We went with a group of 10 people (6 of which were teenagers) and had a great experience. The menu has a good variety from burgers to pizza to chicken. The waitress was attentive. We were given a free margarita without even asking after our first drink was made incorrectly. The house made dough on the pizzas was great and can be stretched to be thin crust on request. However, let's talk about the food and beers. Bubbas boasts of their 33% blend bacon/ beef burgers which are amazing. Bubba's 33 seems to always be hopping. But I forget about them since they are off the beaten path. That being said, they have a highly loyal client base. We happened to be in the area and wanted to stop by for a quick lunch. As usual for us, we wanted to skip the chain restaurants, and Bubba's fit the bill. Today I had a side salad and a Just In Quesadilla. They obliged me by putting all the sauces on the side, which I appreciated. The food I have had here has always been good, but I don't come here often, and besides the location, there is a reason for that. The most frustrating part about Bubba's is the noise level. It is nearly impossible to have a conversation with anyone here... including the staff...which makes for an experience that could end up being less than optimal. As far as sports bars go, Bubba's 33 hits the mark. There are oh so many televisions and oh so many beers. That's pretty much my criteria to be called a sports bar. If I could change one thing, it would be the music. One too many country songs for me. Fast service. Good food. Friendly staff. The beer was super cold, which seems like a no brained for a bar of any kind, but Bubba's has the right equipment for this. We had the mighty meaty pizza, which was very good. I was quite disappointed tonight to come in only to find that their best appetizer, the bacon, has been removed from the menu. It was really the one menu item that was very unique to them. Unlike Applebees and Buffalo Wild Wings, two of the elite sports bars in the United States, Bubba's 33 offers pizza; hand-tossed, and mouth-watering for your wonderful liking! The service of this establishment is great! Because this is the first time visiting Bubba's 33, the fact is the waiter was very attentive, and he's very oriented to which food on the menu is the best. My mother and I ordered pretty good food; she had the Spicy Habanero burger, which of course is extremely spicy. I ordered the 10-piece boneless wings with the hot buffalo sauce, celery stalks and ranch dip sauce. As for my wings though, it was pretty good, but not as the best with the boneless wings from B-Dubs. Although I shared my mom's loaded fries, those were good. As far as the atmosphere goes, it's amazing how there are TVs with mostly sports programming surrounding myself. Love, love, love this place! We have ordered a variety of different items from their menu and everything is great! Always great service too! So many different things on the TVs to watch, something for everyone, and great music videos. We came to try Bubbas 33 out again dining there and still is terrible. Food is always good, but due to lack of service is why we hate coming. They have often 7 staff standing around hostess station and no one walking around seeing if customers need anything. We waited 10 minutes to have someone take drink order and final we went up to the bar. Waitress said she was the only server in the bar. Lots of employees standing doing nothing but idle chit chat. Friday night, I've been wanting to try this place. Last Friday I stopped in and they had a power outage so, no service. Today I was the only one hungry. Ordered take out. Fish Sandwich with a side of slaw. I was told 15 to 20 min. I arrived like in 10, hoping to have a quick drink aka shot! At the bar but... it was ready! Impressed!!! Automatic one star for quick service, one star for friendly and welcoming staff, one star for packing everything nice and separated as asked to do so. And finally 2 stars for taste. Loved the fish sandwich crispy, flaky and so delicious. I will definitely dine in very soon. I don't know if I'll try anything new next time just because I will order this sandwich again. Would have been nice if it came with some lemon, but I had some at home. I want to give this place more stars lol. The first thing I noticed upon walking in is that this place is LOUD. Like can't hardly carry on a conversation across the table loud. Not only was the general atmosphere loud, the house music was fairly screaming. Maybe it's because it was mostly pop country. Good Lord, I hate pop country. The food? Pretty darn good. It's an above average tenderloin, not the best in town, still, I'd not hesitate to order it again. The wings were tasty and had just the right amount of heat, so they were hot, yet the heat didn't overwhelm the flavor. That's a nuance that so many restaurants miss. This was a short walk from our hotel. Sat at the bar and since I am a wine drinker and they really had no choices but a couple I decided to get a beer. They probably have 20 or more beers without 15 on draft. I asked the TWO bartenders who were on for suggestions of an ale or something along the lines of Bass or New Castle and neither of them drank beer or could speak to ANY knowledge of the beer. So I have to grade this place on a curve. The first time I ate here was a month or two after it opened and the experience was not good. It was basically a free for all. Lots of young, cute female servers spending more time standing around and talking or standing at the tables next to the bar and flirting with the groups of college-age guys in there doing their day drinking. The managers clearly had no control over the place at all, and the service was correspondingly pretty awful. It's better now. Still lots of cute, skinny young hostesses, servers and bartenders. But the service seems way better. The burgers are inventive and sizable. Good beer selection. I didn't try the pizza but it looked good. I also tried the wings, they were one notch above BW3 (which isn't hard), and just a notch or two below Hooters. Basically this would be a great place if you're wanting a pretty loud place to let loose and drink and have fun with a bunch of co-workers or friends or whatever. It's great if you want pub grub that tastes a little better than what you'd get in an actual pub. It would probably be a good after-dinner place to get a couple drinks for a nightcap. If the weather is nice, the outdoor bar would be exemplary. There's a lot of eye candy, if that's where your interests are. Good music, played a little too loud. Lots and lots and lots of TVs. Reasonable prices but by no means a bargain. I'd ordinarily give it 3 stars on its own merits but compared to how bad the experience was when it opened, I rate it one additional star. read more

My husband and I always hit Bubba's on a night with no kids. The bar is the funnest place to sit, their smoked wings are amazing, I love their frozen margaritas, and their onion rings are bomb. It took a while to get menus, but once we did get service the drinks were served quickly. The bartender didn't seem to know the menu. Really shouldn't you know if yhe wings are fried or baked. We ordered burgers and 6 wings. My husband loved his double burger and fries. I found my Aloha burger to be warm not hot and not very tasty. The sweet potatoe fries were pretty good. We also split a Trash Can Punch drink. It was ok for a $5 drink. We will probably be back because my husband loved his burger, and i will probably try the pizza. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken, and my friend had the Hawaiian burger...both were delicious! The service was wonderful as well. Our server checked up on us often, but wasn't overbearing or annoying. My friend and I ended up sitting there for quite a while talking after dinner and never felt rushed out by our server. Last time I met a Bubba, it was Forrest Gump. Needless to say, I had high expectations. However, food has been great, service is great, and environment is great. What more can you ask for from a sports bar? I always order the boneless wings (approximately 10 in an order) and a side of their fries. The fries are AMAZING and addictive. The boneless wings have a very light breading (unlike its competitor, BWW). The only con to that is that it can fall off and completely destroys the paper lining in the basket as I try shoveling it into my mouth. I'm fairly certain I ate the entire paper lining by the time my meal was over. Bubbas is generally good about changing TVs to what you want, although you might have to ask a few times.
