Ordered a large Pizza w/ mushrooms and pepperoni. $15.99 + $2.50 per topping. As with all Twin Trees, the pie was excellent. Sliced crosswise to get more pieces I'm assuming. Also ordered my usual, fries. These were delicious $6.25 Ordered a large garden salad $10.99 It was just ok For this price, I was expecting exceptional. They do offer online ordering, which I used and the process was flawless. I took the option for delivery. Bottom line, the pie was excellent, the fries were also excellent and the ordering process was without issue. All items arrived with their expected temperature and earlier than promised. The fact that there are not a lot of reviews, is probably an indication of what we've experienced as well. I don't like giving poor reviews either, I'd rather not leave a review, however I'll make an exception in this case as somebody has to say something so the owners can fix what's wrong. The first pie we ordered for take-out, seemed like they forgot the cheese. Disappointing however we all know some places spare the cheese. The next pie we ordered, we selected the $3.50 extra cheese option. Well...they remembered the cheese this time however it looked like an amount of cheese that you'd get on any other standard pie from other local establishments...almost anyway. Another short coming was the type of cheese. Not sure what type of mozzarella they use, but this was not what we typically experience from other good pizza providers. This cheese didn't stretch out like is typical for an extra cheese pizza. It was hot as well however the cheese was much more rigid than it should have been. One bite and the whole topping pulled off the slice. We also had sausage on the pizza, and it wasn't the quality sausage, it was the manufactured cheap round rabbit dropping style sausage. Many of us have been to NYC and know what amazing pizza tastes like (to include the cheese experience), this wasn't that and not even close. Not that we need to go to the big city, there are plenty of good providers in the Syracuse area. We've tried this place twice and won't allow a "strike three." This is my family's go-to spot for ordering pizza. It's so convenient for us and the pizza is SO GOOD! We love the garlic with tomatoes the best. This was the first time going in to eat and it is definitely the last time. We wanted to get slices and they had one pizza half sausage half pepperoni and I'm really not sure if it was yesterdays pizza it was old dried out and disgusting. The young girl working acted like we were a bother. She didn't even give us a total she just ripped the money out of my husband hands. Put out pizza on the counter didn't say anything so we sat down and realized there were no napkins so of course I had to interrupt her from being on her cellphone and then she gave me like 3. Their pizza is so good! We ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni, along with a large antipasto. Every thing was fresh and ready for pickup at the stated time. Been waiting for a delivery that is now 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Makes it hard to plan a meal for family that has diabetes and need to eat within a certain time period. No communication via email or call and the phones at the location just ring with no one picking them up. I get the people shortage but that doesn't mean you can't communicate with customers. read more

If I could give this business no stars I would. This is the second time they have messed up our order. The first time I can understand because they corrected their mistake. The second time I asked for a Philly cheesesteak pizza with their special of wings and the girl at the counter said ok and gave me the total. When it was delivered they sent our wings and a single Philly cheesesteak sandwich. When we asked why there was no Philly cheesesteak pizza the delivery driver (who was fantastic btw) said they don't even make that kind of pizza. Terrible. I went with my dad on our day out and boy was I disappointed. The menu said they had cheese and garlic, but when I got there no garlic. Dad said that I would probably like it so I got 2 slices. To this day I have no idea whether he lied or genuinely thought I would like it. When I looked at the slice, I was a bit skeptical - and for good reason. There was way too much cheese and it was falling off the sides, and there were little green bits that I thought were cloves but I wasn't really sure. When I bit into it, I tasted a hint of ginger snaps cookies. Yes, cookies. Pizza that tastes also like cookies sounds great, but trust me, it's not. Something red was in the sauce, and I realized it was a piece of tomato. Unprofessional little disgrace. This was my first time going here and will 1000% (that wasn't a typo) be my last. read more

