20 oz bone in ribeye with blue cheese crumble .
    Gus C.

I was working in town , I really wanted a good steak and didn't know where to go . So I figured o'l faithful will have to do . I sat at the bar , was never even offered bread . Seamed the bartender was too busy ? I ordered to 20oz bone in ribeye , veggies and mashed potatoes. The veggies and potatoes were good . I ordered my steak medium rare , had to send it back because it was as rare as can be ! And I had to ask someone where my steak went after I finished my veggies and potatoes . Took longer 2nd time the. The initial order . And I can't say for sure . 20oz !! Yea right. I'm not a big eater , I had a bag of peanuts after . Steak was good but seamed way too small . Food was good B, service was a C- .

This was flat out the worst steak I've ever had. It was overcooked & tastes like shoe leather. Truly horrible & we'll never go back.

It would've helped if we checked the dining hours. Got there 15 minutes ahead of opening, which was fine. Sat down in a nice open-aired dining room, Clean, airy, white table cloth. The place filled up quickly. Our server Rachel was quick to come over with a warm invite, water, and brought bread, butter, and oil. If you like Italian food, this is a place you should hit up. Huge variety of dishes, including a wide array of appetizers, soups, and sides. I'm a huge fan of eggplant so couldn't resist. Our service said it was excellent. She was right. It comes one of two ways in that you can get it as a dinner or à la cart. I went with à la cart which included a house salad and a side dish of pasta. Saw Utica greens on the appetizers and couldn't resist. They were fantastic. You can get them mild medium or hot. Medium it was. Strongly recommend these if you are a fan of Utica greens. Prepared to perfection. As the eggplant approached the table I was impressed how large of a serving it was. So big I couldn't eat the whole thing. The eggplant was outstanding. It was thinly sliced. It melts in your mouth. It's smothered in their red marinara sauce. The sauce is on the sweet side, which is how I prefer. Excellent! With the à la cart meal, you get a choice of a side dish. Being a big fan of Angel hair pasta, the decision was an easy one. About the side salad, it's a good size salad to accompany your dinner. A lot of fresh veggies, carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, and olives. A sign of a good restaurant is one you'll go back to. We will be back.

The portions are quite large, but the prices are a bit high as well. Recipes seem to be mostly homemade though the salad dressings seemed like they came from large plastic containers. Meatball flavor seemed a bit off to me. Just didn't like it and their sauce was just OK. Pasta was fine..basic bread on the table. Definitely nothing special. The house Italian dressing comes with balsamic vinaigrette. We had a family of 10 and many dishes were ordered from broiled halibut to fettuccine Alfredo, to prime rib, to chopped sirloin, to pork chop Milanese. The Milanese pork chop was definitely the big hit. My dad ordered a steak medium rare and of course they served it well done. Service was about a B. We had to wait quite a while to be asked what we wanted for dessert. Not sure if they have wifi or not. Parking llot out front was full. Staff was friendly.

They cook the food right in front of you on the griddle behind the counter, which adds to that comforting, family style feel. It truly feels like a neighborhood spot. You see a lot of the same faces every time you come in, the service is always quick, and the food comes out fast, hot, and consistently good. I have never had a bad experience here. I love the loaded potato omelette and I always try different French toast or pancakes with whatever toppings they have available. They usually have specials going on and I really enjoy switching it up each time. Just a heads up that this is a cash only place, so make sure you bring cash with you. They do not have an ATM inside, but there is a bank around the corner if you need to take money out. I absolutely adore this place and it is definitely one of my top breakfast spots every time I come back to town.

Portions are generous--I had the lobster-stuffed haddock, which was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, with an interesting atmosphere featuring antique and retro photos and décor that give it a unique charm. I'll definitely be coming back as often as I can.

The salad was good overall, although I was not the biggest fan of the Caesar dressing. The chicken on top was super soft and flavorful, which made up for it. The cheesy toast, though, was absolutely to die for. I really enjoyed that. I will definitely be coming back when I am in town to grab drinks and appetizers with friends.

When we arrived, there was a mix up with the seating and their IPad, so we had to wait a couple minutes. But it was not too long of a wait before we were sat. Our waitress was over within a couple minutes to take our drink orders, and like I said we frequent Tully's, so my wife and I ordered our food right then. Being allergic to alcohol, it was nice to see they have a mocktail menu (which I had not seen before), and I ordered a sparkling strawberry lemonade. This drink had a very good flavor to it, with the combination of the lemon with strawberry along with the carbonation. This drink was so good, my wife ended up ordering one too. We ordered mozzarella sticks as a starter, which came to the table relatively fast, and were piping hot. The mozzarella sticks had a nice crunch to them with a great cheese pull. I ordered the buffalo tenders dinner, as I always do. The food was out pretty quickly. The fries were warm, salty, and crispy along with the tenders being nice and crispy. Tully's also has some of my favorite coleslaw, and the one I had with my dinner did not disappoint. My wife ordered the Asian tender dinner, and was crispy and warm like mine. The restaurant had many different games and sports on, with a plethora of college football games and horse racing to catch your attention. Husbands/Boyfriends, just be careful... my attention was on the TVs a lot, and the wife was not too keen on that (peep the attached photo). As per usual, we had a great time and great food while here and definitely will be back. The thing that kind of stunk was the fact they only have shirts that go up to XL (both in store and online), which would not work for a larger person like me.
