Let me start off by saying the food was very good....But the service was TERRIBLE! When we got there I put my name down on the list. Behind me were 6 other groups who also put there names on the list. We waited for 50 minutes, saw the groups who were on the list after us get called in AND many other groups who arrived get seated as well. I approached the hostess and she immediately said "I'm sorry for the wait"and just like that a table became available. At that same moment I overheard another of the waitress say "I can't believe they only left 10%" referring to a group who had just left. Needless to say we won't be goin back. read more

Service and Food are great. Portions are huge and the restaurant is beautiful. Will be back

Amazing food!!!! Service is outstanding!! The vibe is very fun and high energy! Hillsbery Scramble is a must have.

My family and I just had a wonderful and extraordinary dining experience at Brunch Snob. The owner, herself, greeted us and came to our table 3 times to make sure everything was going well, and even cleared the dishes when we were finished. You don't find that very often. (Reminded me of good ole southern hospitality.) Oh, and the food itself was delicious: Philly cheesesteak sandwich, Mother Clucker, Spicey Mother Clucker, and Barbacoa Platter. The ambiance was also on point, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back!! read more

It was good, but I probably wouldn't go back. Food was decent, staff was attentive but the scene was pretty hectic and loud.

Found this place on a yelp search. sounded yummy and pictures looked great! I get they haven't been open long , which we didn't know. Very busy, service is lacking. The gentleman behind the bar made us our drinks and they tasted terrible, had them remade still just yucky. Not to mention he looked like he hadn't showered in a few days, and was more worried about taking his phone out and forgetting to bring our keTchup. There were several servers that literally looked like they hadn't showered in days. When you serve food I personally feel you should look hygienically clean and present yourself well. It's just not a good look. I'm not trying to be judgmental I just have to be honest.. Food was ok and not super hot, my sandwich sat up in the window not under the light so that explains that. We sat at the bar so had a view of the kitchen . We probably won't come back here. read more

Try the special. Everything is better than anything you've had anywhere else. The best brunch.

Cute place. We were there late morning on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good food! Had the hamburger with cheese. It was great! My daughter had the original bennie! She said it was delish!! Would definitely go back! read more

15/10 recommend. Best brunch in town!! The food is to die for and the vibes are on point. It's a MUST CHECK OUT

Love that the food is from a scratch kitchen and locally sourced. Menu items, including their cocktails are top notch. Try the Hillsbery scramble for a twist on traditional Biscuits and Gravy or the Benny Burger for a real treat ! read more

Best brunch in town highly recommend this place so many food choices i recommend the deep fried bacon so good.

Really good food and great service definitely come back with friends families and try out more from the menus

Def brunch mimosas type vibe, really cute place and the servers were awesome! Management was really attentive too :)

Great food, great service, great people. Only negative thing was too many seats at the bar hard to get in and out without person sitting next to you also having to get up we'll be back for sure read more

cute spot! friendly staff, sweet owners!!! definitely recommend coming in and checking out a fun brunch spot! My bartenders named was Ryley and she was phenomenal! read more

See all

Food looks picture pretty however they don't use absolutely no seasoning! I've never had blend french toast! Save ur time and money

The food was amazing! Had a 1and half hour wait(Saturday morning, so to be expected) was a bit long, but the food was great. One problem would be no changing tables for babies here. read more

Waited 50 minutes on the waitlist. We were still 5th in line. Did not want to wait another hour for brunch because it would have been lunch time. read more

Great food. Awesome food. The staff is great and attentive! They even offer their favorite dish!!

Great food! Huge portions. Only downside, the service is extremely slow. Just be prepared to wait awhile for your food after ordering.

Food is always on point! Custom cater order was amazing. The place is a little crowded but that's because it's work the wait also the ambiance is nice, the picture of the tiger brought me in recommend getting a spot in line in yelp or sitting at the bar. They have amazing drinks~ I personally enjoy the princess snob or the flight of mimosas. read more

Every time we go to eat here, every meal is top notch high quality taste and presentation...... Always great!

