I called Bryan after my kitchen sink and bathtub were both completely stopped up. I was worried he was closing shop for the day because it was an afternoon call but he still came over to help out. He diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain and even added a clean out access in an area where the old owner made a questionable repair. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing as well as what could have caused the initial issue. He cleaned up after himself and completed the job in a reasonable time. To top it off his services did not break the bank. Honest work with a good price tag doesn't exist with a lot of people but it does with him. I read reviews online and wonder how real they are. Let me just say every review about Bryan is 100% real. He is friendly, genuine, and honest. I had a clogged drain causing the washing machine and kitchen sink to back up. I saw he didn't service my area (Upland), but I took a chance and sent him a text. He apologized and said he didn't service my area, but suggested someone else, but they were closed. So he asked some questions about the clog and said he would come out. Within 40 minutes he was at my house, hooked up his machine and within 10 minutes he had cleared the clog. He originally quoted me $75 because it was the weekend and I was out of his area. I told him I bought a 25 ft snake and was considering renting a machine, but decided against spending extra money. When the job was done he asked how much I spent on the snake, after I told him he reduced the price to $60. I had received another quote that was $190 and another company's website said $80. I could brag about Bryan all day. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. It's so rare to find someone who really just wants to help people out. He's a one man machine. "You'll be cryin' if you don't call Bryan!" I needed my drain reamed, and on a Saturday to boot! I called about 15 "drain specialists" and got quotes ranging from $150 to $350 to either snake or hydrojet my kitchen sink line. Then I saw Bryan's Yelp ad. "$35 Drain Cleaning", what? can this be legit? I called his phone and got his answering machine which told me to leave a message OR text a message for a faster response. I did both, and Bryan texted me within 5 minutes. I am a guy who knows a few things, so I was able to accurately describe my situation. "$55 and I can be there soon" was Bryan's response. $55 for a drain routing? Unheard of! Bryan came out and had the drain cleared and running free in about 1/2 hr. When he retracted his snake line, he showed me deposits of grease that had built up over time and were responsible for my blockage. I asked if he had a hydrojet setup and if so how much to run it through? He had a hydrojet and charged me $120 TOTAL for the job! He left my sewer line squeaky clean and stands behind his work with a 1 yr. warranty. If you need a clogged sewer line cleared, why go anywhere else? One proviso...Bryan is based in Glendora and will only service the Glendora, Azusa, Covina, San Dimas, La Verne and Claremont area. He does drain cleaning primarily and shies away from other plumbing jobs. I did not get into the nitty gritty of how far he will go, but I know he knows his stuff on drain clearing. Bryan is our go to plumber for years now! He's the most honest and reasonable plumber you'll find. He's fast and knows his stuff! If he can't do it, he knows a guy who you can trust and will recommend next steps. This morning, he came out for a toilet that was bubbling and caused the sewage line to back into the tub (gross, I know). He came out and had us resolved within less than 2 hrs. Other times we've had simple stuck drains and those are done super fast. This one was a little trickier, having to remove the toilet.
