I normally don't write reviews but I do read them. This Chili's deserves a review. This is the first time in over 5 years that my steak was cooked to perfection and I didn't have to send it back...and it happened at a Chili's...amazing!!! Props to Kasha the chef here. If you want an amazing steak ask for her (Kasha) to cook it!!!! read more

Sometimes you just can't drive past Chili's without coming inside! My friend and I decided to come for an impromptu dinner and everything was great, maybe even better than expected! We were seated right away and our waiter came to take our order quickly, we knew what we wanted, the food came out quick, waiter was super kind, and the food was delicious! We shared a 3 for me and also the triple dipper - the classics! Everything was yummy and warm and the perfect amount to share between us both. I love how they have the kiosk on the table to pay the bill and it even takes apple pay. It makes it so quick and easy to pay even when the waiter is attentive and available! read more

Chili's - Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and Triple Dipper - Bars Near Me - Dewitt, New York

Got seated right away after forcing our way through a group of idiot customers blocking the entrance - one of my pet peeves BTW - people should not have to confront/excuse themselves because they want to walk in or out of a business - blocking the only entrance / exit is not an appropriate way to have a conversation and no I'm not rude for forcing my way through with saying anything. Waitress came soon, friendly and helpful, got us our drinks and warms chips/dip in seconds! Food was great, worth the $ Decent menu selections Clean and comfortable read more

My family came last minute after an outing because my daughters love the queso Blanco. The dip did not disappoint. Our drinks came out while we were still ordering. My husband absolutely loves the Santa fe burger and I had the 3 for me chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Our kids had tenders and fries, pretty run of the mill. The best part was our server. He was so attentive and funny. My daughter said we can only be in Grady's section from now on. Do yourself a favor and ask for his section too! read more

Decided to eat here because we are tired of going to the same old restaurants whenever we go out for dinner. We were seated promptly, and the waitress was very attentive. The dining area had enough lighting so you didn't have to squint to see the menu, and it was quiet enough that you didn't have to shout to talk to each other. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the "Triple" deal, which was four chicken (un)tenders, with a side of fries and a house salad. The salad was decent, as well as the fries. The "tenders" were anything but. They had a crunchy coating which is a little too hard, and the chicken was tough, chewy, and stringy. The rest of the group ordered an assortment of other items, and they were OK, nothing that anyone thought was fantastic. We won't be dining here again any time soon, the food is much better just about anywhere else around Syracuse. read more

Ordered the full rack of rib platter w a side of "Brown Butter Mushrooms" for delivery. An hour later what arrived was a "half" rack of ribs w 4 ribs - more like a 1/3 rack - when I paid $29 for a full rack. To add insult to injury- calling the mushrooms "brown butter mushrooms" is a misnomer. The mushrooms were dry and needed to be hydrated. I was charged $4 for what looks like two tablespoons of the same mushrooms they charge a buck for to add to a burger. Wonder if they expect me to come back.... Do better, Chili's! read more

Another nice meal at Chilis. Steak and burger came out perfect. Margarita was perfect. Only thing I was sad to hear is that they got rid of the all day happy hour. Alcohol specials will change through the day and you have to sit at the bar. Otherwise another great time. Servers are always friendly and accommodating. read more

Chilis is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I love their homemade tortilla chips. I would buy bags for my house if I could. Their margs are also really good. It must be their sour mix because I don't usually love drinks from the chain places. My quesadilla was the perfect comfort meal and I still had half to take home. It was better than some of the ones I've gotten from Mexican spots. My friends got some apps, the infamous triple dipper to be exact. The queso was decent, not anything exceptional. Service is hit or miss. read more

Stopped over at Chilis after seeing the viral triple dipper for months and was not disappointed in the slightest. The eggrolls are fabulous. I'd recommend them over any other app because they're consistent- lotta flavor packed into those little guys. The honey chipotle tenders were saucy and I enjoyed the sweet heat they had to offer. I know two mozz sticks doesn't seem like much, but they have a lot of cheese jammed in there- very good. Would certainly order again. The unlimited chips and salsa were also great, albeit, we didn't get a refill this time. All in all, not a bad spot to stop in for an app and a drink. read more

