Very expensive for what you get, not a lot of filling if you get a calzone. Better off getting a pizza instead.

Great selection of wing sauces, choice of traditional or boneless. Pizza sauces are zesty.

We stopped ordering from Mark's because we didn't like the sauce and we felt they were stingy on toppings.

This year I tried Toss n Fire & Ji-Woo's collab Sweet Bop Pizza. Normally I do not finish a whole pizza and I save some for home. This pizza was so good, and fresh, that I finished it in one go. I'm a huge bulgogi fan and the sweet chili sauce added to that sweet hot flavor. This is everything you want in a limited time collab pizza. When I dine-in at either the Camillus or North Syracuse location I usually get the Deanna which has spicy tomato oil, pepperoni, ricotta, and mozzarella. As you can guess, I like a little heat on my pizzas. Toss n Fire offers pizzas in various sizes and styles so you can try something new and find your new favorite style of pizza! Their food takes a bit of time to cook because each pizza is made to order, but it still comes out fairly quick. It's hot, delicious, and the staff are friendly. Give them a try! It may become your new fave pizza spot as well.

They sliced the pizza into 12 slices so it was harder to judge the "Flop" of the slices. That being said when I took my first bite I thought it was the best bite of pizza I've had in Syracuse. I think it's significantly better than the regular wood grilled pizzas I usually get here.

We have been here several times and come for their burgers. They also have a great selection of craft brews. The bartender was also working as our server and was very attentive and also caught an error in one of our parties plates and quickly remedied the situation without question. This time we diverted a bit and I had the Charleston. It was a very good chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and a homemade ranch dressing. The ale house Philly was equally delicious. It appears that they have added to their menu since we were last here as well.

Inside is a typical bar layout that leads to the crowded outdoor patio overlooking the river. Lots of unclean, uncleared tables. Staff wasn't rude but they sure as heck weren't excited to be there. The "jumbo wings" were not jumbo. And if these are the best rated in upstate then there is a serious wing problem around here. Some of them were overcooked and crunchy and some of them were barely cooked. The garlic parm is. Nothing but an oily greasy mess. And then there was the bill... $10 for FIVE wings and 50 cents for a tiny thing of blue cheese. Unreal. They also added in credit card fee, which is no longer allowed in NYS. Meh, I'll pass on this place again.

As he traveled throughout the South he always stopped at the numerous Southern BBQ restaurants whenever possible, and he found Southern BBQ had a distinctive flavor that was different from anything found in the local area. In the village of Camillus, there was a huge building in disrepair. Kirk decided to buy it, and spent nearly 3 years jacking floors, digging out the basement, rewiring, and reroofing and finally opened Krabby Kirks Saloon in January 2011. The inside of the absolutely huge restaurant now boasts timber framing, mounted animal trophies from animals Kirk hunted himself in Wyoming, and TVs airing sporting events. There's also a small bakery, upper deck with Tiki Bar and an ice cream store. The boys and I love trying different BBQ places in the area, seeing as we're not huge fans of the only one that gets any love in this city, so when I found Krabby Kirks, we decided to give it a try. We went for lunch on a Saturday, and were able to sit right away, as there were only a few tables sat at the time. We got some fried green tomatoes and an order of what they call Pig in a Poke...jalapenos stuffed with pulled pork, cheddar cheese and wrapped in bacon, served with a chipotle sauce for dipping. Both my buddies went with a pulled pork sandwich for their entrees, while I chose the Fat Allen sandwich, a sandwich of pulled pork, brisket, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, cole slaw and their BBQ sauce. Our appetizers were brought and were very good. The fried green tomatos were fried crisp and had a tasty zesty sauce for dipping. The Pig in a Poke appetizer was also very good. The pulled pork inside the jalapenos worked great together, and they definitely had a spicy kick to them. I only wish the bacon on the outside was done more, as a lot of it was still uncooked and raw. Our main dishes came and everything was great. Kirks smoke all their own meats, including brisket, ribs, corned beef, and pastrami and make all their other sides including baked beans and all the rubs and sauces. The sandwiches were all absolutely huge and we had to use knives and forks to eat them. The meats on them were extremely flavorful and tender. We weren't even able to completely finish the sandwiches, along with our sides, which were also very good. Our server was friendly, and the prices were comparable to other BBQ joints. We'll definitely be coming back.

They raved about how wonderful eating out on the deck was. Inside was all wood, like the hall of a ship and rather dark in my opinion. I know it's unfortunate but we walked up to the hostess stand and the girl informed us that the fryer and the grill top were not working. We asked what were our options and she handed us a waitress slip with *maybe* 10 items on it including soup, salad and kid pizza. BUT what irked me more than their equipment being in disrepair was the hostess's attitude. My Uncle thanked her for letting us know and she had some reply like, "Yeah, why wouldn't I tell you?" Very strange. Not a simple "You're welcome." Or "Sorry for the inconvenience." I know it's not like the restaurant WANTED their equipment to fail but I think they should train their hostess on better customer service. I do have to say that the woman working in the gift shop was LOVELY. She suggested another restaurant for us to go to (The Franklin House) and even NOT recommending another suggestion (savings us from another potential restaurant fail.) So perhaps this place *could be* good but I will never know.