An absolute must for a breakfast aficionado!! It is a very popular breakfast joint and if you go on the weekend using the yelp app to put yourself on the wait list is an excellent idea. The ambiance is bustling yet comforting and the art work us a must see. The mimosa flight is a delightful taste bud adventure with orange, pineapple, grapefruit and cranberry mixers for the champagne. If you have a hungry table like ours try one of their starters to tide you over until your main meal arrives. We chose the cinnamon roll which was easily divided into 4 generous portions. The open face carnitas plate was excellent as well as the chilaquiles. The surf and turf eggs Benedict disappeared so fast it was obviously delicious. Our other diner picked a self build omelette that they declared to be excellent. A very nice woman came by to check on our table and our dining experience which bespeaks to the level of involvement of management into the experience of their patrons. Of note was our excellent server, Vanessa Trujillo who deserves a big shout out for being very fun and efficient. A definite "will return". read more

Delicious breakfast and friendly professional staff. We had the avocado toast and chilaquiles.

Yummy crab Benedict and bottomless mimosas!! Atmosphere is a little loud however.. at least they accept online reservations so you don't have to wait in line. That's a plus. read more

Excellent brunch spot. Only issue was the wait, but now they use Yelp waitlist so much better!

The food was great. I had the So cheesy omelette but did expect it to be more cheesy given the name. The add in veggies were very fresh and the hash browns were great. I recommend checking out this place. Will go back for sure. read more

We were pretty excited to try this place. We went during a Friday afternoon about a couple hours before closing. First off, we were placed on a waiting list where we were FIRST in line. The girl at the front stated it would be about 20 minutes. We receive a text after being waitlisted that informed us it would be 28 minutes. We waited a full 28 minutes and right at that time another couple shows up. My fiancé gets pissed because the girl seats them BEFORE us. It was kind of annoying because if we didn't check with them we would probably have been standing outside in the heat for at least another 5 minutes. Not to mention about after 20 minutes of waiting outside we noticed at least 5 or 6 small and large parties walk out. Why did it take so long to get a seat? Because when we got seated there were at least 4 tables open?!? So that just turned us off; however, we ended up just staying because we were s t a r v i n g. Our server was nice but I think she was the only one serving all the remaining customers. Our food took 40 MINUTES. The place had died down by the time we ordered so we didn't think that the food would take THAT long. Once we got the food it wasn't bad but we wouldn't go back because of the above. Also, this old lady (maybe the owner? manager?) was cleaning tables AND serving the food AND picking stuff up off the floor. All without washing her hands or at least sanitizing. I'm sorry but if I saw someone pick other customers' trash off the ground then serve me my food right after I would just leave. So thank God she didn't grab our orders. At one point we thought about coming back at least for takeout. But, nah! read more

Terrible food-ordered French toast with berries. Nothing special or tasty, I could've made it better at home. Long wait, plus terrible service when It wasn't even busy. Belleni was small and way overpriced. read more

Such good food! amazing vibe and staff so friendly. Even though it's so busy they make you feel very welcome and food comes so quickly! Great food ! Great service ! Our go to place for brunch in Chandler good for families !

One of, if not THE best brunch spot I've ever been to. Joined the waitlist on Yelp, arrived on time, was seated like 3 minutes later. Service was great, the vibe is super cute although heads up, the restaurant is a bit small. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! I got the "crazy clucker" and OMG....like, what? Fried chicken, biscuit, gravy, egg, cheese? Yasssss. Soooo good. My husband got the Philly and fries and it was one of the best phillys I've ever had. The owners, a husband who works in the kitchen and the wife who seems to wear all sorts of hats, were both there hustling and IMO, kudos to them. It's clear this is an incredibly well run business and I always respect when owners are actually helping out (and in the case, going above and beyond). This is our new go to brunch spot, check it out and support this awesome business! read more

This is a fantastic place for breakfast or Brunch. If you are looking for something delicious to eat try the Big Azz Cinnamon French toast. I strongly recommend you join the wait list before you go as it can take awhile but well worth it. read more
