Really amazing brunch spot! Was in town to see my dad's old stomping grounds and we hit this place the morning of hotel check-out and MAN did we strike gold! The place was anything but snobby first off, everyone was super friendly walking in. We got a great spot outside and the weather was glorious. Coffee was roasted perfectly and they even brought out different creamers when we asked if they had any flavored options which was a cool touch. Dad got the Snob Classic and he was raving instantly. Crispy bacon and the potatoes were cooked to perfection according to him. I got the Crazy Clucker and that thing was huge! It was pretty messy so I had to use a fork and knife to eat it no way I was picking that thing up. The chicken was beautifully fried and using thigh made it so it was incredibly juicy and tender. It also had some fried bacon on it which was cool. Not sure if frying was necessary in that it didn't seem to add much but maybe that's because there was also a lot of other great ingredients competing. The gravy was really nice and the biscuit was pretty good. I didn't care that much for the potatoes (I like mine really crispy) but they were executed well regardless and I could recognize that. The waffle was excellent. Light and airy, the butter could have been whipped better or maybe it had been refrigerated so it wasn't super easy to spread but that was okay. I do wish there had been more syrup but overall there really was no complaints. A highlight was definitely our server, Mya, who was incredibly kind and attentive and even helped us with some local recommendations which I always love. This is my first time at the Phoenix location, I usually go to their AHWATUKEE location. They are dog friendly with patio seating. Make sure you get a spot in the shade, it gets a little toasty. The service was outstanding and so was the food. It was a party of three we ordered biscuits and gravy with chicken fried bacon as starters. They were prepared perfectly. My wife and I were out and about today so we went to try Brunch Snob Pretty busy for a Tuesday morning. We ended up on the patio, which is a great patio but desperately needs fans to move the air I went with the avocado toast (no tomato, add a fried egg, over hard) It was just okay. Nothing special. They put cream cheese on it, which gave it this weird sweet flavor and made the whole thing kind of mushy. Not a fan The wife got some GFD tots with queso, bacon, and chives. She seemed pretty stoked about them, said they were more like big potato croquettes - crispy on the outside and creamy inside. She was raving about the queso having a bit of a kick. I tried the tots, which were delicious, but I did not try the queso. We also tried a couple of drinks. I had the Princess Peach (no rum), which was alright, kinda bland. She ordered the Prickly Punch, and that was better, had a bit more flavor to it. The wife thought her drink was cute with a little crown and cotton candy, though. We grabbed a seat on the patio--it's shaded, but the sun still peeks through and without fans, it heats up pretty fast. He ordered the avocado toast (no tomato, added a fried egg). I've eaten her several times. The food is not bad, but not amazing. Hash browns tend to be under seasoned - they should be salted as part of the cooking process, but instead they rely only on table salting. This is a personal pet peeve. I also recently tried their Cuban melt - it really needed more pickles to balance the richness of the pork. But these are quibbles. The food isn't bad... it just could be elevated with a little more care. Their coffee drinks are excellent. They have a cocktail menu that I haven't tried but companions have given a thumbs up. I checked in about 20 minutes out, and by the time I arrived, my wait was only around 10 minutes. The restaurant was packed but super cute! I joined the wait list on yelp and was 17th in line, 20mins later I was at 1st in line so I walked up to the host to check in. When my friends wanted to take a round of shots, Christina offered to bring me a shot of apple juice (I'm pregnant) so I wouldn't be left out. It was so sweet! We had a great time and shut the place down. The food was pretty good. I got the Cajun shrimp grit-cake Benedict. The eggs were cooked well and the potatoes were delicious. I do not like precooked shrimp though, the shrimp was soft, rubbery and had no real "Cajun" seasoning on it. The grit cake was good and I would recommend the potatoes for sure (they are a little spicy!) My partner got the breakfast burrito with no brisket (she's vegetarian) and she said it was just ok. The burrito was soggy and could have used some time on the grill. My other friend is pescatarian so she ordered the salmon BLT. The salmon was cold (we were informed it came that way, but it's not noted on the menu) and there was no tomato! Missing the T in the BLT.
