Brothers BBQ is literally the best barbecue in Denver metro and some of the best barbecue I have ever had! Brisket sandwich is incredible!

Ordered takeout brisket, sausage chicken and pork dinners. WOW! Everything was absolutely Delicious!!! The cornbread was amazing too! We had mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and baked beans. I needed to book catering service with little notice, the day before my meeting planned for about 30 people. Another local taco shop couldn't do it (apparently they can only deliver to one location at lunch time). But no problem with Brothers - they have an actual Catering phone number, they gave advice on what's popular for catered business lunches, and they said One of our Restaurants will be able to do it. And so they did. Today was the big lunch meeting, Brothers BBQ showed up on time and set everything up, no muss no fuss. And everyone loved the food. Is it my favorite bbq place? No. But can it sure take care of a bbq craving that creeps up on you? Absolutely! I had the Brothers signature sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The winner for me was the hot links in the sandwich but the pork shoulder was lacking flavor. Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were good for the craving but nothing to rave about. We were struggling to find a caterer who was willing to travel to Golden Gate Canyon State Park and not charge you an arm and a leg for delivery . The catering staff was great and were easy to communicate with by phone and by email. My emails and questions were always answered in a timely manner. It was easy to order and the cost was not outrageous. We got a call from staff about 24 hours before our event to confirm, which was nice for my piece of mind. They walked us through what we needed, and were very helpful making choices and figuring out how much we needed. These guys always do an outstanding job. BBQ is always delicious, hot and well prepared and the service of their caterers is great!! They can either deliver and set up the order with great looking signage and serving ware, etc, or they can stay and serve for 2 hours as an option. Brothers was absolutely amazing for the catering service they provided for my wedding last month. In the months leading up to the wedding, the ladies in the office we extremely helpful and were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. They also came to the pre-wedding walk through. On the day of the wedding, the two young workers who came to serve were amazing! They were friendly and kind. I ordered The Works package, and I definitely got great service. They were on time and had everything set up how I asked set up before the ceremony. They provided my bartender, who I was told had great service! The two workers cleaned up all their catering supplies, and went above and beyond to clean up the cake plates, which they weren't supposed to do. I got so many compliments on both the food and the service! I couldn't have been happier with my decision to use Brothers as my wedding caterers. read more

Not only is their BBQ the best, but the caterer cleaned up and transferred the breakfast catering leftovers to our kitchen, so we didn't have to interrupt our meeting. I also just learned from a wedding guest that the catering workers were giving very inconsistent portions when they served at the buffet line. The first tables to head to the buffet got giant portions, the last couple tables called up had very small ones, and we almost ran out of food even though we ordered 15 extra portions on top of our guest count. Wow. I'm hoping they just hired newbies who did a horrible job at our wedding, and that this isn't how Brothers typically runs. read more
