Coming from California, this is just okay. There is no option to customize your drink, and I wish I was able to. I ordered a basic black milk tea with tapioca pearls. The drink did not have a tea taste, was overly sweet, and thick (some may like this thick, creaminess from the milk - For me it was a bit much). It isn't a "bad drink". If you enjoy sweet, creamy drinks, this is the place to go. If you prefer a stronger tea taste that is less sweet, keep looking! read more

Have come here multiple times before! Came for the first time during COVID and was surprised to see that they didn't have much in place in regards to social distancing. The inside was packed with people in line all standing very close to each other. I almost debated whether I should even go in or not because it was so crammed. Though I've only been here a hand full of times, every time I've tried something new and I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've gotten for myself (personally I didn't like the Taro that my boyfriend got though, quite bland). By far the best milk tea I've had in Arizona. The fact that they have several different flavors of popping boba, great and quick customer service and so many incredible combinations to choose from puts them above all the boba places I've tried in Arizona. I come here very often and today the place was packed as usual. When the order came out I noticed they made my drink the wrong size so I let the girl behind the counter know I had the larger size. She was extremely rude about it and told me okay, didn't apologize or anything. Then her and the other girl behind the counter started whispering about it. When they brought my drink out to me again I noticed the whole cup was full of ice whereas everyone else who had that size of cup didn't have nearly as much ice as I did. This place is super Americanized for an Asian-type drink, but I always enjoy coming here. Employees are always nice and fast. The options are plentiful, and they allow you to sample items like their boba. They do offer two different types of boba soaked in different fluid. Their boba is always soft and sweet. The drinks themselves are not the usual "black milk tea" names but the items' names have descriptions underneath that are helpful. Drinks themselves are always delicious. my go to is always queen taro. my one complaint is that they never have white boba, which is my favorite! even though on their site it says available after 2pm, i've called many times around 2:30 and they basically say they're not making any for the day, which kinda sucks! this is definitely still my favorite boba place though and i'll definitely come back- i just wish their stock was consistent! sometimes i won't even come in if they don't have the white boba :/ read more

Just going to say walking into a place to get drinks and there being no A/C in Arizona in summer is not only ridiculous for customers but employee cruelty for them to have to bust theirs asses working making drinks with no air at all. Now I give five stars to Jaime for having a smile on while she took my order and being patient. Just stopped in tonight for first time. With today being MLK day the mall was jam packed. The line was almost out the door for bubble bee. I ordered two of the Thai iced tea drinks, plus two other drinks for kids. I paid just over $20 for four small drinks. Kinda pricey. Waited about 20 to 25 min for the drinks to be done (due to very long line). I left with my drink and didn't get a chance to taste it for another 15 min when I was on the freeway. When I did, it tasted like water!!! I LOVE Thai Iced tea and have had it many times. But to pay $5 for orange colored water was upsetting. The other Thai iced tea for my daughters Dad got tossed. I wasted $10 for sure. The kids I believe enjoyed theirs. But won't be back as not worth it. Been to much better places that were better organized. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's ridiculously crowded which means they are understaffed all the time. The management seems extremely incompetent in that regard. I also noticed as I was ordering that there was a paper labeled "mistakes" with tally marks next to initials. I find this to be a harsh tactic in the attempt to manage employees and their mistakes. Tea was mediocre at best, the half and half was easier to taste than the actual flavor I ordered. The honey Boba was the only somewhat redeeming factor. They are nowhere near the caliber of some other Boba places such as Boba tea house on Dobson and warner road. They have a very narrow selection of flavors, and don't offer blended drinks on ice or the on ice drinks blended. I would say it is not worth the 4 or 5 dollars, the ten minute wait or the headache to park at San tan village. I went in with high expectations but was very disappointed with what I ended up getting. read more
