Super standup guy, professional, and extremely friendly! Called a few businesses and he was by far the nicest and easiest to communicate with (just had to text him). Was super lucky as he was in the area and was at my door within 10 minutes (I know this won't always be the case but just added to the overall great experience). I explained how my bathroom sink was completely backed up and how my shower and washer machine drain were super slow to drain. He assessed the situation extremely quickly and efficiently explaining what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. Fixed everything with no problems and also gave us easy tips on how maintain everything. He even drew a diagram showing the piping configuration which made everything he was explaining much easier to understand. Asked for his business card knowing that I would use his services if anything came up again. His 17 years knowledge, friendly/honest demeanor, extremely fair pricing, and knowing that he's a local in the San Gabriel Valley community running a one man show are all reasons I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Bryan Hull!!! read more

Bryan fixes my clogged kitchen sink. Highly recommend, very professional and he is very funny. He explains everything to me while he do the job. Very patiently. Thanks Bryan read more

OUTSTANDING!!! 5 stars is not enough. There's a reason Bryan has over 300 5 star reviews. I had a toilet and bathtub stop up this morning. I called him at 8:15. He was on his way to another job and said he could come by after. Bryan was at my house within an hour. He was polite, clean and put shoe covers on before entering the house. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and gave me an extremely fair cost cleaning my drain. Based on prior plumbing work from other plumbers, I'm confident they would have been at least twice the price. Bryan is the best and I highly recommend him!!!! read more

He did a great job. He is very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. He also made sure that I was aware that it is typically $35 for my kitchen sink, but that it is possible to be more depending on what h read more

You can't find a better, more efficient and nicer plumber than Byran! He literally had to somehow take out the internal stopper that had some how become disconnected from the shower stopper unit. It had fallen down in the pipe and was causing a back up. Bryan worked for sometime and some how managed to hook on to the detached stopper and remove it. If he had been a regular plumber, he would have said we needed to cut the pipes under the house to get it out. But not Bryan! He truly works his magic and does the job in half the time!!! You don't need to look anywhere else! read more

Had a sink issue, texted at 7 pm Sunday and he was at the house Monday at 10 am, drain snaked and cleared within 30 minutes. This is my third call for service over the past few years and each service call has been top notch. Definitely 5 stars!!! read more

Bryan was recommended by a friend and the recommendation was great. Bryan responded to clear a drain the following day after I had called him. He was on time, honest, professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and how to avoid future issues. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. read more

The Yelp reviews are the lead-in to the caliber of work Bryan does but he did for me as a new Apartment Manager is incomparable. He provided honest and succinct advice up front, communicated constantly - and in retrospect soundly - with me as a new customer, and led us thru this kitchen drain blockage episode with aplomb and professionalism. In my opinion, he provides an invaluable service at value pricing that is truly unmatched. In a plumbing market thru my varying recent (not all good, some absolutely fraudulent and/or pathetic) experiences differentiated by types of intractable problems and serviced by different tiers of skill and honesty, when it comes to Kitchen Sinks Brian has no equal. I'll use him whenever I and he both can. Both me and my tenant are expert/handy DIYers, this was a kitchen drain problem that was tackled by several people for not only hours but also by my tenant for days. Bryan solved it in minutes. read more

Bryan was very professional and courteous. We had two separate problems: a slow draining drain, and a larger problem associated with our sewer line. He was able to unclog the drain easily. He also ran a cam to investigate any problems with our pipes. Unfortunately, parts of the pipes were broken. He referred us to someone who will hopefully solve the second problem as he does not offer that service. Highly recommend him if you live in the area. read more

I called Brian on a Sunday due to clogged sinks (kitchen and bath). He came out within a couple of hours and took care of the problem. Very honest and will let you know exactly what he needs to do beforehand. He actually didn't charge a dime for clearing out the clog; he said it was because he wasn't able to reach the main pipe with the snake. He did tell me to let him know if there are any other problems and he will come right back. Great guy and down to earth. Thanks Brian. Abel read more

