The few times I've been here, the food is so good, that's why they're getting 3 stars! The food usually takes a long time to arrive to our table, but the ability to walk up and order from the front is nice. It feels a bit expensive for what it is but it's close to my office and easy to get to. I only really come here because of some nearby work partners, will probably continue to be this way.

Decided to try this place out for breakfast. Located right off Mill Ave. it's super easy to access. There was a nice amount of people inside from dining to those in line to place their order. The line went pretty fast once I was in it. I'm not a waffle lover but I love red velvet treats so I ordered the red velvet waffles with chicken. The waffles came with butter on top, a ramekan of cream cheese icing and another with maple syrup. I preferred the cream cheese icing instead of the syrup. There was also a honey hot sauce on the side fot the crispy fried chicken. I enjoyed that The waffle was thick and good for the most part.

Small, cute little restaurant. Right off of the light rail and Mill Ave. They have great breakfast choices. They have a really chil vibe. The wait staff are nice and courteous. We have eaten there several times now and love it. They have a nice patio. The food is a step above the typical restaurant and they have good prices. They have a bar as well which is interesting for a breakfast, brunch place.

We are in Tempe for the Innings Festival - which has been great - but what hasn't been great is the food. Inside the festival you cannot bring in outside food or beverages and the food options are all greasy options that I just cannot get behind - corn dogs of all creative kinds, pizza, even the chicken options are fried and not a salad or green to be found. So, for brunch, we decided to try the daily jam and have a big meal that would hold us for the day ahead. It was fantastic - super duper busy and there was a wait but it's probably the second closest restaurant to the festival so of course it is. I got the croque madam - so delicious. Amazing rustic sourdough, tomatoes, ham, Swiss and a bright mustard sauce. Definitely would get it again. I would just add a side spring mix salad next time, which is something I didn't know I could do then, but I know now! My sister and I shared waffles - they were really good too. Lots of options, food that doesn't make you feel terrible about yourself - done and done! We are going back tomorrow - I may get the exact same thing!

stopped by Daily Jam in Tempe this morning and it was a great little breakfast spot! I ordered a small vanilla latte and a BLT -- both hit the spot. The vanilla latte was smooth, not too sweet, and had a nice balance of espresso and flavor. I appreciated that it wasn't overly sugary like some places tend to make it. The BLT was solid -- crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and the bread was toasted just right. Simple, but really satisfying. The staff was friendly and service was quick, even with a bit of a morning rush. Overall, a nice spot for a casual breakfast or brunch if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

3/14/26: It's not often I give such sucky ratings, but in this case, it was warranted. Not much room to move, dry rolls, tough toast, no flavor (for the most part). We popped in this particular Saturday morning while trouncing through the Tempe Festival of the Arts. There was a line (no surprise since it is ASU territory), but the layout of the line meant people brushing by you & getting too close. The guy who took our order was uncheerful & came across as "I don't want to be here; what do you want?" Not the best impression. We placed our order & were lucky enough to find a seat. There is a small patio on their south side; the light rail to their north. The guy who delivered our food was more friendly. The cinnamon roll was so dry, I swear it had been sitting out for a week -- and there was too much cinnamon. My sister's classic eggs benedict was unappetizing; the English muffin, too, was dry. So dry she practically needed a steak knife to cut into it. There's a Proof Bread shop just down the street. How Daily Jam can have such God-awful muffins is beyond me. The potatoes had no seasoning, she had to salt them -- and the salt & pepper shakers needed filling. My croque madame was edible, if simple. In short, there is absolutely no desire to visit Daily Jam again.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and luckily was able to get a table for 9 set up with the help from a friendly staff member. You order at the counter and they'll bring your food out. I ordered the Denver entree, which I didn't realize they deconstructed on the plate. Many of our group ordered drinks and half of them came after everyone finished eating. One of my friends noticed that the drink was sitting at the counter for some time and had to pick it up herself instead of a food runner bringing it to our table. Another staff member ran out food to our table and told my friend that "the lady at the counter who took your order should've told you that the tortilla is an additional charge," when my friend told the food runner that he was the one who took her order. It was very off putting and the attitude the staff had was not appreciated. The food overall was small portions across the board, and the prices were didn't justify the service.

Explored Tempe and came across this restaurant. The food was a little bland but the service was fast. Located in a central spot close to the university. Prices were decent.

