This is my favorite place after a long night of wine tasting. My husband gets the farm house and I get the sausage, egg and cheese on pumpernickel! So hard to come by this bread and in bagel form with the perfectly crisp outside and soft inside. My favorite bagel by far. They also cook their eggs fresh, which I discovered recently which made me Love this place even more. Their manager can often be seen testing the temperature of the foods, which food safety is HUGE for foods like onions, tomatoes and sprouts. I saw a long line and thought well if it's this busy it must be something to it. So I went in and ordered three bagel sandwiches and chips. The salmon lox bagel was really good except for they may have put just a little bit too much cream cheese on it. The line was really long and they were kind of slow in trying to process orders. The bagels are very fresh however, the spreads are lacking in variety. The spicy ones are not that spicy. To be honest I think Einstein bagels is much better. read more

I love Bruegger's Bagels and miss them a lot now that I don't live in Southern California anymore. This Bruegger's was hella busy when I visited on a Saturday morning. There was a line of people that snaked around the restaurant and almost touched the door. So, if you visit on a weekend morning, bring your appetite but also bring your patience. The menu is straightforward and simple: just bagels and bagel sandwiches, for the most part. I got bagel sandwiches for myself and my family, three of which were the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich. You can customize your sandwich, to a point: you choose whether you want a whole egg or egg white, select the type of cheese you want, toasted or untoasted bagel, and an option to add extras. I got the Smoked Salmon breakfast sandwich, which comes with cream cheese, capers, raw onion, and tomato on a plain bagel. I liked it a lot, but in retrospect I probably should have picked a sandwich that didn't have so many bad-breath-causing agents in it, because I ate it right before my mom's memorial, when I was about to be all up in people's faces. Oh well. When you're grieving, you don't think about those kinds of things, I guess. In any case, everyone liked their bagel sandwiches, including me. Recently moved to the area and I'm excited that there's a local bagel place. I went in here today and there was a guy behind me in line that walked in, already complaining about the way they cut their bagels. I ignored him... but he was persistent and ended up making a scene at the counter. Honestly, he was such a joke. I hope the employees here know that that handled themselves as professionally as they could and that they are working quickly and in a friendly manner, considering the line was out the door! Line was very long inside because it was raining. Worker rudely said " excuse me!l" so people would get out of way for her to deliver food. Lately the service here has been horrendous. The line in the store is always super long because they focus on online orders over in person customers. I saw three or four employees working on external orders where only 1 was servicing in person. Very obvious where their priorities lay. The bagels are great however the customer service is horrific. Line is always out the door. No one acknowledges the long line. They're working on online or phone orders and not even attempting eye contact with the growing line. Waiting 30 minutes for a bagel is obscene especially to not even be acknowledge while waiting. I would have a semblance of grace over this if they seemed to be trying to get through the line or working quickly but they aren't. read more

Very disappointed. Usually come here for the good bagels and good cream cheese. But this time not a good experience. Came today 10/12/25 a little after 10am. Th plain bagel I got was burnt. It was a bubbly black bagel. And the two sandwiches I got had no cream cheese. Every time I come it's busy of course. But my order took a really long time. The longest it's taken.
