I will start off with saying I am one picky lady when it comes to my Hollandaise. I do not like the pre-made stuff. I found Brunch Snob on a whim, I used to live in west valley and had to travel back to AZ for a few days recently. It hurt my heart I couldn't have my DH and brunch connoisseur with me. The Hollandaise was fresh, from scratch and perfect . I have no idea what they put on the potatoes but oh my gosh, they were divine. I loved the kick of heat they had. They were crispy but fluffy on the inside. Not soggy at all. The place was busy when I went, but I got seating for myself right away at the bar. We came here on a Saturday around 11:00am. The line was short and it had a nice covered outdoor waiting area. We sat inside and the waitstaff was extremely friendly. We got the Sausage Lollipops which were very tasty. Then I got the Breakfast Burrito which was seriously delicious. The ratios were all perfect, the queso on top was great, and it packed just enough of a punch spicyness-wise My girlfriend got the French toast which was good but pretty standard. Came here on a whim while visiting from california and was thoroughly impressed. Our server was a younger guy maybe around 20-24 he was AMAZING I wish I got his name. Service and food was outstanding. The menu is a bit large and everything was very tempting. We had the breakfast tacos and a club sandwich with onion rings. The tacos were delicious, the meat was very flavorful and tender. I expected the house potatoes to be spicy but they were a bit bland. The sandwich on the other hand was ok. Fantastic food. We have eaten here many many times and have yet to have a meal that wasn't exceptional. The husband and wife team that own it are great. She works the front and he is the chef. My friend and I enjoyed Brunch Snob very much. We used the Yelp app to get on the waitlist so our wait was not very long when once we arrived. We were seated by the owner who was hilarious and very engaging. Drink service was quick and we were given just the right amount of time to pursue the menus and decide which items we wanted. The only critique I would have is the food does take a while to come out when they are busy. Don't go hungry or you will be hangry by the time food is delivered. Other than that, our food was delicious and the servings are more than enough. I would definitely recommend Brunch Snob, just be patient and enjoy your time there. read more

Amazing food but very busy! Our server was very nice but It was very clear she had a lot of tables.

First time here after being recommended by a friend. Service was good and the food was good. I got the CFS poutine and my wife got the big a$$ cinnamon roll french toast. We tried the potatoes but they were quite bland even though we were told they were seasoned and maybe even a little spicy. Probably will try the hash-browns next time. The reason this gets a 4* and not 5* is because my poutine didn't have enough gravy. I asked the server for more and got more which made it they way it should have been. the kicker was when I received the bill I was charged 3 dollars for that extra gravy. Now if my dish didn't already have gravy and I wanted some I expect to be charged but if my dish comes with gravy but just not enough I do not expect to be charged for gravy. I will probably be back as some other dishes looked appetizing but I'm a little disappointed. read more

My wife and I had lunch today at Brunch Snob, our server was Riley. Cute little spot in the corner that we only noticed because the original spot we wanted to go had a long wait. They were pretty busy as well but sat us right away, From start to finish our service was top notch and food was excellent and came out quickly. Very large menu and looking forward to trying other items and will be back soon. The mimosa flights were gross...between the 2 of us we could only finish 1/4 mimosas, the classic oj with champagne. Next the server made a mistake so I sent the plate back. But when the second plate came out, it was half the size of the first plate, like I suffered a punishment bc the server made a mistake. The server apologized for the mistake and we tipped 20% but we will probably not go back, which is a shame bc the ambiance was nice and the food that was served, was delicious, even if it was half a plate. read more

I'm so glad this spot opened in Ahwatukee. There was a pretty long wait on Sunday morning, but a) you can get on the wait-list ahead of time (do this) and b) bar seating is first-come, first-serve. Food was ok, nothing special. Had the crazy clucker. Presentation was very good. Eggs was good to perfection. Chicken was ok, not much flavor. I am from the south, so it takes a lot to impress me with biscuits. So again, it was ok. The bacon was breaded, nice idea, prefer old school bacon. Hash browns was bot great.