Always on time or earlier, delivery is great! Husband always wants a small pizza..and I love their tenders (have been unavailable as a dinner for a while which bums me out) but...the breaded wings, coconut shrimp, antipasto salad etc has kept me personally coming back. I hate to write this review but after two inedible wing orders I feel others should be informed. While their pizza is great, their wings are so under done they are gummy... it's such a disappointment to order wings "extra crispy" and still have them be so chewy and lukewarm. Don't even bother trying to contact management to complain; the manager is never around and does not return calls. read more

This was my first time coming to this establishment and it will be our last. The experience was a bust from the moment we walked in. Being greeted by a disinterested teenager who was on her phone and seemed bothered when she had to seat us was not the most welcoming of events. Then when we sat, there were bugs and moths flying all around our table. The tables were not outside and not near the door, so flying insects everywhere was a real turn off. My kids and I ordered a special (large with 2 toppings) and asked to have the toppings split. Any other place we have asked to do this, we were charged for two toppings. This particular place charged us for 4, even though we didn't get the toppings on the whole pizza. I don't think it would have been so bad if the disinterested teenager had mentioned the extra charges that our order was incurring when it was happening. The wings we ordered came out dry and lacking a lot of sauce and we had to ask for more blue cheese for some flavor. Don't worry, that cost extra too. The pizza was fine, but nothing worth coming back to this establishment for. I'm disappointed, to say the least, but I think this place could keep a few more customers if they took a little time to invest in employees that would offer some actually customer service. read more

I would hope a great pizza place would not purposely use old pizza dough. Just got a pizza last night from Twin Trees Cicero and it was horrible. The person making the pizza had to know the dough was old and if they didn't know before making the pizza they had to see it after it was made. The dough never rose and so the pizza was so flat the paper plate we were eating off as thicker than the pizza. You have to be in the mood for twin trees, it's not ny style pizza, it's it own entity. That's fine, it's a niche. But it's great dough (albeit salty as hell) and sauce (salty too). My issue is the wings. I've had other twin trees (syracuse, e syracuse, n syracuse) without incident, but cicero are always just barely done, sometimes pink along the bone, and too saucy. I complained and got owner response which was nice and heard the "new employee" excuse, which I understand completely. But getting our our replacement wings later, same thing. Great pizza (better have some fluid after), but wings are not worth it. Too bad, we'll go for pizza only, but other places for pizza and wings. read more

So far we have only ordered the pizza, but we have been very satisfied. Very tasty crust, and plenty of cheese and toppings. I would like a little spicier sauce, but that's just me, my wife really likes it and she is picky when it comes to tomato sauces. Oh, I forgot, last time I also ordered a "small" antipasti salad. It was huge! Full of meat, cheese, roasted peppers, etc. I got two meals out of it alone. And the homemade Italian dressing was exactly the way I like it, with red vinegar and plenty of bite. I have never been treated so badly by a waitress who depends on her customers to make a living. First, I ordered a meatball sandwich with mozzarella ($1.50 extra) and a to-go box. When it came, no mozzarella-she told me I did not ask for mozzarella...ok, maybe I didn't. Instead of the box she brought a plate (?). When I went up to get the box, I had the clean, empty plate in one hand and 1/2 meatball sandwich in the other. I told her I had asked for a to go box not a plate and she told me she brought the plate because "most" people don't eat their meatball sandwiches off the plate it's served on. (Huh?) Terrible delivery service and very poorly managed. Ordered food for delivery and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour. Called after it was 15 minutes late and was told it was out for delivery. Called back a half hour after that and was told it was on its way but if I'd like they'd remake the order and send it out within a half hour. Told them never mind, I'll get the food elsewhere. Manager doesn't know what she is talking about. I'm guessing their order tracking system is also either non-existent or unreliable. I have been a regular customer for 6 months but I will never order from there again. There are too many pizza places around to have to deal with one whose management is obviously incompetent. read more

First I must say that I am a lover of Twin Trees food and pizza. I have been to the North Syracuse location so many times and have NEVER been disappointed. Since we are closer to the Cicero location we tried it. The first time I must say I was a little disappointed!! Thinking maybe it was an off night we thought we would try it again. I went to order and the girl on the phone was rather "short" ..and then when I asked to split my chicken wing order for two different choices she said I couldn't.