The General Manager here is absolutely CRUSHING IT. I was one of the few one-off guests where the experience fell through the cracks. I spoke up about some of the opportunities I experienced- and Mr. Jones was IMMEDIATELY struck with shock. His concern for my experience was so wholesome. This is what it means to care about your restaurant. This Gentleman took care of us with no hesitation. MIND YOU- there are events going on and the restaurant is overflowing with guests!! Surprisingly enough, the service was extremely swift. The opportunities missed were so important to him, he was extremely grateful I pointed the nuances out. Now beyond the way this store is being run as far as CR, the FOOD IS AMAZINGGG OMG. You will not be disappointed here!!! Food comes out so fast yet so fresh and so hot!! We're talking MAYBE 15 minutes after swiping my card!! The smiles on the crew, the laughs behind the bar, the GM table touching with a smile. Do yourself a favor and stop in for the one time- it looks busy but I swear it's so much faster than you'd think!! And worth it even if it is!!!

We were ust walking around Tempe hungry, and we stopped in for breakfast. I've always seen this spot and I love the location. The decor inside is vibrant and fun with lots of windows and natural light. The patio is enjoyable because I love the streets of tempe and just watching people walking all around. The food was fine. My "original avocado toast" was tasty and light for ciabatta bread. The full regular breakfast was also simple yet large. I can see why the pigeons hang around... there's so much food leftover

Walk in dining was fast, order at the cashier and seat yourself! Chipotle egg burrito was delicious with or without the salsa. Ultimate BLT with egg salad was yummy especially with the avocado and egg salad flavors combining.

You go in and order then find your own seat. It wasn't bad because we were able to find seats. The place was pretty Indy for a Saturday midday brunch. Especially since they also had the Iron Man race going on in Tempe. The service was nice. People constantly walking around to pick up extra plates etc. it was beautiful weather and we sat outside. There were LOTS of pigeons around. Swarming the area and pick up scraps from the floor. The food was good and although busy didn't take long.

Absolutely loved my meal here. Service was kind and quick. It's a mix of a to go order and a restaurant. But the to go items aren't just quickly options like sandwiches or burritos, they are restaurant dishes. I ordered the Denver sauté which is similar to a skillet. And the apple jelly that comes with the meal is so frickin' good. Highly recommend for a quick and easy on the go breakfast option in the area.

I am a HUGE fan of pistachio and gin so immediately I had to get his drink but it was beyond mediocre. Are we drinking only syrup??? My last complaint is the coconut tres leches dessert.... Do we actually know how to make tres leches or we just naming desserts however we want? Just curious. It came out super hot, steaming more like a molten cake. As a Hispanic woman, I was expecting a creamy moist cake to celebrate my graduation but this was not it as well. Last but not least if the bald manager with the orange shirt wants to eat in the back of the kitchen, not the problem I get it (I work at restaurants) HOWEVER shoving your two index fingers into your mouth to get your debris out was my last straw. REVISED: After being very unsure about returning, I have to say that this second trip was worth it…read more Right away I could see they were fully staffed and one of the servers opened the door and welcomed us in. The space is so bright and sunny. I love the cute style of the little diner lots of yellows to help you wake up. There is a bar area to sit inside at a big picture window overseeing the Novus Place structure and greenspace. There is a lot of outdoor seating for the nice weather months. They have a drink bar for special cocktail drinks and coffees. They had little league championships on the tvs. The menu doesn't have a lot of vegetarian choices listed but they do have many gluten free options. I special ordered my chiliquiles without chicken with no issues. The waitress even offered to check on the sauce to see if there were any animal based broths in the recipe. The dish was so flavorful topped with sour cream, and very fresh tomatoes and green onions in the salsa. The tortilla chips were perfectly done not soggy like they can get if not prepared carefully. I ordered my eggs scrambled and they were very cheesy and so delicious. I ordered a single pancake as pancakes are my favorite breakfast food. I can say it was perfectly fluffy and tasty and I am picky about my pancakes. My husband ordered a California Omelet he said it was absolutely delicious with very fresh vegetables. His exact words were this was night and day from the first time we came. I am so happy to say that we will definitely be returning, confidently bring out of state visitors, and recommend this cute diner to others. For locals I noticed they offer a day with 20% for students and faculty at ASU. I am very pleasantly surprised by the difference from the first experience. The management was very respectful and receptive. I appreciate it so much when a business can work to make things right. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast experience I really wanted to like this little brunch place in the Novus Plaza. As a vegetarian it is often hard to find good choices at a standard restaurant. Usually breakfast, brunch style is the best for me because I still eat dairy and eggs. I can't tell you how disappointed I was with the food. The menu was cute and had trendy food from their "As Seen on TV" menu from TV shows featuring certain recipes. I had high hopes as the reviews have been overall good. So after searching the menu for a good vegetarian choice I could only find pancakes and had to order my protein * scrambled eggs separately to fill out my meal. Saying the quality of my food was horrendous is an understatement. I haven't seen burnt pancakes since I was making them myself at 10 years old. Not only did they burn them but they served them to me that way. The cook obviously realized it because he put the worst burnt one on the bottom of the stack. I was so hungry so I tried to eat them but just couldn't yuck. . I enjoyed my scrambled eggs and watched my husband enjoy his bisuits and gravy which he said was decent. The server (singular) was so busy. He was running the bar area and the tables. Not totally his fault but he didn't get back to check on us until my husband had almost finished his entire meal and I still had burnt pancakes. He offered to get me something else but there was nothing else on the menu for me and the experience put me off of pancakes. The menu online looked like it had many more choices maybe the Tempe restaurant limited their menu, I'm not sure. I ended up getting a refund for my pancakes and going home hungry. The restaurant itself was adorable, it had a retro-ish vibe and the server really was trying to get to the 4 or 5 tables that had customers at the time.

