Visiting from California and I must say I love this place! From the atmosphere to the food! The hospitality from the host to your waiter to the owner! They are all so great and welcoming and customer service is beyond what I've ever experienced at any restaurant here in Arizona! If you are in town please visit them you will not regret the food again is amazing! I leave back home tomorrow and my family and I will return for our last visit until our next time returning back to Arizona! I love food and this place has stole my belly happiness! Did I mentioned we stopped by for 3 year old birthday breakfast and she fell in love! Best pancakes ever! And ribeye steak to die for! I think I went at the wrong time (Sunday 10am) and we were given a wait time of 50 minutes. We didn't get sat until around 11:15ish. They may have been short staffed but it took a while to get our order in and even longer to get our food. The food was really good though and tasted fresh, so if you have time to kill, I'd recommend. The staff wore very funny breakfast pun shirts which made it enjoyable reading all the different ideas they came up with. They have an inside area and a small outside patio which would be nice if it's a little warmer but was a bit chilly in the shade. Our fault for not planning ahead on that. read more

We do breakfast at home every Sunday. This was pretty much as good as anywhere at home. The crazy clucker was huge. Probably could have done without the bacon but that is just because I don't have a cardiologist. The tip to use the Yelp site to get on the lost seemed to save us some time but who knows. Great food and ambiance, customer service is outstanding, highly recommended... brunch is off the hook

Arrived around 9am with only a ten minute wait. We stood outside while other people poured in and out. We were seated within the ten minutes. However, the original table they wanted to seat us at was a high top table. I am extremely short at under 5 feet tall. I am getting less spry in my older age. So when a high top usually did not bother me up to my low 40's in age, it really does now. This is because I usually have to take a flying leap and do a super-high split to land my butt in the seat. It is hilarious to watch and I really did not feel like sharing this talent at breakfast time. So I usually request chairs that the seat is not at my eye level. Actually most places are observant of this and do not sit me at high top tables. Not this time. My husband asks if we can get a low-sitting table and our seater tells us to stand there and wait and he disappears. There is an open low table behind us. After about ten minutes of having everyone in the restaurant stare at us, a waitress comes over and asks if we needed a low table and told us to sit at the open one. So that is 10 minutes to wait to be seated inside, then another ten minutes to move 2 feet over to a low table. Our seater was not happy with us and walked away in a huff for us ruining the grand seating plans. Then everything else from that point on was a total slow motion time warp. From getting out menus, ordering, getting drinks and finally getting our food. We left at 10:40 AM. While we tried to enjoy the "ambiance" there were some small things I noticed that you might want to be aware of here: 1) It is VERY loud. Being brick and hard floors and tin looking ceiling, the sound carries and echos. So it is very hard to hold a conversation. So we spent our long wait time looking at our phones. I even made a frog origami or two out of the paper napkin wraps. 2) The order of food arrival was weird. It seemed to favor younger, more in shape couples/groups who had a more monochromatic lighter complexion. I noticed three sets or people who we waited with and got seated after us got their food first. Plus their wait staff people talked to them as people and not annoying sub-humans. 3) Prepare to spend a LOT of time waiting. And waiting. And having cold coffee. One measly refill. And waiting and waiting. So is the food worth all of that? Its "Meh" at best. Temperatures were good. My husbands cluck plate was warm, but he said is was bland and very sloppily thrown together. I enjoyed my yogurt parfait. It had a good helping of fruit and granola with the yogurt. Why it took over an hour to prepare is beyond me though. Maybe they had to milk the cows and make the yogurt. The owner did give us our food and apologized for the wait. But still the damage is done. I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon. read more

Just like other reviewers, we were blown away with the delicious food at Brunch snob. The food is phenomenal. The owner Celine came out to greet us and ask how everything was. We absolutely loved the food. The only request we made was to have real maple syrup on the menu as a side item. The griddle cakes were to die for and the Mexican breakfast bowl was just the right amount of Wow! This comes from a first generation Mexican American, that doesn't impress easily. Not impressed. Waited several months to try. Always seems to be a line on weekends. We waited 25 minutes to be seated. Ordered the chicken and waffles. Place wasn't exactly packed when we arrived however you couldn't tell by the delay of service. Took the waitress about 10 min to return after she mentioned she would be right with us. So about 15 min before we could receive water and put a drink order in. Kind of just blah from there.. One thing to note, the wait staff will talk bad about customers regardless if other customers can hear. I addressed this with the Mgr and she mentioned she's brought it to their attention. We all know talk is cheap and everyone does it however, within earshot of other customers including the subject being talked about is uncool. Now that I think of it, was most likely intentional. We've been 3x now and how does this place do it?! Each time it's been just as fantastic as the first time. Brunch Snob does not fail in food, service, or ambiance. We brought our extended family this time -- they're big time foodies -- and they too were blown away by how delicious the food tasted. I had the Hillsberry Scramble and it was divine -- the biscuit, the sauce, and the hashbrowns are the best I've ever tasted. :) My husband got the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes and it was melt in your mouth! You cannot go wrong with any of the items on the menu. We could care less about the 20 min drive. We'll be here at least 2-3x a month -- it's that delicious! read more

This place has definitely picked up in popularity and unfortunately, they don't know how to handle it. The food is amazing and the drinks were great. But we went to celebrate a friend's birthday, we ordered a giant cinnamon roll as an appetizer, but never got silverware - our breakfast came and still no silverware. Finally after getting the silverware we started eating and we were told a few times shortly after that they had a line so they wanted us to hurry up. We weren't even done & we didn't even get the check, so I didn't understand the rush for us. Our waitress came by later with the check and asked us if we wanted another mimosa, we declined and she left the bill. Then minutes later a woman who hadn't even helped us yet came over, said we needed us to leave because she wanted our table for someone else and took my water. The place is cool, fun decor... I get it, but let your customers have an experience. Rushing them in and out isn't what brunch is about. If you can't handle the rush, don't do social media marketing. read more
