Sat there majority of the time waiting for drink refills even though we could see them sitting at the bar just waiting for our server to pick them up and bring them over. Went here on 1/15/24 Quick to be seated which is a plus on a night with a Football game (not a foot ball fan but it was busy). I ordered the boneless bone in combo with BBQ Chipotle dry rub on the boneless and mango habanero on the bone in. The GF Got the appetizer sampler for her meal. So admittedly I didn't realize the way the wings are listed on the menu are hottest to least hot. I just saw mango habenero and got really excited. I had not been to a BWW in a hot minute, but it was one of our only late night super close to our hotel options that we had at 9pm after driving all day. If I could give a restaurant 0 stars, I would believe this Buffalo Wild Wings would be deserving of it. My friend and I went to this location on Wednesday for the unlimited boneless wings and fries. We arrived at 8 and were told to expect a wait time of about 30 minutes. Keep in mind this was while half the restaurant was empty but 30 minutes didn't sound awful so we didn't complain. Cut to 2 hours later we ended up being seated at 10:00 p.m and were informed that the restaurant would not be doing the unlimited wings for the rest of the night. Fantastic, now we end up ordering our food and it was mediocre at best, somewhat overcooked and over sauced. Our server was rude and inattentive, some of our food was never served until we eventually asked about it since it was still on our check. And the nail in the coffin occurred as we left, we overheard and saw a party of 4 ask and receive the unlimited wings that we were told were not going to be served for the rest of the night. I keep trying this location, and they keep being a disappointment. Our wings were, as usual, way overcooked (so that they were hard and dry with barely any consumable meat on them) and way too oversauced (always looks like they dump it on by the tumbler-full). Also, this is supposed to be a sports bar, and they have 20+ televisions, but 15 of them are always playing the same event and it's usually that disgusting UFC crap - who on earth wants to watch people beating the crap out of each other and spitting blood and vomiting while they're eating? But even if that's "entertainment" for some people, I never understand why they can't manage to put other things on some of the many televisions for the rest of us. For example, Saturdays in the fall have at least a dozen football games going on, but they almost never have them on at this location. Or if they do, they have one or two on the TV's that you can't see unless you're sitting at the bar. Instead, they opt for sports commentary shows and broadcasts of people playing video games. We thought that since the Olympics are on now, surely we'd be able to watch that. But no...20+ televisions: LPGA on four, baseball on two, trivia on four, and UFC on the rest. No Olympics anywhere. We ate what we could and left as fast as possible instead of deciding to hang out, order a lot of food and drinks, and watch a wide variety of sports like we would at other sports bars. It's almost always mostly empty here - sports bars on a Saturday evening during the Olympics and baseball season should be packed. We've given them enough tries and are now on the lookout for a good sports bar with wings that are cooked and sauced properly and a wide variety of real sporting events to watch. read more
