I would highly recommend staying away from this company because they tend to just show up on the day of your service on their convenience and never once have they been able to accommodate the timeframe that I was promised I just canceled my contract with them after being with us for several years and have been dealing with this issue every three months. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

As he walking up, he saw the issues immediately. The very next morning, he had someone here installing cameras, one way doors and sealing the roof. Within 48 hours, we were able to catch multiple squirrels getting into the attic in several different areas we didn't know about. He has been constantly updating us with what he is catching on the cameras and is coming to seal the other holes we found tomorrow. He even gave us a very competitive and comprehensive quote that we sent to the landlord for additional work (hopefully the take him up on it). We cannot recommend RP enough. Thank you so much!

He came out on several occasions and we were able to successfully trap 4 mice. He sealed all entry points and tracked the activity in the attic. After we stopped trapping them and noticing any activity, he came out and sanitized our entire home and attic space. Went ahead and arranged the appointment. Armando came on time and did the initial inspection. Started outside the house and saw some dry subterranean tunnels but no active termites. Inspected inside the house and did not see any sign of termite. Confirmed that the hole was termite related. Armando took the time to explain what's going on and what services they offer. We agreed to get it addressed right away and also bought the termite protection around the house. They will monitor the house if there are any active termites that starts eating the poison. They can do that remotely. Did know that was possible. Overall great experience. Would hire Bulwark again if we encounter other pest issues.