If you have plumbing issues call Bryan! I had tree roots in my sewer line and needed to take care of this problem quick. Bryan was able to locate the problem using his camera and was able to dig up and replace the pipe and add a clean out. Luckily this was the only problem. He works very fast and is very clean. He is very friendly and easy going which makes you feel comfortable. Also, pricing is very fair and he explains every aspect of what he has done. I highly recommend Bryan for all your plumbing needs! read more

From the start, Bryan was extremely responsive on his phone calls. He gave sound advice over the phone and was honest in his evaluation of my toilet problem. From the time of phone call till arrival it was less than a hour and he showed up on time with equipment in hand. He also asked if he needed shoe covers for my carpet. During the installation, Bryan was also teaching me how to install a toilet for future projects. He quickly installed my toilet in 40 minutes and even brought his owns screws and wax sealers. He was completely prepared for the job and even gave advice on long term maintenance. He cleaned up his own mess and the the working area was cleaned. Once completed he helped me move my toilet from upstairs to my backyard. Overall genuine and honest plumber. Highly and enthusiastically recommended for future clients. Will be calling him again!!! Thanks Bryan! read more

The best by far. Just a real dude! Honest and affordable. Did a great job clearing a kitchen sink clog and garbage disposal replacement.

Will definitely use them again. I had a problem locating my main sewer line. With the help of $35 Drain cleaning it was a breeze.

Toilet was backing up at a condo i owned in Glendora. Called friends for referrals but couldn't get anything solid. So I searched yelp and looked at 4 possible plumbers to call. After reading all the reviews, i decided to call Bryan at Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. He picked up right away and was very polite and professional. He came out and took care of business the same day. Price was very reasonable and he's very honest. He's the real deal. I would highly recommend Bryan Hull to everybody that needs a plumber in the SGV!!! Thanks Bryan!!! read more

My kitchen sink was completely clogged. I did all I could including buying a hand auger and pouring the liquid stuff that's "guaranteed to work or your money back" down the drain overnight. Nothing worked.!!! I asked around and then turned to yelp. I narrowed it down to three and then picked Bryan. I called him yesterday about 30 mins before close of business and surprisingly he answered the phone. He was cordial and professional so we set up an appointment at 9:30am today. To my surprise and delight, he was here at 9:30 sharp. He was kind, professional, friendly and above all knew what he was doing. He got the job done efficiently and promptly. I can use my sink again...!!! Based off my experience I would highly recommend him to anyone.!!! One last note,,,, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart,,,,,, Tip the man..!!! He deserves it..!! I'm a person that tips when a person merits it and won't tip when they don't or tip a penny and leave a note to explain why. He didn't try to tack on any charges, didn't try to break anything and try to charge me to fix it (which has happened before)...,,, none of that... He's a stand up guy. I wish there were more people in the plumbing business like him.!!! So, take care of him.!! read more

Amazing...I all these 5 Star reviews are warranted based on my experience. I called at 7:45 AM for a clogged drain and he told me he would be at my house in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later he was here and working on the problem (which has been a problem for years due to crappy engineering). Bryan was able to diagnose the cause and found a different approach than all the other plumbers I've had here over the years. Drain is now free flowing and I know how to clean it out when it happens again. Great Service! He had to be here to over an hour, worked at it from two sink drain locations and then apologized for charging $60. Really???? Amazing guy, amazing service, lowest prices you will find anywhere. read more

Bryan means what he says. My kitchen sink was 100% clogged. Zero drainage. I did my magic. And it remained 100% clogged. My regular ($150-200) plumber wasn't available so I yelped and discovered Bryan. 1. He was at my house within 90 minutes. 2. He communicated quickly via text message. 3. He looked at my drain, assessed the situation and within 5-8 minutes - viola! CLEAR DRAIN. 4. He looked at me with a straight face and said, "That'll be $35 please." 5. I said, wow and handed him two twenty's. Wow. Hard to believe, but it's true. So, guess who my new regular plumber is. read more

"Is it really just ..." Yes. "And he comes and ..." Yes. Called, 20 minutes later Bryan showed up and snaked our drain, he was done in 30 minutes and all is right with the world (or at least the part of the world that involves our washing machine not backing up.) read more

