OUTSTANDING!!! 5 stars is not enough. There's a reason Bryan has over 300 5 star reviews. I had a toilet and bathtub stop up this morning. I called him at 8:15. He was on his way to another job and said he could come by after. Bryan was at my house within an hour. He was polite, clean and put shoe covers on before entering the house. You can't find a better, more efficient and nicer plumber than Byran! He literally had to somehow take out the internal stopper that had some how become disconnected from the shower stopper unit. It had fallen down in the pipe and was causing a back up. Bryan worked for sometime and some how managed to hook on to the detached stopper and remove it. If he had been a regular plumber, he would have said we needed to cut the pipes under the house to get it out. But not Bryan! He truly works his magic and does the job in half the time!!! I called Brian on a Sunday due to clogged sinks (kitchen and bath). He came out within a couple of hours and took care of the problem. From the start, Bryan was extremely responsive on his phone calls. He gave sound advice over the phone and was honest in his evaluation of my toilet problem. From the time of phone call till arrival it was less than a hour and he showed up on time with equipment in hand. He also asked if he needed shoe covers for my carpet. Bryan is amazing. Great guy in general. Very open, honest, and knowledgable. Throughout the whole process he would explain everything like what and why he needs to do this and that and go over how things work. Even with all my questions he always took the time to answer. And I'm a curious person. Storytime: So my fiance has been house sitting for my parents and the toilet and shower gets clogged. Fiance starts plunging away but we then find out nothing is happening because it's coming out the other toilet. Really love Bryan, he is not only a good plumber but he did wonders. (He unclogged my kitchen about a year ago) My dryer was not drying, I found out there was water in the exhaust vent. Called around various HVAC, duct cleaning places no one knew what to do. I called Bryan asking if he can come by with a vacuum pipe or some sort of machine he said it's not his forte but he can take a look for me. He came by and was able to suck it about 2+ gallons of water from the pipe, now my dryer is like brand new. Amazing...I all these 5 Star reviews are warranted based on my experience. I called at 7:45 AM for a clogged drain and he told me he would be at my house in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later he was here and working on the problem (which has been a problem for years due to crappy engineering). Bryan was able to diagnose the cause and found a different approach than all the other plumbers I've had here over the years. Drain is now free flowing and I know how to clean it out when it happens again. Great Service! My kitchen sink was completely clogged. I did all I could including buying a hand auger and pouring the liquid stuff that's "guaranteed to work or your money back" down the drain overnight. So, it's 4th of July weekend and all of our 3 toilets were backed up with one of them flooded. None of the plumbers we called were available. For two weeks, my husband and I refused to call a plumber. Thinking we should be ok and DIY it ourselves. So we went to Home Depot and bought all these supplies to try to unclog our kitchen sink and fix the sink drain that was leaking. (The old owner had fiddled with the plumbing before and turns out the pipe was cut too short; the sealant had cracked and dried allowing water to leak.) We must have spent $100 on everything at Home Depot trying to fix things ourselves. We finally got to a point where we fixed the leak, but the drain was still backed up. We took apart the plumbing, snaked up to 15 to 20 feet in and reassembled the pipes back. No leak, but still backed up. On the 13th day of misery, I finally called. Didn't even have to speak to a third person. He told me he was free and would be at my house in 15 minutes! Bam! Sink was unclogged in less than 20 minutes and we didn't pay an arm and a leg. Bryan just came and unclogged my mainline sewer pipe. Bless his heart, he tried to get to it through the cleanout, then the roof vent, and after showing me the problem (cleanout was installed wrong and rooter couldn't access the clog), he removed the toilet and viola, all fixed.