The first time I order from here I had no complaints, so I ordered from here again. The second time the salad was soggy and looked very weird, the quesadillas tasted old and barely stuck together. So I figured it was just a bad day and I ordered here a third time. This time I picked it up myself. The lady seemed a little rude and I felt rushed on the phone. When I got there, they had the wrong meat selection. A positive from here was that they corrected the issue and was polite throughout the process. The ambiance seems decent. read more

Service was very fast! The food was good, the chips were very fresh. I loved their queso! But their beef queso wasn't for me. I really enjoyed the bbq boneless wings. The sauce on them had great flavor and the wing was still crispy. read more

Stopped in after a long day of preparing for a veterans motorcycle ride the next day. Myself and my wife were wearing our veterans vest when we went in, the reason for saying this is because of the review I'm leaving. Got sat at our table and then waited almost 15 minutes, and the waitress never came over. Not that she didnt see us because she brought drinks to the table behind us stared straight at my wife then walked away. Went to the bar then back to another table across from us, looked at my wife and our vests again and walked away. At this point we left, as it seems vets are not welcome at this restaurant. read more

Service is alright, definitely better on certain days. Seems like a lot of people don't want to be there.

We recently stopped in for dinner last Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress Destiny was the "Best!!" The food came out quickly considering the restaurant was full and everything was made perfectly. Can't wait to come back again. Terri read more

Ate Here New Years day before a movie. We were seated immediately. Our server was attentive with service. Forgot to take pictures but I got a combo that came with a cheddar jalapeño sausage, brisket quesadillas, Texas toast, Street corn, and fried. Definetly filling but the quesadillas were way too sweet like all BBQ sauce and barely any taste of meat. Loved the Street corn tho. Gf got 3 for me deal and got a burger, fries, and a lemonade. She liked the pickles on her burger but likes her meat rare and they didn't ask how she wanted it cooked. Overall a good experience they just have to smooth out the fine details. read more

A good option for a quiet meal. The food quality was consistent and the portions were enough. Service was polite and not intrusive. The atmosphere felt calm and comfortable, which made the visit enjoyable read more

A pretty decent chilis. Find myself coming in here on Sunday nights with friends and always have pretty okay service. Never a crowd and always have the right games on. TL;DR: Good food. Lackluster service. Clean ambiance. Would repeat if out of other options. ***Food*** The food at this Chili's was quite good. We ordered burgers, triple dipper (eggrolls, sliders, and chicken crispers), and chicken tortilla soup. They have a new item called the Nashville Hot chicken crispers, and they were my favorite. Food was served hot after a long wait. Except for the fries. They were lukewarm and soggy. **Service** Unfortunately, the same can be said about the service. Lukewarm at best and left much to be desired. Overall: The ambiance was pleasant and clean, which was a definite plus. I might consider giving it another try if there were no other dining options available, but the lackluster service was a significant downside. read more

Well we went on a rainy mid spring day so that was kind of on our part but we we got there. The service was what you would expect from a place like that we got through the greeting us like normal. There was only about like five or so people in the restaurant when we walked in and not many people came in while we were seated there but it took about 10 minutes just to get our drinks once we got our drinks everything was flowing perfectly fine and was faster. The ambience was a kind of thing you would notice in a sports bar restaurant type of place what when we were trying to leave apparently their power went out or their system. They were using one out and they kept saying they gotta do it the old way where they like. Use some weird shit thing and like copy down my mom's things on her card. And the server kept trying to steal her card. My mom said no I don't want to give it to you. I'll tell you what it is and she's like no you have to give it to us. You have to give it to us and finally, my mom's like can I just leave a number or an email in case something happens instead of just leaving my card here and coming back for it in a certain amount hours because I really shouldn't have to leave my card here and luckily they figured it out so you know read more