Now listen... the spot itself is cute. Once we actually got service, our waiter was cool. It just took forevvverrrrr & I ended up having to request cutlery after food was served. To be fair, it was busy, but there also seemed to be plenty of wait staff, so I'm not exactly sure where the disconnect was. Food-wise: the spinach artichoke dip was definitely the table favorite. My caprese panini was ok, it was sadly lacking pesto which feels a little criminal for a caprese situation. Our friends loved the fancy French toast & I was absolutely there for the prickly pear mimosas The entire brunch honestly felt like it was one dropped plate away from becoming a sitcom episode. One poor new waiter dropped a plate on the floor, then later knocked glasses off the rack above the bar & shattered a couple right next to guests sitting there. I stumbled upon this spot after a little self-guided tour of ASU campus on a sleepy Sunday morning (everyone must have been asleep after the big football game the day before). I'd forgotten about this spot and it was such a happy surprise to find it again and to see that they survived the pandemic and are still thriving. Next came the Hash, but unfortunately, it also seemed to have spent far too long under the heating lamp. By that point, I decided the safest choice for my breakfast experience was simply going to be the poached eggs. I do want to be fair and say that every restaurant can have an off morning, and perhaps this was simply ours. However, between the food being overcooked or seemingly held under the heat lamp too long, the meal just didn't leave the impression we had hoped for. One other thing worth knowing if you're visiting: parking is a challenge. The nearby garages appeared to be reserved for valet parking, leaving us to park about a block away to avoid any possibility of being towed. Overall, I'd probably keep this one primarily on the radar for Omni hotel guests looking for convenience, rather than making it a destination breakfast. Hopefully, our experience was an exception, because the concept certainly has potential.

I ordered the arepa topped with guacamole and scrambled eggs and a mango pineapple Fresca. The Fresca was so refreshing! And the arepa was fresh and tasty as well. Very authentic and local. The service was quick and attentive. It's important to note the bathroom is not in the restaurant, it's about a block up. And there's also covered outdoor seating. Worth trying if you're in the area.

Out of everything we had, the empanadas were the best! They felt like a warm hug! The spicy sauce that came with it was fantastic and they were just delicious! Bagels were good. We substituted the bacon with turkey and removed the lettuce just in case. They were pretty filling but a little soggy by the time they got home. Arepa was tasty and not too sweet. Coffee was just ok. We ordered two cafe con leche, one with regular milk and one with almond milk. Even though it was ordered extra hot, it was cold by the time my husband got home and we are only about 20 min away. I was hoping for something a little extra special seeing that they source their coffee straight from Colombia. Note: order your food before your order the coffee. They are handled separately and coffee was ready way before the food. With tip, we paid just under $60.
