What can i say about a company that comes out on a sunday and comes to a area he dosent serve and gives me a discount on top of all that. I called bryan on sunday morning looking for immediate help for a plugged kitchen and washer drain. From the time i called him and the time he showed up all within an hour. After his assessment , bryan quickly went to work. Within less than hour he was done. My drains were servely clogged and he needed to hydro jet it, which he did, he quoted me at 175.00 but in the end it only coast me 100. Great service, very knowledgeable, no complaints. You can not go wrong with Bryan. Called him in the morning and he explained to me that he had a full day but he could get to me the next day. Also said if his day lightened up he would swing in today. I agreed to the next day. about 1 hr later he said he was in my area and could stop by to take care of my two drains that were clogged. He was fast, curtious and very knowledgable. Within 30 minutes drains were flowing again!! I have used many plumbers and not one compare to Bryan. I will use him for all my future plumbing issues. All the other 5 star reviews must be true. Brian is cut from the old cloth... true gentleman. Tenant contacted me about a clogged toilet. Found Brian through Yelp and was amazed at the price he quoted. His communication was great and he took the time to answer about a dozen questions... while he was at/on his way to a birthday party (I know... rude of me). He came out to diagnose the problem and said that it had already cleared itself. He also recommended not checking/clearing the mainline since there wasn't any indication of an issue. At the end... NO CHARGE. I insisted on paying him for at least coming out... nope, he would not take my money. Amazing. Ok, so this is a half review for Brian and his $35 Drain Cleaning company, and half for his referral... I've had a problem with my main kitchen drain backing up with a shower drain connector, and try as I might, I couldn't clear the issue with any amount of different heavy duty drain cleaning options and boiling water. I called Brian, got a busy signal, tried again, got a busy signal again (this means he is on another call, so keep trying, good service people with excellent reviews are great to hire), and the third time I reached his voicemail where he says that texting him works great to get a quicker response. I did, and he got back to me within 2 minutes. I asked if he serviced my area in Pomona, he did not, but he gave me a referral to a guy named JT who has a similarly named plumbing company and told me he is a "great guy". Quick note, he wasn't lying, JT is great. I spoke with JT just a few minutes later, he asked me the rundown of my issue, I told him, and as it was almost 3pm and I wasn't in a dire situation, I booked JT to come at approx 2pm today. I was running late from an errand getting home today at 2pm but I let JT know by text an hour ahead of time, it wasn't an issue. When I arrived home at 230pm JT was already there waiting and we quickly got to work. I took 5-10 minutes going over the issue, JT gave me a price (fair price for a good job, you're paying for the expertise, the tolls, the experience, etc, MORE than just a guy showing up for a few minutes at your house, and since I had already tried and failed at everything I know how to do and have tools for, I DONT have a problem paying a PROFESSIONAL to do the job CORRECTLY.) Overall the job took about 25 minutes from start to finish, but my drain is fully cleared and I have no more issues. JT was polite, gave me the price up front, explained things when I asked questions about how this happens and how to avoid the same issues down the road, etc... legit professional. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and wish I hadn't spent the previous week attempting to clear the drain myself and wasting hours and hours and extra money. JT also informed me that Brian and he used to work together, and I definitely trust the job that was done by JT AND the referral from Brian. Thanks so much for the help, you guys rock! Tip #1: JT takes either cash or check with no issue, otherwise he will take a card but you will have to pay for the additional credit card fees. I do NOT take issue with this policy; private small business owners can lose a good chunk of income if they choose to absorb fees, and that can affect their prices for all customers, not just those who choose to pay with a card. I paid cash, he handed me the receipt. Great job done! I have used Bryan's service several times. He's very good, straightforward, and honest. That's what I appreciate. A couple of weeks ago I called him to do routine service of my sewer line. He ran a camera in my line and showed me that I didn't need any service at that time. He did not charge me. Other plumbers have charged me just to use the camera. WOW! I called and left a message on Labor Day, not really expecting a return call, since it was a holiday. Bryan called back quickly and came out on a holiday, DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA! My toilet was slow slow to flush, he could have lied and said the drain needed to be cleared.... how would I know? Turns out, there was hard water build up around the area that pushes water out. Our kitchen drain was clogged about a couple inches high late last night. After trying several solutions like reseting the garbage disposal, using a plunger, etc... we finally decided to give up around midnight and call Bryan first thing in the morning. He was able to come to our place within 2 hours of his opening business hours. When he got here he found the kitchen drain access pipe (that I didn't know we had), and snaked the pipe a couple of times and solved the problem in about 20 mins. My shower gets clogged pretty regularly due to my long hair and have had a few plumbers come by in the past but none compared to the service I received from Bryan. if anyone reads my reviews, you'll see i'm not one to hand out stars easily... so when i give 5 stars, the vendor has EARNED them. we have a small house with only one bathroom (oh, the horror) and we have an elderly person in the house, when we found ourselves with a clogged drain line from the bathroom, we knew we needed help immediately.