I've been to Chili's before and had decent experiences, but this location was next-level awful. I don't know if the entire staff was having a competition to see who could care the least, but they were all winning. We walked in and waited at the host stand for a solid 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by without so much as a glance. When someone finally acknowledged us, it was with an eye roll and a muttered "Follow me" -- no greeting, no smile, just pure annoyance. Our server clearly did not want to be there. She slammed our drinks down, disappeared for long stretches of time, and got visibly irritated when we asked basic questions about the menu. At one point, we saw her chatting with other staff while our food sat getting cold under the heat lamps. When we finally got it, parts were missing and everything was lukewarm at best.Even asking for the check felt like a burden to them. It took forever, and when we politely pointed out a mistake on the bill, the response was an exaggerated sigh and a mumbled, "I'll fix it when I have time." The food was mediocre, which is expected at Chili's but the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, or even basic human decency from the staff? That's what really made this visit unforgettable (for all the wrong reasons. Save yourself the frustration. Go somewhere where the staff doesn't treat you like you ruined their day just by showing up. Want it angrier, funnier. Also would like to include that the waiter wanted to put my drink across my table for 6 even though we had only 3 people and they didn't care that we wanted a booth. read more

I don't like the yelp waiting in line service. Not comprehensive. Use the buzzer timers instead please . Much more user friendly.

Food was good but our server, Alison was great! Food came out quick and Alison checked in numerous times.

Never been to chilis until today, and will never go back. Went into one to try the famous amazing mozzarella sticks... they were fabulous. But from there it's just terrible. 1st of all, I asked for strawberry tea... cool they forgot the starwberry... no biggie, ask for a new drink... takes 35 mins. We order our food and it comes out and looks alright, nothing special, but my husband cuts Into our steak and it's rawwwwwww. Not like med rare but RAW. We asked to have to cooked a little more.. we waited 45 minutes to have them cook it... for it never to come out. I tried to get the waitresses attention but she was too busy yapping with the servers up front... read more

There's one word i can use to describe this experience: diabolical. We came on mother's day for a lovely time. We did not quite get that. Instead, we got slow service, alright food, and a downright disturbing experience. For starters, our waitress sat us at a six person table when there were only three of us. The table would have tipped had it been a boat. She never gave us napkins nor silverware (until we asked after making a mess with our salsa, and it still took her five minutes). On top of this, they had some sort of weird system going on. There was another woman walking around helping us out that wasn't our original waitress. She asked if we wanted more soda and we took her up on that offer. However, this woman side eyed us and placed our soda on the total opposite side of the table where NOBODY could reach it and then just skedaddled away. They also had an extremely tall man, at least six foot and a half, surveying the place and i believe he worked there, but we're still not too sure as he was doing nothing helpful. Onto the food, it was alright at best. Nothing special and i would definitely not pay that amount of money for food of that quality. My tenders were tough. Now, totally outside of the company's control, my experience with those around me. These tables were so close together that the children at the table behind me were quite literally crawling on my back. Not at all enjoyable. Now, the most appalling part of my experience? The waitress rushed us out with the check, no offer for dessert! I thought their molten lava cake was a signature? Clearly she knows nothing about Chilis culture. Overall, know what you're getting into here. If you've got time to waste and aren't very hungry, i guess take the risk. read more

Service wasn't the greatest very slow and couldn't understand the waitress. She was speaking to fast and when we asked for something she just ignored us. She's sat us right next to the door and we were very cold I asked if we could more anywhere else and she said we couldn't because there was no other seats. But the restaurant wasn't that busy there were a lot of empty seats. Never going there again. read more

If I could give this Chili's zero stars, I would. Six of us--college students--paid for an Uber to get here, only to find a pathetic sign slapped on the door: "Closed due to loss of water". No heads-up online, no courtesy message on social media, NOTHING. We were left standing outside in the freezing cold like idiots. The best part? The employees. They could see us huddled together shivering through the glass and didn't even bother to step outside or explain what was going on. They just stared at us like we were some kind of joke. To add insult to injury, the sign also said "Will reopen ASAP"--a total lie. We waited 40 minutes. Spoiler alert: it didn't reopen. You can bet we won't be back. Complete waste of time, money, and what little faith I had left in customer service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and left out in the cold--literally. read more