According to Wikipedia: Seiza (正座, literally "proper sitting") is the Japanese term for one of the traditional formal ways of sitting in Japan. So, it's 4th of July weekend and all of our 3 toilets were backed up with one of them flooded. None of the plumbers we called were available. (I called more than 10 places, one of them told me they could help me on Tuesday. Hello~~ today's only Saturday!!) But here comes BRYAN THE PLUMBER! As soon as he arrived he went into the flooded bathroom and took care of business. I have never seen an American sitting SEIZA outside of a Dojo, especially on a bathroom floor. Our main sewer line was clogged and he helped us till late, then he came back the next day to finish, and now everything is working how it should be. We are very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone. read more

Guy replied on the phone said would call me the next day, did not, I called him again, he explained how he forgets things. Time is of the essence for clogged drains :-). He then said that our property was in a different area, and his buddy lived there and take care of the clogged drain. Second fellow bumped the price to $45 on the phone, came to the apartment, said needed a $200 hydrojet. I didn't pay him called another drain cleaner fellow, done deal in 5 minutes. read more

About a month ago our bathtub stopped draining (or drained incredibly slow) so I searched for plumbers. I was hoping to find someone cheap and fast, little did I know that I would get exactly what I wished for. I searched Yelp and $35 Drain cleaning and plumbing came up, and had absolutely no negative reviews. I figured what the heck, I'd give it a try. Not only was Brian available only 2 short hours after I called, but he couldn't have been in our bathroom for more than 1 minute, fixed the clog, no mess, the bathtub drained perfectly, and it really was $35. I couldn't have been happier. Brian is really helpful, friendly, fast, and cheap! If you have a clogged drain, call Brian first! Same day service for $35 for a plumber that works fast and does the job right! :) read more

Great and fast service on Saturday morning. Honest great attitude great service. Cheaper than renting my own snake at Home Depot read more

I had a clog on my main drain. Called Bryan because of his ratings on Yelp. I was not disappointed. He has a great down to earth personality and was very honest with me. Best part is he fixed my drain issue. Thank you Bryan for taking the time from your busy schedule to fit me in. This is my plumber from now on. read more

Slow Drain became a $3400 Repair. Bryan hired people to (1) HydroWash Drain (Great job here), (2) Install an outside "CleanOut" in front yard (Riser not plumb/ cap not level ( we can live with that & the Dead Grass, It will grow back) (3) "Snake" Kitchen Drain (Preventive Good job here) (4) Replace leaking toilet gasket (Toilet re-installed CROOKED) HOWEVER the worse part is the MAIN SPRINKLER WATER PIPE & HEAD REMOVED & NOT RE-INSTALLED. Very in professional & We are very disappointed. We have been using Bryan for years & recommend him always. read more

Bryan is amazing. Great guy in general. Very open, honest, and knowledgable. Throughout the whole process he would explain everything like what and why he needs to do this and that and go over how things work. Even with all my questions he always took the time to answer. And I'm a curious person. Storytime: So my fiance has been house sitting for my parents and the toilet and shower gets clogged. Fiance starts plunging away but we then find out nothing is happening because it's coming out the other toilet. Called Bryan, he picks up, asks a few questions, deduces the problem, says he's around the area and to text him my name and address. He texts back immediately and let's me know how long till he comes. Being an Asian household, we always take off our shoes inside the house but I definitely did not expect Bryan to when he entered. Surprisingly he brought disposable shoe booties and put them on for the house! Long story short he went on the roof and then down the clean out. Each time always passing a camera through afterwards to take a look and showing us too. Overall, great guy with awesome attitude and personality. Very helpful. People like Bryan is what makes the world go round. read more

For two weeks, my husband and I refused to call a plumber. Thinking we should be ok and DIY it ourselves. So we went to Home Depot and bought all these supplies to try to unclog our kitchen sink and fix the sink drain that was leaking. (The old owner had fiddled with the plumbing before and turns out the pipe was cut too short; the sealant had cracked and dried allowing water to leak.) We must have spent $100 on everything at Home Depot trying to fix things ourselves. We finally got to a point where we fixed the leak, but the drain was still backed up. We took apart the plumbing, snaked up to 15 to 20 feet in and reassembled the pipes back. No leak, but still backed up. On the 13th day of misery, I finally called. Didn't even have to speak to a third person. He told me he was free and would be at my house in 15 minutes! Bam! Sink was unclogged in less than 20 minutes and we didn't pay an arm and a leg. Loved the customer service. Super professional. Would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

