit at the bar and have had the pleasure of friendly service from Deb, Chuck, and Aaron on several occasions. The recent remodel made the bar area larger and created a more open and appealing visual presentation. With 2 happy hours a day, wing specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays, televisions surrounding the place, video games, and buzztime trivia, there is something to appeal to all ages. What i really like about Buffalo Wild Wing's is its constant endeavor to better serve its patrons. BWW has limited edition menus that change based on the season and includes new sauces from its sauce lab that are either hit or miss, but dang it, they keep trying. The price is fairly low if you take advantage of the daily specials. Order a beer and the street tacos, a real bargain on the HH menu, and walk out with a bill less than $10. This place is a joke. I brought my 3 kids with me and two were served 10 before me. My other daughters food didn't arrive until I was finished with my meal, which was the same as hers: a chicken sandwich. After waiting forever for the food and our server not retuning as she was giving other customers food, I had to wave down another employee to find out what was going on. He went to the back and said they ran out of chicken and holds to go get more. BWW ran out of chicken and they wen to the store to get more. That's what I was told. I can't complain too much about this place. I guess going there every week for Monday night trivia (which they still have at 10 pm) kind of wore on me, though, 'cause now I'm sick of it. Yeah, their food is alright, but it's not spectacular. The waitresses, depending on the one you get, can be SUPER awesome or SUPER slow and inattentive. I was pleasantly surprised today. I used to enjoy coming to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's never been great wings, but they were consistently on the pretty good side of chain food. Then for one reason or another it changed, and became almost inedible and with generally poor service so I stopped coming. Today I found myself in possession of a gift card and figured I would give it another shot since it was going to be mostly free anyways. The food was surprisingly ok. Still nothing special but back to being a decent meal for chain wings. The service was still lacking. I was in after the lunch rush with several open tables around me, and still felt like the waitress was trying to rush me out. I was still eating with half a beer in front of me the first time she asked me if I was ready for my check, and she asked again as she delivered my second beer. We went to watch the UFC fights, despite previously getting the worst food any restaurant chain could produce (the Apple Valley location) Open mind and willing to give another manager a chance... We ordered some wings, they specialize in wings, but yet cannot cook them properly. I've eaten many wings from many different establishments and these were over cooked On the bright side, our waitress was excellent. We sat down and ordered, apps were the pretzels, wife got a Cobb salad and my son and I split 15boneless and a side of fries. Less than 5 minutes later the fries showed up, I asked why and the waitress said it is policy to bring it out as soon as it's done. Then said I know I'm sorry, I don't know why they can't schedule the meals to come out together. At that point a lady at the table next to us got a burger and the person with her waited. 5 minutes later the pretzels came out, 5 minutes later the Cobb sandwich came out then 10-15 minutes later the wings came out(Luke warm) at that point they brought out the other meal to the table next to us. So as screwed up as ours meal was theirs was worse. We watched one table of table of three get ignored for at least 20 minutes then they were asked to move to a new section . Have ordered from here via door dash multiple times and it's always been mildly disappointing (small wings included, seasoned hardly at all, food ends up arriving cold, etc) but tonight took the cake. We ordered a big order of chicken strips ($50+ order) in multiple different seasoning flavors and all of them arrived with absolutely no seasoning on them at all. Completely bland. How they missed putting dry rub/sauce on absolutely everything is beyond me. And the ranch we paid .60 a cup for was only maybe a third of the way full each cup. . We will never be back to this location. Stopped by after what you would think was peak lunch time and was told that it would be a 10 min wait. We waited outside then came back after 10 minutes because we hadn't received a text that our table was ready yet. The hostess told us it would be another 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed and I had an antsy and hungry toddler with me so I looked for other food options around the area on my phone. The hostess was on the phone taking to go orders as I was discussing other options with my mom on the bench away from the hostess. When she got off the phone she said I will go check on your table again. Then a manager comes out and gets in my face about how they are short staffed and busy. I understand that but then he said the hostess is in the back crying because we yelled at her and demanded we apologize to her. What?! We waited outside the majority of the time, then when we were inside she was on the phone taking orders and I was searching for other places and mentioned to my mom we might have to leave because of an antsy and hungry toddler. In NO WAY did we yell at her or have any interaction with her other then putting our name in initially and to check after the 10 minutes. She flat out lied to her manager that we yelled at her and the manger to get in our face and demanded we apologize totally caught us off guard. I said we are not apologizing so he said we had to leave. So my friends and I are at B Dubs for the Sunday Vikings Game. They have 30 plus TVs. They Vikings game is