The wait was about an hour and 15 minutes, so I'll start there by saying it's not worth it. The food was okay, not bad but nothing great. I prefer regular bacon over chicken fried but that's my preference. The waiter however did get our order wrong when we wanted hash browns instead of potatoes and the egg over medium because my friend was pregnant. My water did go empty which I feel is waiter101. I've eaten here several times and the food is always great and well worth the wait. I often eat alone and like to be seated at a table when possible instead of fighting for elbow room at the counter. This often means I get less attention from staff than the tables with multiple folks. Today I could not get a refill on my coffee and when my food was placed in front of me I was told the restaurant is out of clean silverware. I didn't even know how to react to that. Servers walking by us. People seated after us... getting waters. Still nothing. Decided to ask for service. Oh sure. Our server was not sure if the menu. No idea what we ordered...we had to show him on the menu. Less then happy with Brunch Snob today. I understand you are fairly new here.... But servers should know the menu. Hostess should know who she is sitting and where. Food is just one of the aspects of a restaurant. Let me add. The food is incredible. And the owner Celene handled a tabled of entitled woman so well. Tried two other times to get in after 10.00 am the wait could be an hour . The server was overwhelmed with the number of tables, forgot to bring our drinks . I've been in a few times since they opened in mid town and it's always great! Today I had a boozy coffee drink that was super delicious but the star was the pancakes topped with bananas foster. Let me tell you, they literally melted in my mouth. I ate the whole serving and wished I had more. And the serving was not small, they were just that good! I had seen a review that said that the Cinnamon Roll French Toast was the bomb and IT'S TRUE!!! One of the best breakfast items I've ever had! Not only did my cinnamon roll french toast taste like a CINNABON ROLL JUST BETTER but a hardy side of eggs and potatoes (I got the hash browns and those were also probably the best breakfast potatoes I've ever) were included with my meal! The ambiance was fun and spunky (especially the bar chairs). Given that it was a bar, I was concerned it might be too loud but luckily the restaurant wasn't too lively to the point you can't even participate in a conversation. The lady who runs the place seems passionate about what she does. The food was really good. I ordered the Crazy Clucker with hash browns. Not as hot as I expected since I waited inside for takeout for 25 minutes and it was just warm. The service needs improvement. The hosts are doing the best they can, but aren't trained with customer service skills and there is no system in place for takeout. For example, I watched the owner and a host try to "figure out" who ordered takeout. When the order was placed, no one asked my name or provided an order number to keep track. I had to ask for napkins and if condiments were available. Again, this place has a ton of potential, but strong, intentional customer service and speed is how you maintain a restaurant. 25 minutes for a room temperature meal is unacceptable. read more

The french toast sticks reminded me of elephant ears from the fair or a cinnamon sugar donut. They were pretty good, but on the sweeter side. The order I got was also a bit greasy. Would have made a great dessert. The cowboy bowl was the star of the show! Reminded me of when my mom would make chorizo and eggs for breakfast when I was younger. Has a small amount of spice, so keep that in mind if you don't like any spicy foods. My partner got the blackened chicken omelette. I'm glad that I was able to experience this restaurant as I do enjoy breakfast food. I wasn't shocked with the amount of people that were there to eat. Did I say the food was good? I had a Belgium waffle, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. I went for those golden moist yellow eggs and I knew these were farm-raised. I next decided to go for that tall golden-brown Belgium waffle with sweet butter, and warm pure maple syrup, omg it was heavenly. Me and my family came here for brunch on a Sunday. It was packed!! But it didn't take too long to get us seated! I asked a few employees what's good and they gave me their top 2 entrees they like and that's what I ordered! The food was delicious and the restaurant had a very cool interior and wasn't too loud. I highly recommend the crazy clucker. It was very good! The cook was also kind enough to scramble and egg for my son with no oils and cut up an avocado for him. We saw this restaurant on "Check Please Arizona" so thought we would give it a try. It did not disappoint. The food that we ordered was delicious and the service was good. We were seated on the patio and it was so nice out there. The weather was perfect in April. My husband and I both ordered the Crazy Clucker so we could get a taste of everything I thought sounded good. The chicken thigh was done to perfection--so tender and good. The sausage gravy sent it over the top. The chicken fried bacon was also good. The hash browns were delicious, too. Except for the potatoes, everything was piled between halves of a biscuit with melted cheese, as well. The proportions were sizable and I needed a to-go box for most of it. My husband didn't need a take home box. . Inside the restaurant, all the high top stools and bar stools had cutesy names such as "sassy", "naughty", "slick", etc. The food menu is sizable and clever as well as the cocktail menu.