This morning I had attempted to clear the line myself, as I have in the past. Rented from Home Depot, etc. I spent close to 3 hours fighting with the snake and was still unsuccessful. Hopped on yelp to search plumbers and came across the name $35 Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. I was a little skeptical of the name, but couldn't resist the price. I made the call and got an immediate response by text. We set up a time that they would be out. Met Bryan, and he was right on time. It took him just a short time to clear the line. He did a courtesy inspection with his camera to let me know what I was dealing with. He offered up a few suggestions on what I need to look into. I was very impressed with the overall service from Bryan. He is a really friendly person, very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable in his line of work. I am definitely calling on Bryan's service for any similar problems, but I will also highly recommend him to friends and family that live in the area! read more

I had a clogging yesterday morning, wife was desperate. Searched yelp and found Brian has highest positive reviews, a no brainer. Text him, he showed up one hour later, fixed my drain neatly. I found Bryan to be knowledgable, honest and helpful. He was able to identify my drainage issue in my wet bar and get it cleared out quickly. A simple, yet often underappreciated aspect is that he has all the right equipment (multiple sizes of drain cleaning equipment as well as a pipe inspection camera) to not only identify the plumbing problem but get it cleared out. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to identify the issue before cleaning it out, which built trust. I will definitely use him again in the future. read more

Amazing Service with an Amazing Price!! We were so happy to choose Bryan for our plumbing needs. He was able to come right away and work was done in less than 20 minutes. Brian was extremely busy when I called him from work...holiday jobs. He said that he was booked and did not want to commit to another job because he could not give me an arrival window/guarantee he could make it. After badgering him, (nicely, of course :) he agreed to stop by late in the day as long as I understood that he could not promise a time; I took him up on the offer. Brian promised to call before heading my way. As promised, he called and showed-up promptly soon after. He unclogged my bathtub in a manner of minutes...he did a quick, clean job. Polite. Flexible. Good sense of humor. Great price! I will definitely call him again when the house plumbing goes awry. read more

As all other reviewers have said, Bryan is very friendly, quick, and gets the job done for much less. My kitchen drain got clogged up (by oil apparently) and is on the same drain line as the laundry machine. Kitchen backed up, laundry machine was spitting water out the drain line... it was not a pretty sight. I was being handy and bought a hand auger to feed the side cleanout to try to clean it myself. The auger was not long enough for this task so it was pointless. Bryan got it cleaned in less than 20 minutes with his machine after some diagnosing. and Yes it was only $35 and comes with a 30-day warranty. If you shop around, you probably wont get to prices cheaper than this. Could not be happier. I gave him a tip too for being so quick and friendly, most importantly, EFFECTIVE! 5-stars for an honest and efficient plumber. (So what if your plumber smells nice, Bryan does too and doesnt charge you for that. lol) read more

I totally agree with all of the other reviewers here.. Not only is he very courteous and personable but he also goes out of his way on the service excellence and display of experience. We have had him out now on two different occasions for different types of issues and he was able to solve both easily while also explaining what and why it had happened. We had tried other plumbing services in the past, but Bryan has won our business from here on out. We are glad to have found a great go-to plumber. read more

First time I didn't feel like I got ripped off or bullshitted. Brian was friendly and professional. He came the same day we called and considering we only have 1 bathroom, it was definitely appreciated that he was able to fix it so quickly. His prices is more than fair. I've had another plumber charge me way more for doing the same job and def felt like I got ripped off with that guy b/c we called saying we had a flyer with a deal that they told us we were able to use. Once the job was done, he said it couldn't be used b/c of some bullshit and the guy on the phone shouldn't have told us we could. He's lucky I don't remember his company name, otherwise i'd write a bad review for him. If you need a plumber, I absolutely recommend that you give Brian a call. He's going to be my go-to from now on. Thanks Brian! read more