on 3 of those TVs in locations totally inconvenient to our table. We have been watching and nobody is watching a tv that is perfectly situated to our table and according to policy, they DO NOT change channels on Sundays. We have a large group so we can't move. Thank you for the inconvenience BWW! This is MN and the majority from what we can tell is 100% Vikings fans. Anyway, the wings and beer were delicious as usual but do your patrons a service and what they want to see! We are from Minnesota and they are showing 8 TVs with the Cleav/Bal game and only 3 with the Vikings/Steelers WTH?!?! I love BWW but this is just stupid. I've been in a couple of these. First, the spices are ok, but not fiery, even those with the hottest ratings. I like the Mango Habenero, but the Jerk was way too mild and sweet for me. I am not in love with BWW anymore, but it is still a fabulous place to hit happy hour with the work crew or catch that one game you can't get at home. Overall, solid drinks and consistent food make BWW one of those chains that you can visit in just about any state and be pretty sure you will get exactly the same thing in Texas and you did in Maine, plus local flair to the menus of course. They still have some of the best wings in my opinion. This particular location is pretty big. They have a large bar area and pretty impressive patio for a state that can only use it 6 months out of the year. We come here often for happy hour because it is close to work and their specials are decent. The appetizers are pretty good and there is always that chance someone will be walking around handing out that new app flavor they are trying out. read more

I gave my 9 year old son the option to choose any restaurant to eat dinner at, and he chose BWW. We typically have gone to the Apple Valley or Lakeville locations and have always had good service. We were sat promptly and then about 5 minutes went by before the server said she would be right with us, then another few minutes until she came back to take our drink order. Since I was with my 9 year old and 3 year old and knew what we all wanted I put in the order. 5 minutes later, she came back to inform me the kids Mac and cheese (for my 3 year old) was out. No apology and a shocked look when I said to cancel the kids meal and my meal and make my sons order to go. The cup she brought his soda in was a children's cup, not a regular to go cup- and we ordered him a full priced soda. After dropping off the soda she didn't check in at all, when I requested a normal size before we left she told me there would be an upcharge. Overall I am very disappointed in my first experience at this location and will be continuing to frequent the Apple Valley location, though the Eagan location is 5 minutes from my home versus 15. My friends and I go here every week for trivia, which is always a good time. They're starting bingo nights pretty soon as well. Their selection of wings is pretty huge (you pretty much find one you like alot and stick with it) and they make pretty awesome salads and burgers. This is by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. The quality of the food is always on par. They have a lot of windows so there is a lot of natural light. They have a really nice big bar area. Just moved here from Texas. We move frequently, so we've been to Buffalo Wild Wings in more than 5 states. It's always pretty consistent which is why we like going there. The service was fine but there was something wrong with the food. My husband and I both got chicken, the texture was fine but it had a weird plastic taste, almost like some plastic got melted in the fryer or something..... we stopped eating paid the bill and left. Please BW3, reconsider your choice of cheese curds suppliers and find a new one that can bring you a better product. My experience with the location is much better than my last one one in Gainesville. The service was good and the food was really good. I had the street tacos. They were actually really good. I like the service I get as a "restaurant customer" here... It's not the same as a "bar customer"... At least from what I have experienced! I came with 3 other adults and a baby. Our waiter was very friendly, upbeat and attentive. I generally just sit in the bar, but since we had a little one with us it was only appropriate to sit in the restaurant section. We were seating next to a table with a screaming kid. Kind of annoying since he was doing it pretty much went on the entire time, but that's was completely out of the restaurants control. I ordered a strawberry lime mojito... Delish, and surprisingly cheap! I also ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, also delicious. Food came out hot, drink came out cold and everything was tasty. I was a happy customer. The price was just right to... I don't think I spent over 15 bucks for everything. I will be back again. read more

He was very polite and when I called back he thanked me for being so patient. My order included 12 boneless wings one order being thai curry and the second asian zing. Make sure to ask for two sauces else they will only give you one unless you specifiy. Also do the same for carrots and celery. Once arrived the same young man told me it would be a few more minutes and offered me a complimentary drink as I was waiting. I have always been a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I went in on wing night (Tuesday) but didn't end up ordering wings. Had the popcorn shrimp, which came with fries. The shrimp was awesome though and it was a generous portion size as well. I ordered a couple tall Miller Lite's to wash it all down and walked out of there spending about $20 - so pretty reasonable in terms of cost. The bartenders here are great. They are quick to get you a refill and the food came out less than 10 minutes after ordering. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because the restroom needed some attention.
