    Wall of flavored cones
    Regina L.

Was in the mood for something sweet so we decided to give Bubble N Cone a try. Upon entering, you're greeted by a wall of colorful flavored cones which was cute and impressive. There was about 12 flavored cones in total including flavors like matcha, lavender, salted blue corn and birthday cake. We decided to get a cup of the taro cookie monster flavored ice cream in a matcha cone ($6). The price was reasonable for the portion size, but unfortunately the ice cream tasted just okay. I got notes of taro but the ice cream was very icy and tasted pretty artificial. The shop offers unlimited toppings which I appreciated and also decorated your spoon with a cute little leaf hair clip - very random, but also kind of cute and funny. Despite all the gimmicks however, I just wasn't impressed with the ice cream overall. Bubble N Cone is located in the Market World plaza next to Paris Baguette. Parking was ample and fairly easy to find on a Saturday afternoon.

Somi somi is def better, but the ice cream is not bad. I think they only had like 3 flavors (milk, milk strawberry swirl, and strawberry) available on the night I went...so that was kinda disappointing :(

Was craving a late night boba with a friend and luckily this place was still open! You can self-order at their kiosks which have tons of options for drinks, toppings, and ice creams. Was a little suspicious of how pink the ube drink looked on the virtual menu, but it came out the normal color in-person. The drink was tasty and I was intrigued by the canned format with a metal lid. They even put a cut little plant sprout hairclip on each drink (made me feel like Wall-E). The staff was quick with the service and nice enough to offer a sample of their ice cream (tried Cookie Monster with matcha boba and pure milk with brown sugar boba, both tasty). Glad Diamond Bar is getting more boba options with this place taking the prize on presentation and variety by offering soft ice cream too (with waffle cones of multiple flavors)

First time here! So delicious! The employee was nice and helpful. The taro flavor was great! Love the Cookie Monster flavor too. I chose the lavender cone and it was so flavorful! Over all very delicious and will come back again! Parking was easy. The shop is tugged away at the very end corner of the plaza.

Cute new boba and milky, soft serve local ice cream place! I'm a fan of the milk soft serve ice cream in K-town, but I'd be damned to make that trip just for some ice cream, so when I heard that we had one of these open up nearby, by the Paris Baguette owners no less, I knew I had to try! You can order via a touch screen kiosk or if you need extra assistance, the cashier was super helpful to the party ahead of me. Ice cream comes with the option of a single flavor or swirled in a cup (they were out of ube/taro when I was there), in a cone, or upside down in a cup with a cone on top to avoid a mess! I got this option and you can add toppings as well from the screen (I think these toppings had an extra cost to it) or at the end which had no extra cost. Very generous! These end toppings included chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, rainbow sprinkles, etc. I opted for only mochi and got a generous helping! The worker also gave a cute little plant sprout clip and a small chocolate stick. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but it looked like a little garden gnome with a sprout reed in his mouth? Either way it was super cute! Loved the attention to detail. What also makes this place unique is the wide variety of cones you can choose too and they're not just colorful, they're different flavors too! This includes red velvet, lavender, matcha, orange creamsicle, birthday cake, etc. I got the salted blue corn and it is a slightly salty cone, reminiscent of corn chips, but with a waffle cone texture if that makes any sense. Went great with my milk and strawberry swirl that was creamy and not too sweet and the chewiness of the mochi. Will definitely come back to try more of their flavors with more ice cream cone combos!

Amazing ice cream and boba. Great service! Randomly found this place on Yelp and it's a new little gem that just opened up! Super cute interior, lots of different options for the waffle cone. 4 different soft serve ice cream flavors. Also boba tea options. We loved the soft serve ice cream with boba. The boba milk tea was a bit too sweet for my taste. Service was great! Highly recommend!

First time visiting and they are brand new! There's free ice cream with boba purchase until the end of August! I got their free ube ice cream with matcha boba and it was actually very good. Both the ube ice cream and the matcha boba. I got their Vietnamese coffee milk tea and it was good but a bit too creamy/milky for me. My friend got the fruit drink and thought it was a bit too sweet. A very small place with limited outdoor seatings but you can always take it inside the "mall" area and find some seatings there.

