Firstly there was barely any chicken and what there was had so much greasy breading it was disgusting. The meat itself was gross and fatty. The flavor genuinely tasted like spicy Ortega taco mix. Cumin for days. All 3 people at our table tasted it and agreed. Zero stars. Chorizo and egg burrito. Blah. Tasted like mush with no good flavor. Weird texture. 2 stars out of 10. Muther Clucker. 4 out of 10 stars. Very heavy breading, not much flavor. Waffle was meh. 100% hard pass. Will not be back. We were in town for my husband's work training and just found this restaurant through a Google search. Absolutely the best breakfast I've had in a very long time. This place is located in a strip mall type area. Really easy to get to and plenty of parking spots. This is not a place for a romantic quiet spot. It is rather loud in there with just people talking. I didn't mind it though but a heads up. Our waiter was so nice and very patient. He checked back with us often and helped walk make my final selection on food. He gave me some tips as well on how what I should get and some of his favorite things. For appetizer, we got the biscuits and gravy- full size. The biscuits were massive. I got the full size thinking they would be a normal side biscuit but they were not normal size. They were huge. I could've gotten the half size and the two of us would've been fine. We also would've been able to eat our other food. We couldn't stop eating the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit had great flavor and the gravy was just as amazing. I could've ate that alone. I got the big snob breakfast which gave me a little bit of everything. It was pretty good. The country potatoes didn't have a lot of seasoning but nothing ketchup wouldn't fix. Great spot. I will preface I found this place on Yelp and do not know the owners nor was I asked to write this review( however, it was so good, I had to share. One of the very BEST brunch spots I've EVER tried. Let's start with the option to get on the waitlist through Yelp. That was a big help because unbeknownst to me, this is a very popular restaurant. We came on Easter and only had to wait 10 minutes because we used the Yelp waitlist option and was on the list while in route to the restaurant. Next is the service. A very friendly and courteous server brought us two waters while we purposes the menu. She checked on us multiple times but did not make us feel rushed. I love the attentive without pressure. I'm watching my portion size so we ordered one meal and shared. OMG, the Mother Clucker was DE-LI-CIOUS!! The Belgian waffle was flavorful, not your basic batter, well-seasoned and fried chicken thigh was placed on the waffle and i can tell they seasoned the meat and flour and not to be repetitive but the flavorful sausage gravy on top was a huge hit! The meal was served with two eggs our way (scrambled) and our choice of potato. We chose to have our potatoes smothered with their homemade queso and chives. Oh, we added a side of sausage (2 links) Although busy, the food arrived at our table quickly and the perfect temperature. While we waited, and again it wasn't long, the owner stopped by our table to ask if everything was ok. Answer...ABSOLUTELY! My hubby has the coffee and I had a Hugo Spritz. I'll start with Google maps, it doesn't take you directly to the location and kind of seems like you are at a Safeway. It's located right next to it, hidden in a corner. We arrived without a reservation at 11:20am and expected a wait, it was very busy, and were told about 20-30 minutes. That's fine it's beautiful out we can wait. At 11:50 I get a text that it will be 12:15-12:30 until we sit. I'm with my friend and her 3yo and he's hangry now. So we decide to leave and start looking at other options. Within 5 min of standing and searching I get a text the tables ready, great! (The extra wait is why I gave a 4 stars and how it was changed) Anyway on to food, we got a bit overwhelmed because the menu is huge but kids menu is easy and they put that order in with our drinks. *If you bring kids, they don't have crayons etc. so bring something to keep them occupied as it's a majority adult place* The food was delicious, I got the chicken fried bacon and grandmas biscuits & gravy that was hearty & homey. You have a 90 minute window to sit and enjoy, the service was friendly and attentive plus our food came out pretty quickly considering all tables are full...just expect a wait time here. We want to bring our men back to try but will see if coming earlier/later will help because they do not like to wait in line for food lol. Service was good, our waitress was training so we had 2 servers that were nice, friendly and checked up on us to see how the food was. Princess Snob was good but could've used more alcohol- more a photo op than a good cocktail but it was still sweet and refreshing. 3/5 The omelette was ok, 3/5 the brisket was good but you couldn't taste the chipotle creme- maybe ask for an extra side of it? Smoked brisket bennie 2.5/5 hollandaise sauce was very bland, the smoked brisket was the only thing that had flavor to it. Crazy clucker 5/5 this was the only dish that everyone agreed was worth the visit! Chicken was sweet but well balanced with the homemade sausage gravy, giving this a sweet & salty goodness in every bite. Definitely would recommend this! I called to make sure they were open today. Raquel answered and advised I should join the waitlist to ensure a table (just in case) as they were pretty busy. I took her advice and arrived almost an hour later to find a spot at the bar, but I appreciated her suggestion to make sure not having to wait. I started with an espresso martini. It was mid, but ok. I ordered the mexican cowboy bowl, which was a huge portion and came out quick. Service was kind and attentive. It was busy and this location is smaller than the Phoenix location and very noisy. I just realized I was charged $12 for the espresso martini when it was only $10. I'm glad I took pictures! I will be contacting them regarding this oversight tomorrow. This is a really fun little place to go for brunch. I would say the noise level inside it's too much for my taste, but the outdoor patio is perfect. It is covered with plants and artistry so you don't really notice the parking lot. The food was fabulous, large quantities and excellent service. The interior is pretty dark inside but there is windows to bring in light. We decided to get the sausage stack plate and a cinnamon roll. Our favorite from the two was the sausage stack, which we'd probably order again. It has eggs, homemade sausage and pancakes in a stack. This thing is layered, full of flavor! I loved the homemade sausage, the perfect spice and sweet. I got the hash browns as the side and they were okay, not my ideal hash brown. I was not able to finish the whole plate, so plenty to share! I had high hopes for the cinnamon roll because of raving reviews on here. Sadly, it was a little tough and the frosting was light and I have a sweet tooth. I got the Crazy Clucker. I don't know if it was because I just had some of the bacon, that I was kind of over it, but I also did not like the texture of the chicken. It was kind of rubbery and chewy. I docked one star because we did not see or hear from our assigned waitress until AFTER the manager brought us our food. Before that, another waitress offered to bring us drinks and take our order because she didn't know where our waitress was at. Our assigned waitress checked on us once after we already received our food, and we had to get up to ask for napkins. She didn't even introduce herself. My 9 year old had French toast and sausage which she enjoyed. My mom had the chicken and waffles with potatoes. The waffle was absolutely delicious! The chicken thigh was fried perfectly but could have had more seasoning. The potatoes were underwhelming. We had to add salt. They looked much better than they tasted. The place was packed. I can certainly see why this place is popular. The wait time was ok but we did put ourselves on the waiting list and prayed to not be seated outside. It was a hot one that day. When we were finally seated our server was so attentive. I wish i remembered his name because he was awesome. He brought us water, answered all our questions and even volunteered to show me what a particular dish looked like before ordering it.
