First time I didn't feel like I got ripped off or bullshitted. Brian was friendly and professional. He came the same day we called and considering we only have 1 bathroom, it was definitely appreciated that he was able to fix it so quickly. His prices is more than fair. I've had another plumber charge me way more for doing the same job and def felt like I got ripped off with that guy b/c we called saying we had a flyer with a deal that they told us we were able to use. As all other reviewers have said, Bryan is very friendly, quick, and gets the job done for much less. My kitchen drain got clogged up (by oil apparently) and is on the same drain line as the laundry machine. Kitchen backed up, laundry machine was spitting water out the drain line... it was not a pretty sight. I was being handy and bought a hand auger to feed the side cleanout to try to clean it myself. The auger was not long enough for this task so it was pointless. Bryan got it cleaned in less than 20 minutes with his machine after some diagnosing. and Yes it was only $35 and comes with a 30-day warranty. If you shop around, you probably wont get to prices cheaper than this. Could not be happier. I gave him a tip too for being so quick and friendly, most importantly, EFFECTIVE! 5-stars for an honest and efficient plumber. Bryan was able to come right away after we discovered that our toilet wouldn't drain, and we had black water backing up into in our tub. When he removed the toilet, he realized it was going to be more complex than just cleaning the drain, so he referred us to a plumbing company to take care of the bigger issue. He changed the wax seal on our toilet, which was desperately needed, and made sure it was installed correctly so it didn't rock back and forth (which it had done since we moved here). I clogged my garbage disposal by putting in a bunch of vegetable scrapings and the water would not drain. I tried calling a 24 hour service plumber, but I wasn't about to fork out $125! It was the 4th of July and Bryan was working today which is already impressive. I found his company on Yelp with all great reviews and he lives very close. This is another 5 star review! Bryan came out because in our house rental we felt our shower drained a little slowly. He came over within minutes of my call and was very nice and laid back. Just a nice guy, not in a fake, customer service kind of way either. He first ran water as bath and shower and explained due to the home's high water pressure the water is going to outpace the drain by default. He thought the water was draining normally given the small pipes etc. That being said he still snaked the drain and didn't find anything. It wasn't a critical issue for us anyway we just wanted to be sure since we just moved in. He said not to pay him since the service wasn't needed in the first place and because he lives so close it wasn't a hassle to swing by. He was working all day anyway. Probably the nicest, most generous and honest business owner I've run across.