The interior decor was cute. The idea was great too. That they have ice cream with boba. Unfortunately, the boba tea was made out of powder. The selection of waffles was the highlight of this place. Other than that, it's a subpar boba tea place. The ice cream was mediocre, too. Without

This little cute boba place in the corner also serves ice cream. They recently opened the store and offered us to sample their ice cream in a cup with boba for no charge. The ice cream was really creamy and delicious. We tried the brown sugar boba which was good but a little chewy. They also offer a matcha flavored boba as well as a strawberry flavored one which I've never seen before. I ordered a small Peach Jasmine Green Tea with Brown Sugar Boba and the Original Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed our drinks. They come in plastic cups that resembles a soda can which is really cute for photo ops. The top of the cup is even sealed with a pull-tab can top. Come check it out.

The drinks look so cute!!! What a great idea! The inside is so cute and so is the little patio outside. I got the Blue Pinapple Ade and my partner got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. They also recommend their Strawberry Passion Refresher. The employee was so nice and helpful when it came to choosing drinks.

New spot next to Paris Baguette, same owner. Small shop at the corner with chairs outside. Milk Tea drinks menu and Ice Cream shop. Tried Matcha Milk Tea, not bad. $5 regular size, $6 large size. They use Plastic Container Can type. Ice Cream is very sweet. They are giving out free small ice cream with boba (strawberry, matcha or brown sugar) during promotion. They are giving out the same coupon valid till 31 Aug. NOTE: yesss, they have single unisex restroom inside!

Choosing the ice cream and cone was so fun. There were so many flavored cones and they were all so colorful. The selection of ice cream wasn't very big but there were swirl options. I got the Cookie Monster ice cream in a blue salted corn cone. Every ice cream comes with two free toppings. I got Oreo crumbs and chocolate chips as toppings. The cone tasted kinda like a slightly sweet tortilla chip and it went really well with the ice cream. We went pretty late but they open late and there was only one worker that took great care of us. Definitely would come back!

To be honest, the noodles were pretty salty for me, but my dad really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful and had lots of scallion oil flavor! I went with my girlfriend on a regular Tuesday, there was no line and the wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The seats are kind of sketchy, they feel like they bend when you sit on them, but the place is otherwise clean. I was excited about this place but the food is really mediocre. It is nutritionally adequate (has some veggies and protein), but its flavor is seriously lacking. We both had the meat lovers crepe and I was waiting for the flavor to come together but none of the ingredients really worked well with one another. Really salty bits of bacon and spam with surprisingly bitter lettuce and a sauce that lacked any power to cut through the fat. I personally think this place is really missing a pork belly or beef slice protein option for savory flavor with less salt. The savory sauce is also lacking, something sweet like hoisin sauce might help a lot. The signature noodles are also a total ripoff, I expected at least some toppings for a whopping $8, but it was just some noodles with a couple green onions tossed on top. The sauce wasn't even that impressive, it tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce, and not even the good seasoning soy sauce. Very disappointed with the noodles for $8. At the end of the day, the only reason I would go here is because of the nostalgia of a Chinese crepe meal, but it fell below expectations. It didn't taste the worst, but for how unhealthy the meal is, it doesn't hit like a good old burger or some curry with naan.

What I love most here is the ordering experience. There are multiple large touchscreens where you can fully customize your drink -- sugar level, ice level, add-ons, substitutions, you name it. I almost always go for zero sugar, and the fact that I can do that easily is a huge plus for me. It's the kind of flexibility that modern boba shops should all offer. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which is refreshing compared to some other spots in the area. Is it the most amazing boba I've ever had? Honestly, no -- but the ability to build your drink exactly the way you want it more than makes up for it. There's also a large display screen showing order status, so you always know when your drink is ready. It's a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I'll be real though -- I probably drink more coffee from the Starbucks across the street than boba from here. At the end of the day, coffee feels like the healthier daily habit. But when I'm in the mood for something different, this place is where I'll be.

The cloud top was basically dalgona candy foam and felt like a bonus dessert after finishing the drink. Even with a lot of people waiing, service moved fast, in & out in about 7 mins. Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life.
