The shop is laid out in a way that, if you sit in a far corner, you never hear your name being called. Which is a problem, even if you got as big ears as I do. The fries were an abomination. Barely cooked, barely crispy, and no seasoning. Directions were for them to be well done... the oil fryer must have been on LOW temperature for these fries to come out like that. Disgusting and waste of money. The food was delicious, the staff had greeted me right as I walked in. The lobby was very peaceful and clean.

Not sure if it was the manager but was told by an employee that they were confused on why I was returning to the store when he supposedly gave me the correct order. That he tossed up himself. So I showed him the picture of what I received which was clearly not mango habanero. Was made to feel like I was lying or something for their mistake. The darker red wings were what I originally was given which are clearly not mango habanero. The saucey and browner looking wings are the corrected order I picked up which are clearly mango habanero. Have ordered these hundreds of time so to have someone say that my issue was not enough sauce instead of owning up and saying they messed up was beyond unprofessional. I felt awkward even waiting for the remake but knew 100% I was correct. The rest of up front staff was nice so I may return but will check order at station next time to avoid being made to feel as if I was trying to get something extra. Funny thing is I was given my order and they almost didn't charge me but I was honest and told them I chose "pay at register". So I ended up paying which is the right thing to do. And the right thing for them to do is own up and say they messed up not "I tossed them up myself but okay either way were remaking them" like okay make me feel awkward and like a liar. Exceptional service the lady who took my order through the phone was very polite and courteous and when I got there my wings were ready to be picked up and everyone seemed like they were having a good day at work. People were very friendly there. They even offered customers drinks while they were running a little late with other customers orders. read more

Any time that I come in to this particular Wingstop, I'm always greeted with a friendly happy face! My wait time is very reasonable as I usually go in close to big times around dinner. While waiting, I'm (as well as others) always offered a soda. Once I get home, my food is still close to being hot - that's a very good thing! I am so happy to be the first to review this Wingstop. To be honest, I'm shocked no one has done so already. I came in late Tuesday evening for some wings. They had a special going on for 60 cent boneless wings. I asked if they had a special for bone-in wings and they said they didn't. But they were sweet and offered me a combo meal. I went with the boneless wings and a side of their seasoned fries. The girl working the counter was very helpful and accommodating. She gave me a taste of the habanero mango sauce before buying. I ended up getting it because it was hot and sweet. I also got my favorite which is lemon pepper. I love the flavor I just wish it was hotter. I guess someone had their order messed up so she had some extra wings that she would've thrown away. She offered them to me since I didn't get the wings with the bone-in. I thought that was very sweet. I also noticed that she threw in a ranch as a side complimentary. The wings were cooked well. And I love the seasoning they have for the French fries. I had never had the boneless wings before. But I thought they were tasty. Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job. Keep hiring great employees and putting out great food. read more

I am absolutely appalled by the professionalism of this wing stop especially with the rampant covid infections . When I walked in the guy had his mask down near his chin and was talking to his coworker about customers with no gloves on as he handled the food . The purpose of a mask is to be over your face not below your chin and as I mentioned to make matters work he was talking over the food with no gloves . I have to admit, I am usually a Buffalo Wild Wings guy. I have tried other Wing Stop locations and been less than impressed. However, this Wing Stop was fantastic. Looks like either a new building or a remodel. The young lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean - outside, inside, and restrooms. I ordered the 10 boneless wings meal, which came with fries and a drink. I had them seasoned with Teriyaki and Cajun. Both were spot on, nice flavor, with just the right amount of bite. I witnessed an older man come in on Veterans day asking if they offered a veterans discount. The girl at the counter replied "no, I'm sorry. We do not." She was very apologetic and I can understand why. Wingstops decor is loaded with vintage photos of military airplanes and signage. If your going to bank on a military theme you'd best sincerely honor those who truly sacrificed everything. For Wingstop to not offer a Veterans discount is extremely exploitative. Especially on Veterans day! My friend jumped to his feet to buy the man a meal and thank him for his service. You've lost a few good customers now all because you've chosen to not honor a few good men/women. P.S. The music they play is terrible! It reminds me of the annoying adds that Pandora plays to try and get you to pay to remove the advertisements!!!
